Dissapointed & UNHAPPY!! AS A BRAND NEW CUSTOMER PROCLEAN LAUNDRY SERVICE DESERVES A ZERO!! I was excited to begin their laundry service back in January 2020 at their 2076 Armory Drive location but unfortunately they had a major fire and it was a total loss. They tried to return my clothing & sheets smoke filled and burnt stains. I returned them asking they try again and if not they need to be replaced. The owner Veronica after a couple months asked me to submit items lost with the value. To this day I haven't heard from the company to resolve the situation. I've tried every form of communication with no avail. I realize the fire possibly was not their fault just an accident. However, it wasn't mine either and I am also a victim. All my property is gone and I trusted them with my clothing and personal property... sheet sets, sweater, jeans, work scrubs, etc. In the email listing my loss I took several items off to make it easier for them. They haven't acknowledged either. Worst experience ever!!!I was going to see how they handled this before I continued my laundry service with them and I'm glad I waited for their response. No apology offered, lets see how we can help you...?? They haven't done anything to their customer my loss means nothing to them. The insurance company must have taken care of them they have been back to business and in a new place of business for several months now. read more

The high reviews gave me high expectations. 1 shirt $1.85 and 1 overcoat $18 was going to take 3 days...yikes. After, I said thats too long...the worker said ok 2 days. At the end of the 2nd day, no phone call so I had to call to check status. At pickup my white dress shirt still had some lint on it :(. We found ProClean Services advertising via Craigslist under RV section.Guaranteed 3 years on Roof sealing. We made a call to Frank who is the owner. We set up a time and brought our Travel Trailer in to have the roof sealed.Frank was very cordial as well as professional. We were able to pick up our trailer the next day.I as well as my brother inspected the job Frank had done.We were very impressed at the quality in the short time it took to get it done.I can't say enough about Frank and his business. Frank, of ProClean, comes and picks up my dirty clothes and returns them two days later clean and folded. He's always friendly, helpful and always professional. Pickup and delivery is free! Everybody charges for that but they dont! Having my laundry done for me is my treat to myself and am loving it! Very reasonable prices. They do laundry and drycleaning. Used several times already, always a great job. Husband's dress shirts come back clean, pressed, and hung neatly. $1.85/shirt is a reasonable price, especially considering the fact that they don't charge extra for pick up-delivery. They give you a laundry bag to put your shirts in, text you the night before pick up asking if you have anything to pick up, if you say yes then you just leave your bag outside in the morning, someone will come and pick it up, and a couple days later bring it back and hang it on your door. No need to bother not having the time to go to drop off or pick up. Love that they come to you. read more

I manage a guest house in Petaluma and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the convenience of having this great service pick up, wash and iron my linens and deliver them two days later! Would not recommend bringing expensive, valuable, or sentimental items of clothing/laundry here. I used this laundry service for 3 months and in those three months I slowly began to realize my clothing was disappearing. When I finally got down to it, I had made a list of all of the clothing items I had lost and their value totaled over $200. I brought it to their attention and they apologized (fake) and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Never going back. ADDED: It INFURIATES me that they're trying to deny my being a customer with them. I used to go with my boyfriend using his account for a while then I used my own. I'm not going to put his name on here because we're not together anymore. I used their services in Santa Rosa by the SRJC for about 3 months and stopped going to their establishment about a year ago. That's probably why no one remembers me. I am writing a review now because it popped up and I remembered what horrible service I had there and I thought I ought to warn others about losing their clothing here. So thank you for showing your customers ONCE AGAIN horrible service by calling me a liar and saying your workers have never heard of me. It's because I haven't been in for a little over a year because your establishment is a crooked place where over $200 worth of my clothing got lost. ADDED AGAIN: also it has come to my attention that for every bad review they get they try to say the person was never a customer. That is so messed up. If you can't take the bad reviews, don't run a bad company. Just saying. I will be telling everyone I know including my student friends who use your services at the SRJC about this. ADDED ONCE MORE: their "extensive research" may have not turned up my name because 1, the last time I went was a little over a year ago, and 2, I may have been under my (ex)boyfriend's name the whole time. These guys are polite and reasonable, but I wouldn't go there again. I'd brought in my daughter's Converse high-tops, which they said they could clean. Unfortunately, they used bleach to clean up the rubber, and went one to two inches up the patterned fabric as well, bleaching it out. Not what I had hoped for. If you're just getting casual items laundered, this place would probably work, but anything valuable (emotionally or monetarily) I would not put in their hands. read more

I brought in a suit and shirt on a Thursday afternoon and they promptly had it ready for me this morning (Saturday). I brought in a light pink Burberry shirt that I thought was done for, due to stains on the sleeve, but they were able to bring it back to life. After calling, emailing, etc. to find an inexpensive rug cleaner, got an email from the owner of ProClean. Took my rug in the very next day. What nice people work there! They cleaned the rug, for the price quoted and it was ready when they said it would be. Way less that half of way everyone else wanted. It is not close to my house, but well worth the drive to get professional service and patronize such nice folks! They also do fluff and fold. Try them out! read more

So I brought in 3 dress shirts before 9 am, and had it done the next morning. I got my shirts well washed and pressed. They were well starched and have that nice clean linen smell. They look clean and washed, and they included no wired hangers! I mean they did include wired hangers, and covered with the usual clear plastic cover. Also, the very close proximity to my house makes it very nice when I can give them anything to wash and press before 9 and just drive there in under 5 minutes to get them back before the end of the workday. So I would definitely recommend this place. They aren't the largest place, but I guess it doesn't need to be when you are just dropping and picking up clothes. read more

really wanted this to work out, frank is nice guy but the service I received was not acceptable. brought in my rv for simple roof reseal. work was done we where called to pick up rv. brought home just when 5 days of rain hit. i was like boy good thing I got roof sealed....took it out for a drive week later water dripping inside all over...brought it back, I could see about 3/4 gap on roof was completely unsealed. again I was told repair was made. picked up rv, which indecently no one helped direct to back me out in a very small residential neighborhood get home to find all the sealant they used never dried properly and is a goopy soopy mess. that's it for me- unprofessional, unqualified inferior work. sorry frank you need to be better at inspecting the shoddy work your employee's are doing. I discovered Proclean a couple weeks ago after hearing their ad on local radio. I LOVE the laundry service. They not only wash, dry and fold, but they separate my family's clothing into specific bags. All I have to do is hand the bag full of clean folded laundry to each family member. It's awesome. I mentioned I had a daughter with soap sensitivities, and they use fragrance free soap and no dryers sheets (at my request). Each time I was given a pick up time, my laundry has been ready. As a small business owner myself, I really value the hours of time it saves me to have my laundry done by Proclean. For me, the service is worth every penny. read more

I was looking for a place to dry clean my wedding dress so i looked on yelp and saw this place had good comments.I brought my dress and and i was skeptical wondering if they were going to be able to get all the stains out from being on the grass,wood flooring dragging when i was dancing,beer stains,frosting from the cake and most important wanted to make sure the beading would still be there.
