Quick service and good work, at a fair price. We bring our dry cleaning here all the time.

I've been a customer at this store through 3 different owners. The current owner, Perla, is extremely accommodating (special handling and requests), conscientious, and kind. The clothes come back clean, pressed, and on time. Convenient for parking, too. Highly recommended. read more

Took an old quilt in to be cleaned and shared with the girl my concerns about the care of my quilt. She was very nice. It came back beautiful very happy with their service. read more

here's what we all know....when you buy a well established business that served the community well for years, you greet your new customers with joy and humbleness, not DEAD PAN. And, if your customer is not legitimately satisfied with the poor job done on a piece of clothing, you graciously say "I'm so sorry, let's try again"... Good luck with your business! Sincerely. read more

My prior cleaner closed due to covid and so I am as frantically looking for a cleaner that was affordable but efficient. U Save has lived up to my expectations. My shirts come back every time laundered and pressed to my liking. The establishment doesn't look like much from the outside but service and quality is top notch. read more

Quality and professionalism with a smile is what we experience here when we are dry cleaning or laundering our clothes.

Luna provides good service at a good price and always on time. If you haven't been here or you haven't been here in a while, you might want to check the place out. New ownership. read more

I've been coming for years and now drive out of my way to get here. Gene (the owner) is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He's even made a couple repairs on the spot for me. I would go no where else :) BTW cleaning is done on site which is a huge plus for me... no chance of losing my shirts in transit! read more

This place used to be good, but since they changed owners recently my shirts always come back wrinkled. This has been happening for months. I mentioned it to the new owner and he shrugged it off. How hard is it to press a shirt? OK maybe it's not easy but they should care enough to review / fix. There are plenty of other laundry places so I'll be going to one of them next time. read more

What do you do when you have a growing pile of things that need to be dry cleaned and have never gone to a dry cleaner before? Hop on Yelp, find the highest recommended place, and then hope the reviews aren't trolls. Could not have been happier with this place! Amazing, quick work, great hours, exceptional service (the proprietor always remembered me by name, and tried several treatments for no extra charge to get an especially stubborn stain out) Really, could not recommend this place highly enough read more

I will never go to this cleaner. My friend took in her Fiance's $600 custom-fitted suit (which is virtually new and has never been near food), and got it back with holes and spots. Not only did they ruin the suit, the person at the counter yelled and screamed at her. Accused her of cheating them!, refused to show her the video of the transaction, and brought her to tears, on top of that, they charged her $20 to do it! All she wanted was a clean suit for her Fiance to go to a meeting in. How can a business run like this?? read more

Update: Situation rectified by owner and they did such a fantastic job of the cleaning process, I'm glad I'll get to keep them as my cleaners in Santa Rosa. They refused to compensate for the broken zipper in anyway of the $200 dress and whomever broke it lied saying they did not. I WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

Very swift and very cheap. This place on Lewis is near some sketchy liquor shop, so be sure to lock your doors even when going in and out to pick up. But the rating is not for that. I have to say 3 stars because they generally do what they say they're going to do and quickly. But they did lose an item of clothing of my wife's and damaged another. Both times they denied doing this. Would I use them again? Now I have laundry in my house, so probably not. But if we didn't? Probably. Hard to beat their prices. And I went to them dozens of times without a problem before. read more

I've been going here for at least a few years, this was all spurred by Yelp reviews. I worked on College Avenue for a while and wanted a good place to get my clothes dry cleaned. They are in a moderate price range, but I've always been happy with how my clothes, jackets, linens, and anything else I've brought to them has turned out. Only on one occasion did I find my last name in permanent pen on the inside of a $150 dollar silk shirt. I went back very upset, but the man behind the counter just smiled and calmingly said "Oh that will come right out. Let me take it back and we will fix it and clean it again for you". He did, with no trace and clothes were still perfect. I've tried various other dry cleaners in Santa Rosa trying to find one that is cheaper but honestly my clothes never come back as clean. I don't know what magic this place weaves but it's the one time I can honestly say the price is really worth it. If you have really nice items and want to ensure they will last you a lifetime, here is where you need to take them. My only complaint I really have is that I don't like that it's next to quickie mart that tends to have people pester me for change. But I'm usually in and out of U-Save so fast that I can ignore that. read more

