Went searching on Yelp for alterations and came across Ace Cleaners. Loved all the positive comments for alterations and cleaning. My husband needed his suit altered so we stopped in one afternoon. The owner greeted us warmly and after examining the garment, she said she could have it ready the following Friday. I was pleasantly surprised she could do the work so quickly. Amy is honest and will tell you what she can and cannot do. She did a beautiful job on my husband's suit. The total she charged was reasonable as well. We are appreciative of her kind, friendly and helpful demeanor and I know I will be dropping off any dry cleaning to her in the future. I noticed she advertises organic dry cleaning. I'm not sure what exactly that means but I like that they are committed to organic cleaning practices since dry cleaning can use some harsh chemicals. Open 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, closed on Sundays. Located in the Safeway/CVS lot between Wing Stop and New York Bagel. Lots of parking! read more

This is my spot for all my fashion emergencies! They have re-strapped dresses and fixed my favorite pieces on more than one occasion. And Amy calls with expert customer service and professional advice when something might not be worth the cost of further alterations. Trustworthy and helpful! read more

Nicest people on earth and they do a great job: always on time and accurate. They have given me great dry cleaning advice and always remember my name. That's a nice thing. read more

I didn't have anything dry cleaned - just a repair on a dress I needed for an upcoming wedding. The woman who helped me, I'm fairly sure she is the owner, was Very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, fairly priced and, had my dress nicely repaired and ready when promised. I had never been there prior to this and she even remembered 'oh, you're the one with the burgundy dress' when I picked it up - Great Service! read more

Very helpful, kind and overall very satisfied - only place I use for dry cleaning and alterations

I am impressed with the super job on pressing my linen dress. My iron didn't make a dent in all the wrinkles but Ace Cleaners sure did!

I will forever be indebted to Amy! She met with my now husband and I for weeks before the wedding and helped Taylor his pants and suit as well as completely changing the back of my dress so it was lower backed and fit perfect! She even added a bustle and some detailings I had requested. She works with you and can meet ANY timeline. Was excellent for the price, she is so trustable and we will forever trust her for my clothes. THANK YOU AMY! -The Mefferds! read more

I was in a car accident the day after I dropped my suits off. Without a car, I couldn't pick them up as scheduled. They called to check in on me since I hadn't picked them up and, after hearing about my accident, offered to deliver them for no additional charge. My suits were delivered just a few hours later! They also put a button back on that I had in place with a safety pin and forgot to ask them to fix. Above and beyond! read more

Amy was able to repair my 2006 Arc'Teryx jacket with ease and for an excellent price!

This review is over a year late, but better late than never! I had flown in from out of town for my friends wedding and totally dropped the ball on having my suit fresh and ready before I landed. The wedding was 2 days away and they were so kind to squeeze me in and didn't overcharge me just because they could. The price was reasonable and they did a great job. My suit came back to me looking so fresh and ready to stand as the best-woman in the forever wedding photos. They truly saved my a** from my friends wife never forgiving me for showing up with a wrinkled suit. :) Forever thankful!!!! read more

My suit looked great. Happy with service! Thanks. It's a dry cleaner. They did their job

Amy was so friendly, kind, prompt, professional when I took my daughter to have her prom dress altered. I'll go back!

Amy was amazing! I had a few complicated alterations to a long, fully-sequined dress and she was honest about challenges and cost every step of the way. She took the time to do 3 fittings to make sure I was happy with the way each part was changed before finalizing everything. It turned out perfect! Thank you so much! read more

Amy is great at alterations. She has replaced a zipper, tailored pants, hemmed other pants and repaired holes. She does excellent work and is always friendly. I highly recommend Ace Cleaners for tailoring! read more

I rarely use any dry cleaners. My daughter needed her cheer uniform cleaned and of coarse didn't thinks of doing this till last min. I spoke with the owner, he assured me they would take care of it as a rush and have it ready for me the following day and left my mind at ease.(Uniform looked brand new) I highly recommend their services! read more

I had an expensive pair of slacks that needed altering. Being new to the area, I wasn't sure where to go. I made the best decision going to Ace Cleaners. Amy truly cares about doing a professional job. She went out of her way to ensure the length and draping of the pants were perfect. They are silk so it's tricky to get them right. What impressed me was her enthusiasm to do a quality job. She really enjoys her work. She is also very friendly and a positive person. I'll take any alterations back to her for sure! I strongly recommend her services. read more

