Dried cleaned items should be free from wrinkles and steamed properly. This was not the case from ProClean Services. The pictures showed this suit was not steamed properly, the entire inside lining had wrinkles; the shoulder pad area of jacket not steamed properly and now has discoloration, back of slacks also not steamed properly and has discoloration. The fabric of the suit is no longer the same - it looks like a worned out cheap suit. This was a quality suit, not made of cheap material, and has been dried clean professionally in the past and did not look like this. We would not return as I have never had dry cleaning items returned in this condition. read more

I've been here before to get my overalls hemmed so I came back to have my white Raiders jacket cleaned and an encounter with playing with a puppy during the rainy season. Dropped it off with Alva (hopefully I got her name right), she took care of me and my jacket. I asked if I could pay ahead of time and I was able to which was great so when I picked it up, it sped up the process of retrieving my jacket during my lunch break. Beware taking quality possessions here! I brought two irreplaceable decorative throws to be cleaned. One item which was new, a hand woven Alpaca, required hand washing and the original tag was attached. To my horror, it was returned to me with the fringe tangled and matted impossibly. The nap of the chenille was damaged as well. The second throw was returned with its original 6 inch fringe knotted and literally cut off at various lengths leaving at most 3 inches! When I took the items back in to seek refund for their services and recompense for the damages, I was told that the owner was unavailable. So left contact information, but have received no call date. At this point in time, two weeks later, this company has not contacted me, has made no apology, nor made any offer to cover my loses which are above $500. read more

We took a coverlet from an ANB to he cleaned. It had a gnarled stain from a long term guest. They did a good job. I saw they have a wash dry fold service as well. So I gave that a try the next week. My Normal dry cleaner went out of business during covid, so we were looking for new location. I wanted to find a location closer to where we live now as well. I found ProClean through Yelp. I was starting a new job so wanted to get my suit, blazers and a few dress shirts cleaned. The quality and cost is far superior then past locations I have been to. I'm reviewing two of ProClean's services, laundry and move out house-cleaning. We most recently used ProClean when we moved out of a fully furnished rental. Frank and I discussed the job and price, which was entirely reasonable. The team he sent over were fantastic. The three women worked carefully and efficiently. I paid a bit extra for a "deep clean," which included things like pulling the fridge out and cleaning around and behind it, taking everything out of each cabinet, doing a thorough cleaning, and putting it back, etc. The house looked great and I couldn't be happier! We also relied on ProClean for about two months for wash/dry/fold of our laundry after we lost our home in the Tubbs Fire. DONT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR CLOTHES RUINED!!! I gave them one star because I had to. I used this service for about six months. In the beginning they were great. As time went on I started receiving my clothes back ruined. It's as if they threw the bright colors in with the darks, whites in with darks or even reds. My daughters cute bright colored clothes are mostly ruined. Bright pinks, lavenders, and peach colors all now look like grey and weird blue blotches all over them. This began to happen week after week. Veronika the owner would ask that they items be returned so they can "fix" them. This involved bleaching my whites although most of my whites are two colors like white and grey or white and blue. When I received them back they reak of bleach and are yellow tinged and strange colors because of the discolorations like grey and white socks are now brown and dingy yellowy white. Then I noticed I was receiving other people's items. Blankets, towels, sheets, that I was charged for (by the pound). When I returned those items I was told by Veronika that I would receive a credit. Never happened!!! They kept ruining my clothes and started treating me like I was the problem. I actually realized recently I have scrub tops that are missing that I sent to wash. After sending pictures to Veronika of the damage she never once said here's a refund, or a free week, or a discount. Honestly I could ignore the money issue but when they started treating me like I am the issue that's what did it. Buyer Beware!!! read more

I've been having my cotton button-down shirts starched for 40-years. ProClean did an awful job. I don't even think they washed the shirts before starching. The white shirts were dirty when I picked them up but came out clean after I put them through the wash. The collars were still buttoned so the pressing came out wrong. My new $2000 Italian handmade Brooks Brothers suit came back rumpled with about 6" of lining stitching coming out. They seem like real nice people but I will avoid this shop in the future. read more

Service members if you want your uniforms screwed up to where you won't pass a uniform inspection then go here. I brought my uniform tops in to have patches taken off and sewed on. That's it!!! Just a patch swap, nothing else. Low and behold upon pick up I notice glue is on my uniform by the patches, on all 4 sleeves. I take the tops back in to get it taken off and am told that there is nothing that can be done and that the patches were glued on as well as sewed. Since the owner wasn't in when I went back. I email her explaining what happened. She then tells me that she did not use any glue on my patches (email in in photos) and for me to bring the tops in so she can take a look. I bring the tops in and she then tells me that she used a fabric glue to hold on the patches while she sewed them on. I have her take off the patch and low and behold there is glue residue on my sleeve and under my patch. She then has the odassity to tell me that it was from my old patches (which have no traces of glue on them at all). Now my 2 tops have to be replaced, patches sewn on and altered. The worst part is that this owner won't take accountability for her actions and is trying to give me numerous excuses as to why my uniform is now ruined. Bottom line GLUE should have never been used, even if it was tape glue!! This place is a joke. Service members be very careful taking your items here, I should have known not to go to a tailor shop not on a base or around one. read more

So happy I found this place--my new go-to cleaning and alteration service! After trying out a couple of so-so (pun intended) places, with very high prices for basic alterations, I was pleasant surprised that I could have the pants of my suit altered (just let out an inch or so) for a really fair price, done perfectly--and in just two days! And talk about service with a smile--these guys deliver great customer service. While I haven't tried their dry cleaning services yet, I see the positive reviews and feel confident they won't disappoint. I have never paid to have anything washed before so I was walking in here blind. I made a very heavy king size rag quilt and needed it washed and dried several times to create a distressed look. I was helped immediately, told it would be done on Wednesday. Sure enough, it was done when promised and beautifully folded and packaged. Judging by how my comforter turned out, it looks like they truly washed and dried it the 4 times that I requested. I will definitely be back to have it washed there in the future. read more

Pretty disappointed with this place. The delivery service itself is great. Because it was so convenient, I let it slide that one of my wash&fold deliveries came back with a bunch of little pieces of leaves all over my clothes and that the clips on my bras always came back ripped open or sometimes completely off. But my most recent delivery came back with all my white and light colored items came back with big blue stains all over the place like they didn't sort the colors, as you would expect from a professional laundry service.... Ruined a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing. What's worse is that they still charged me full price, and after a week of calling and emailing I have gotten no answer from the company about it. Mistakes happen but if you don't make it right, then don't expect my business. read more