Yep, I found the place I was looking for. Friendly, family owned, competitive pricing. I rarely require a dry cleaner, but now I know that when that occasion arises, I need look no further than U-Save Cleaners. read more

I take my suits here and I've yet to have a problem. Always friendly. Years ago I brought in this baby blue tux that I had worn to my HS Senior Prom (yes I still have it) and had them clean it... it was a disaster when I brought it in (I have no clue when I had last cleaned it) and was remarkably nicer when I picked it up. Just recently I had a rip in one of the seams of my pants leg and they fixed it free of charge. Good business. read more

Took a small old quilt in to this Cleaners to be cleaned & when I got it back a few days later it smelled very nice & actually looked much brighter than when I brought it there. I was very satisfied with the service I received & will definitely use them again! read more

U-Save Cleaners has been taking care of my business dress clothes for nearly two years, and they've always done a good job. The proprietor is always nice and asked about my family when I started patronizing the business. U-Save is now my dry cleaning family. read more

Awesome, quick service, great prices, and they know How to press my husband's dress blues appropriately, unlike other cleaners we have been to. This place is far from our house, but the drive is worth it. read more

U Save is great! The man who runs it is very friendly and remembers his customers by name. More importantly, they have a knack for getting out just about every stain that I have presented as a challenge. When I lived in the JC neighborhood I used U Save simply because they were close by. I moved downtown and tried a couple other places and was severely disappointed. It's well worth driving the two miles for the dependable service at U Save. They have always done an excellent job cleaning my suits, use only organic solutions, and at a reasonable price to boot! read more

U-Save rocks! I have been let down by so many dry cleaners over the years and U-Save has restored my confidence. Friendly, Cheap, and clean. The best part about this place is that they don't staple those annoying little tags through the button holes on your shirts. My only gripe is that they put too much starch on my white shirts, boo hoo. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a go. read more

Being new to the area I had clothing that needed to be dry cleaned. Most of the reviews are very positive so I brought my things here and very happy I did. One dress, a knit, needed a small repair which they did and did not charge for it. They do an excellent job, quick turnaround, and especially the clothes don't have that nasty chemical smell. Very friendly people, too. The sign outside helps to find the place, especially because it's an ugly sign. read more

The folks here have always been friendly and my shirts and suits always look good. The one time they didn't press my shirt as I requested, they corrected it right then and there. read more

Visiting from Australia and need our clothes washed and folded theses guys did a great job and are much cheaper then the hotel service

I've been using this place for a while now, very friendly, turn around time is pretty quick, and their quality is excellent. Overall, I have no complaints and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I decided to try out U-Save cleaners after reading a good review here on yelp. I have to say that they lived up to all expectations. The man who runs the place was super nice. It made me really hope that they did a good job with my clothes because he was so friendly and polite. The turn around time here is awesome. I dropped my clothes off at 6:30PM and they were ready the next day! Also, they prices were dirt cheap. Beyond that though, I have a lot of trouble with many dry cleaners due to the chemicals that they use. I have sensitive skin and about half of they dry cleaners that I have tried have used stuff that irritates my skin. It really sucks when you put on your newly cleaned sweater and your arms break out into a rash! This did NOT happen with U-Save cleaners. My skin is happily irritation free! I have to say that I will be sticking with U-Save from now on. read more

Now my local dry cleaner, the first time he gave me 30% off and did some repairs at no charge. So far a great experience.