Very fast and reliable. Good clean shop. Very personable and friendly. All of my laundry was washed clean, folded and lint free. Slightly on the expensive side, but worth it. All I can say is I'm out of state training in SantaRosa, and Guys appreciate any lady willing to take care of you!!! read more

I guess I'm wondering where all of these 5 star reviews are coming from because I paid $97 dollars for 3 blazers, 2 dresses, and two button up shirts. No special instructions or stains. Is this really the best in the area? I'm happy to pay more for a high value job, but this isn't making sense to me. read more

Another happy customer at Ace Cleaners! Amy's customer service goes above and beyond what I would ever expect from a local cleaner. I took my wedding garments and a few other clothing items to be cleaned and pressed and she was incredibly attentive to every little detail with these special items. We went back to have my husband's dress pants hemmed and taken in and she did a stellar job. Would absolutely recommend! read more

Since this review, we are still going exclusively to Ace Cleaners! Still great service and reasonable pricing, with personalized service. Highly recommend! read more

Amy was so helpful with a last minute alteration on a very important dress! I came from out of town with a tight turnaround for a wedding and she was very understanding and made it happen! So grateful to have found this place! read more

Ace Cleaners in Rohnert Park has been my dry cleaning service and shirt laundry service for most of the 20 years I've lived in my home here (I lived in other locations for certain years for work at the same time). In all these many years of bringing hundreds of garments and dozens of blankets and other items in for dry cleaning, only once has there been a mistake or problem. Early in the '90s, I brought a wool blanket to be dry cleaned and somehow someone put it into the wet laundry. My queen size wool blanket ended up a twin size. The owner, Linda, did not even question my word and immediately offered a store credit for the cost of the blanket (which I think was $100). Linda's husband, James, is also there working every day but does not always work at the counter. Linda's English is much better (I believe they are originally from Korea). They have two lovely daughters both attending at a different University of California campus. As I mentioned, I maintained a second residence for a while close to work where I had to find another dry cleaner closer to that location in silicon valley. I had thought that Ace Cleaners' prices were on the high side, but after dry cleaning clothes down the peninsula I realized that ACE actually has very competitive prices. I am pleased that ACE uses environmentally and clothes fiber friendly solutions. I am always treated warmly and with recognition from both Linda and James. Bottom line---my dry cleaning and laundered shirts are always cleaned well, all spots removed, and ironed/steamed nicely. All this by the promised date every time, and if requested even ready the same day! ACE Cleaners is a lovely local business that I consider part of my village. Review 0007 read more

Haven't really had a problem with this place, it just seems that every time we use them, the price goes up. We paid for the clothes once, seems like we're buying them again when we get them cleaned. read more

I tried this place after my beloved affordable cleaners in Petaluma closed. Definitely worth the drive - they do a fantastic job!

Lovely job on a last minute prom dress cleaning! Very pleasant to deal with and will come back!!

Had a dirndl fitted and they did a great job. The seamstress was worried about making it perfect, but was happy to make an easier fitting to save me money. If I ever need more work done I would definitely go back here. I'm super happy with her "plan B" results! read more

This place is great! I was freaking out because I needed to get my skirt suit dry cleaned for work. But I only had one day.. so that scared me. Most places I've been to take at least 3 days. I took my two piece suite, a blouse and my pea coat in around 3 and they were still able to guaranty it for next day. I picked it up today and everything looks great. Other places I called acted like it was a huge favor to do it next day.. and I would have to pick up super later the next place. Ace Cleaners took my stuff with a smile! Highly recommended! read more

I've been going to Ace for a long time. They are courteous and do a good job. When I get some clothes back with some remnants of a stain that didn't come off, they always try again at no additional cost. They're also always willing to have my clothes ready a little faster when needed, so that's helpful. Update: new owners are excellent! read more

This place was a total life saver! I had accidentally washed my new teddy jacket with a fur sweater and it was covered in lint. I tried my best to get it off with no luck. I took it in worried that they wouldn't be able to fix it. However they were able to get all the lint off and had my jacket looking brand new! I was so happy and it was only $10. Definitely recommend they were wonderful read more
