I've been doing laundry here for several years, but my most recent experience deserves recognition. I tried this laundromat once way back when it was the old Wash Board Laundromat and never went back. Since the new owner took over a few years ago, I've had nothing but good experiences. Many washer sizes to choose from and broken machines are always repaired quickly. You can pay either using cash with multiple change machines available, or you can download the ap. The change machine gives change in $1coins and you can change the $1 coins into quarters using the main change machine closest to the front door. Although there is no employee on site, there are signs posted with a phone number to call for any questions or concerns. I soon found out that this phone number is the personal cell phone for the owner, who responded to my concerns almost immediately both times I had to call. The first issue was last year when a washer had an error code halfway through the cycle and wouldn't drain, leaving my clothes locked in the washer. I called the number and the owner (Paul) answered immediately and walked me through a remedy, even giving a refund for the washer use. The second issue happened last week when my $20 got stuck in the change machine without giving change. Paul again immediately returned my call and quickly offered a refund check to be mailed to my address. I received the check less than a week later and was impressed with Paul's empathy and follow-through on his word. As a single mom without a washer in my home, the cost of doing laundry is a staple in my budget. Having a clean, well-lit laundromat to go is a priority, but the great customer service here is a benefit that is not always offered these days. Additionally, the couple that clean the laundromat before closing each night are really sweet. I often see them bringing their young children, who also help to clean and close the facility. They are really good parents, who are teaching their children respect and hard work. Although it's a bit of a drive to bring my laundry here, I won't go anywhere else. Yes, the prices have gone up over the years, but this is in accordance with the cost of living everywhere. This owner genuinely cares about his clientele, and we need more local business owners like him. read more

I have had to come here a few times now due to my washer and dryer acting up. It is a super clean laundromat with lots of machines!! You can choose from a variety of sizes, depending on how big of a load/s you have . They have options of how you can pay which is nice. Use an app or use coins. I chose to use the app. It makes it super easy! They also have a coin machine if you need coins. There is a beverage, food, and laundry supplies vending machines too. Free WiFi as well! I would highly recommend this clean, safe, and tidy laundromat any time I have a problem with my own machines! read more

We were having work done in our garage and didn't have access to our washer and dryer Yelp to the rescue with laundromat options! Bennett was highly rated and rightly so. They have lots of washers with the four washing machine sizes depending on how much laundry you have : $4, $7,50, $10.50 and &13. They have two sizes in dryers. One for 3 baskets and a larger one for 5 baskets. The place is clean and there is located in a strip mall with ample parking. I will definitely be back if I ever need a laundromat in the neighborhood :) read more

Only one issue - there is no apparent wifi - one had a name that looked like it might be it but it was locked. Note that you have two payment choices, the app or quarters. The cash options pays out in $1 coins. The small load machines (4$) machines do not accept the $1 coins. They do not issue quarters. There is no one onsite an employee. They do have an app that connects to your account - but the app is sketchy and I'm not giving it my banking info. Oh and it smells like urine in there. -5 stars. read more

The overwhelming smell of heavily fragranced laundry products permeates the entire laundromat. Most of the washing machines smell like it. There's no ventilation or adequate air circulation, or filtration inside the laundromat. We both became sick within 30 minutes of being inside because of the chemicals in the air, which are, indeed, proven to be endocrine disruptors, and highly toxic. I was beginning to become slightly disoriented, dizzy, and weak. Racing heart with palpitations. I knew that the cause was from the toxic exposure to the fumes, because whenever I went outside , within about 15 minutes some of it subsided . And when I went back in all of the symptoms increased again . By the time I realized what was happening it was too late because my laundry was already in the washing machines being washed so I could not leave. I ended up being sick for the rest of the day and it is now the next morning and I am very ill from the exposure. Headache, sinus irritation, and a general feeling of having been poisoned . This is a Hazmat situation, basically. It should be investigated by the health department. I will not be returning. read more

BEWARE that if you do one load, let's say at at $6.00 and use the Dexter Pay app to pay for it, your debit or credit card will be immediately charged $25. If you don't go over $25 your account will be credited the next morning. Not a fan . read more

Clean, conve. Everything works. Lots of options for getting change. Grocery store around the corner if you need extra soap.

Good, mostly clean. Some machines are better than others. Slightly on the expensive side. But a well-maintained facility. I went three times while I was in the area. Nice, quiet, and safe. read more

The place was clean and easy to use. I really liked the Dexter Pay, made it super simple to do.

First, the new owner has cleaned up the laundry area and it is a much nicer place to do your laundry. However, in the few months that I've been doing laundry here, the price of washing has increased approximately 30%. It's nice everything is clean and new machines have been installed... but seriously?? For this reason, I don't think I will be returning... it's just too expensive to do our laundry at this establishment. read more

I am really impressed by this place! Went here a few years back when it was under pervious management. It was disgusting and i felt unsafe. I saw it was under new ownership so i decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. it is a complete 360 from the old place. new machines, and it looks very clean. I am very excited to see the services they are talking about expanding to in the future. With a kid on the way, the pick up and drop off laundry services will most likely be my go to! read more

Clean, we'll-maintained machines but very pricey. The change machine gives dollar coins for any amount over $1. The dryers took longer than any we've used recently. Next time we're in the area we'll probably look elsewhere. read more

Excellent laundromat. We are full time RVers so use lots of laundromats...this is one of the best. Our whites were the whitest in a long time. Great machines. Reverse dryers which eliminates tangled sheets. Hooray! Still remodeling so bathroom not available. Highly recommend. read more

My washer was out of service for 2+ months, so I went to this laundromat. It was always clean and I felt safe. There were always washers available. The new owner, Paul, is replacing all of the washers because many of them "ate" money. He said he wants customers to tell him if that happens because he wants to refund your money and fix the problem. Sounds like an honest man to me. read more

The Landry mat overall was ok. A few things I didn't like was 1.) no bathroom. Customer are usually there for at least about an hour and there's no restroom. 2.) no Wi-Fi or plugs to charge your phone while you are sitting there waiting. And 3.) when I saw some of the prices on some of the wagers my jaw dropped! Pretty pricey. read more

Best Laundromat in town, and I've tried them all. Very clean, lots of stainless tables, friendly people who chat easily, and often kids playing while waiting. A nice small town family atmosphere. Paying for machines is now on an app, so that's as good as it gets, or drop your quarters. There are so many machines you never have to wait to wash or dry. I have a high efficiency washer at home but come here to do the heavy water retainers like throw rugs and blankets, big towels... the ones that throw front loaders "out of balance". The big machines make short work of them and they get really clean fast. A huge wash may cost $13, smaller ones $10, and drying is just a few bucks, much cheaper. I grab a sandwich and make dinner out of it and its faster and better quality than any other solution. Or you could go grocery shopping next door and it takes no time at all. I was raised in bennett valley and the laundromat has notoriously been a little rough. I went in recently since it's taken new ownership and holy moly... what a transformation! The equipment is new, aesthetics are new, new vending machines.... Everything is incredible. It's SUPER clean now and very spacious. The new owner, Paul, is there frequently and is so friendly and interacts with customers and is available to address any questions or issues. There's also staffing which is nice. They are soon going to be offering a wash and fold service which I definitely plan on utilizing! This place has totally turned around. read more