I have only used this place for dry cleaning a couple times but so far they are great. They have been reliable, fast, and done a great job with my dry cleaning, unlike some places I've heard about. I even let them do my treasured long wool overcoat which I got over 20 years ago and am always trepidatious about letting people clean. read more

Love these guys. They just raised their prices a little bit, but they are worth it. They can fix/clean ANYTHING! I live on the other side of town, and I drive all the way over here for them. read more

First time customer (September 2012). Very impressed. Great yelp feedback sent me to u-save and I have not been disappointed thus far. Highly recommended! read more

I work as a chef at a steakhouse here in Santa Rosa. I bring all of my dirty coats to u-save. Jin is always great, and there ability to get my coats clean is sometimes amazing. Most definitely would recommend to anyone. read more

This Cleaner is just perfect. Jin, the owner, remembers me all the time and always greets me with "herzlich Wilkommen" since I told him that I am from Germany. First time I brought him my shirts I told him that they are really expensive and a sensitive fabric and when I came back to pick them up they were jsut perfectly cleaned: no bleach, no dirt, good ironing. The price was 2,25 USD a shirt which is okay. i will definitely keep to this Cleaner for my time in Santa Rosa. read more

I've been going to u-save for years. The owner and his wife are very friendly. The turn around is the best!

I have never used a dry cleaner before but after read the review for this cleaner I decided to give it a try, for my surprise my cloths were impecable cleaner!!! The service was exelent!! I will continie using this cleaner and recomend to my friends as well.. read more

I am about a year new to Santa Rosa. I work in a career where I have to wear a tie, button up shirt, and dress pants every day. I also hate ironing, so I need someone to launder my shirts. When I first moved here I tried a few different dry cleaners, looking for the best value. When I found this place, my search was over. The owner (I assume he is the owner) is friendly and remembers my name every time, even when I don't bring in my receipt. I wasn't completely (just mostly) sold on this place until about my third visit. I went to pick up my clothes, and I noticed that a stain had not come out of one of my laundered shirts. I showed him, and he was almost embarrassed that he had missed it. Of course I wasn't mad, I just wanted to make sure that I hadn't ruined one of my shirts. He offered to dry clean it (it was laundered the first time) for free and have it done the same day. He earned my business for as long as I am in Santa Rosa (and I like it here). I will go out of my way to come to this place even if it is not right down the street from my house. read more

U-Save Cleaners is my go-to Santa Rosa dry cleaner, even though they're not the closest to us. They are so nice and do a beautiful job cleaning everything including shirts, slacks, sweaters, dresses, wedding dresses, drapes, area rugs...you name it! The owner is always so kind and they do their dry cleaning on premises. read more

I have waited a few weeks before writing this review because I didn't want to write it when I was upset. I can say that this was one if the worst experiences I have ever had, with any business, ever. I brought in an outfit to be pressed before a wedding I was in. The items had never been worn, still had the tags on them and were in impeccable condition when I dropped them off. When I picked them up, there were scorch marks on one of the items and several small stains on the other items. When I pointed them out to the owner. He denied that they were caused by his shop. I told him that I only asked them to press the items and explained that they were brand new when I dropped them off. I asked him to somehow make the situation right. He then laughed at me and told me the items were not new when I brought them in. At this point I was quite upset. I told him that I didn't want to pay for services that ruined my clothing. He threatened to call the police. When I gave him my card to pay for it the man refused to run it. He mocked me (in front of another customer), continued to say that it was my fault that the items were ruined. When I asked him to run my card, he yelled at me, told me I was dirty and that my clothes were dirty. Eventually he ran my card, charging me for the ruined items. I told him that I would be writing this review and I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau. I went to U-Save because it had good yelp reviews. Please do not be fooled by other good reviews. Check out some of the negative reviews that say similar things about them ruining clothing and not taking responsibility. read more

I've been using this dry-cleaner for the last 4 years. They have great prices, friendly service, and I'm so happy that I don't have to iron my own shirts anymore! read more

U-Save Cleaners is great! They always do quality work and provide friendly, high-quality customer service. If you drop a suit off by 10am they can have it ready at 3pm which is convenient for me and my busy work schedule. I've never had a garment damaged at all, and they kindly found my business cards and name tag that I foolishly left in my coat pocket. read more

I have been going to U-save cleaners for over 20 years!!! Whatever special request I have for Jin, the owner, he does it without question and does not charge me extra unlike some other cleaners when I was in a bind in the bay area.
