I recently relocated from New Jersey to Orlando, which in itself, is a very complicated and stressful endeavor. Palmieri Movers located in Piscataway, New Jersey, was one of three (3) movers that I interviewed and from day one, they reduced my stress levels significantly with their professionalism and friendliness! They gave me a good quote for the move and although it was several months before my move was scheduled, each time I called they were very friendly, patient and gave me such a sense of peace that my belongings would be in good hands. On the day of the move, they showed up on time. Carlos V, Manuel, and Frank were friendly, efficient, professional and worked well together. They were very helpful and treated my belongings with great care. My delivery was to two different locations and they showed me how the trucked was packed to accomplish both deliveries. My furniture arrived in Orlando as scheduled and Ryan and Mike were equally wonderful! They were friendly, patient, and graceful in allowing me to make some minor changes to what went to storage. The majority of my belongings were taken to a storage facility and again, I was very impressed by Palmieri Movers. Because the guys who show up to move your precious belongings, work very hard to pack up your stuff safely, it's only fair that they be provided with lunch and something to drink. I had read in one review that they get tired of the usual pizza, so I ordered Chinese food and we sat down and ate together although the guys ate fast so they could return to work. They provide a very important service and it is a good idea to tip them for a job well done. Thank you, Carlos V, Manuel, Frank, Ryan, and Mike! Great job!! Sincerely, D. Forrester read more

Moved many times with Palmieri (6 times)- started with Mike Sr. and this move with Mike Jr. I do not even call anyone else and have recommended to friends and family over the decades. This last move was a 2 day move to DE. Awesome as always. Kudos to Jody - he was the lead on both days and truly terrific to work with. In NJ we also had Anthony and Scott who along with Jody took great care in wrapping all our items, especially the furniture. Trucks are clean but everything is wrapped so nothing could get on it. On the DE side, we had another Anthony. He and Jody made sure everything was placed exactly as we asked and everything was set up perfectly. All 4 gentleman were terrific, you need the right people for a successful move and these guys were it! Absolutely NO issues with the move, no damage, no breakage etc. Super professional, do NOT hesitate to call this company. I sold my grand piano prior to this move, but if you have a piano (they moved mine 5 times) I can assure you that service is equally awesome. Thanks Jody, Anthony, Scott and Anthony!!! And to Mike Jr for the estimate and Gaby in the office for being patient with me and my changing move dates. read more

I used Palmieri Movers for my move from New Jersey to Florida. I could not have been more pleased and grateful for the attention and care they gave to each item packed and transported. They carefully wrapped and unwrapped all my leather furniture, glass tabletops, and mirrors. They were all very professional, and even made sure that they placed all the furniture exactly where we wanted it, in our new home. Most importantly we appreciate their patience and understanding the days before and after closing on our NJ home. The date of closing was changed up to the last minute and they worked with us. We were even able to contact them after hours to reschedule for next day early move, so that we could be out by noon for closing the same day. They were like family next to you, and reassuring you everything will work out fine...as it did. I highly recommend Palmieri Movers and thank each and every one from Robert, to Laura in the office, and all the wonderful guys who were friendly, efficient, professional, detail oriented, and very careful in handling all our prized possessions. God Bless You All!! read more

I booked Palmieri Movers about three weeks out from my move. They were able to accommodate me on a Saturday with seven guys and two trucks. My experience with this company was exceptional, every member of the crew was helpful, extremely nice and just good at their job. The amount of furniture I moved should've taken four guys about 10 hours, this team came early around 8:30 AM and finished up around 3 PM without any damage to my furniture or either home. Moving my family of four was so easy and stress-free because of this company. I also took the quote I received from Palmieri to a friend of a moving company in California and they told me it looked like I was getting a friends and family discount. I actually called this company based on a referral from my boss when they moved him 18 years ago. If that doesn't tell you how good this company is nothing will. I would highly recommend them for their efficiency and for their fair economic pricing. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, but kept getting distracted. Palmieri movers is worth every penny spent. For the initial outreach, Vic came to our rental and we went through each room and noted what was being taken, attic and basement too. We had 4 people moving us out of our 3 bed 1 bath rental (with an attic and basement) into a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house with a basement. They moved us out and in along with a stop for them to eat lunch in less than 6 hours. AND to top it, the price came in at a minimum $200 lower (and maximum $1800 lower) than the other moving companies we shopped around for. I would 100/10 recommend them to others and will definitely use them again in the future. I'm even thinking of having them pack up our stuff for us for more of an easier move. Thank you all for our move, we couldn't have been happier with the service and outcome! read more

We loved Palmeri Movers!!! Vic was always accessible and willing to work with us on keeping our moving expenses down. Diego and his crew were exceptional. They were very hard working and also super friendly. Our movers were very professional and thorough. They were also very careful with all our stuff! They even went the extra mile to help us put up a large wrought iron garden arch and the end of the second day. They all had very positive attitudes and truly enjoyed their work. We bought them lunch and every single one of them thanked us. Our experience with Palmieri was honestly wonderful and since moving is a highly stressful time, it was nice to be in such good hands. The move could not have gone more smoothly. We highly recommend Palmieri Movers! My sister used them too a few months ago and she also had a great experience and a seamless move. -Carey Morristown, NJ read more

Used Plamieri to help load a POD. Their pricing for the labor was reasonable and the work the guys did was GREAT! I paid for 2 guys, but 3 showed up. No additional charge, Palmieri just wanted to be sure everything went smoothly. The guys, Johnnie, Cory, and Jamarr were excellent. They reviewed what needed to be loaded and went right to work. They has extensive experience loading PODs, and worked as a team to efficiently load the unit using all available space. I watched as they loaded things and commented several times that it looked like there was a game of Tetras going on inside the POD. I had an idea of how much they would be able to get into the POD, but these guys nearly doubled what I expected. Would recommend them any time. read more

Last week, Palmieri moved me for the third time in six years. I keep returning to them because they are the consummate professionals. For each of those three moves, I got several quotes, and not only was Palmieri far lower priced than the others, the representative who came to the house to quote the job was much more knowledgeable and respectful. The other companies wanted to charge for every little thing, but Palmieri looked at the job as a whole charged accordingly. For all of my moves, the crews arrived on time, were extremely polite, careful, and thorough, and they did the job perfectly. They did not leave until both they and I were sure that everything was in place. Really, I cannot recommend this company more highly. read more

The first time I used Palmieri was a few years ago when I moved my upright piano and some furniture from NJ to Boston for my daughter.  The piano arrived in perfect condition, and it would have cost a lot more to hire a professional piano mover.  My experience was so positive that I decided to use them again when I moved to a new place recently. We actually did two partial moves and the Palmieri crew was superb both times.   Every piece of furniture was wrapped carefully and placed properly at the new home. I would definitely use them again, and have recommended them to my friends and family already.   Their positive online reviews are well deserved. read more

Palmieri movers handled multiple moves this past week for me. Each team they sent was wonderful. Helpful, courteous and professional are just a few of the accolades I can share. Jose was at each of the moves and he was stellar. In addition to Jose, Leo and John were there for the packing of the truck and move to storage. They, too, were fabulous. There were 3 Ryans who were part of the team. 2 for the first move and 1 who was there for packing. All 3 were terrific. A couple of others were also part of these teams and they were very good as well. I highly recommend Palmieri movers. I have been exceptionally pleased with their service. read more

I highly recommend Palmieri Movers. Palmieri Movers were super professional. My move happened right after recent hurricane Ida and they had to flex with staff and timing since some staff were unfortunately personally impacted by flooding. They kept me informed, worked very hard and fast, were a really nice group of people, communicated ongoing on progress, and moved everything carefully, including my baby grand piano. Nothing was scratched or broken and everything ended up in the right room in my new home. I can't say enough positives about Palmieri Movers- plus it's nice to support a local, family owned business. read more

I was referred to Palmieri Movers by another local moving company. Their price for my interstate 400 mile move was very reasonable and I agreed to pay an additional charge to pay by credit card. They showed up on time and quickly and carefully loaded my things. There was a minor glitch the next morning when their truck broke down while enroute to my new location but they reloaded my belongings onto another truck and arrived very early the following morning and quickly moved me in with no damage. They are a low key family business, very competent, but down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend them. read more

Palmieri Movers came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint! Jimmy and two other young men came and packed up a two bedroom townhouse in 3 hours. They moved quickly, but took care with everything. Each piece of furniture was wrapped and the boxes were quickly loaded. On the other end, they still moved with speed! I was exhausted just watching them. We did a final walk through and they offered to move anything that we weren't happy with. My husband and I were so satisfied! This was our first time using a moving company and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them for any move! read more

I used Palmieri Movers for the first time today. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. . They were on time.. Very Nice (Carlos & Jose) and they did my move in a careful manner. Very efficient. I was so pleased that they were able to accommodate me on the same day I called them. I called at 12 and said I needed them at 7 and they were there. They were reasonably priced which was nice because who does not like to save a little money. (They were priced substantially lower than the other quotes I received). I will now recommend them as I am so happy with the way I was treated read more

Good experience with Palmieri movers. Moved twice in 2 months, from sold house into temporary townhome, then 6 weeks later into newly build home. Both times these movers were professional, fast and careful, wrapping all furniture before moving onto truck. Took them roughly 3 hours to move us out of our 4 bedroom house and another 2.5 hours to move us in to the townhome. Took about the same amount of time out of townhome and into new house. Also worth mentioning, the pricing was very negotiable in comparison to other quotes received. We highly recommend them for your moving needs. read more

We just completed a full-service move (packing, loading and unloading) within New Jersey with Palmieri. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Starting with Rob, who was very thorough, professional and economic with his estimate, and concluding with Vic and his group for the actual packing/moving we couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Dom for leading the charge on all three days. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and polite. If our experience was any indication of the standard of service they provide on every move, you couldn't go wrong with them! read more

Mike, Red, and Jose of Palmieri Movers handled my move yesterday. They were professional, kind and hard working. They treated my furniture with the utmost care. My 15 year old self-assembled furniture was treated as carefully as my expensive pieces. They were punctual, arriving to my home on time and worked non-stop until all pieces were in place where I wanted them. They have made a stressful event into an easy transition! Fees were extremely reasonable as well. I can't thank them enough for their services. I highly recommend this company for your next move. read more

I had Palmieri Movers recommended to me by two people, and I'm so glad that I listened! Not only were they the best price, but they came to look at the amount of stuff being moved so they could give us an accurate estimate. Diego and his crew were organized, efficient and professional. They were all so friendly and treated our belongings with care as if they were theirs. We were anxious about moving a 3 bedroom house with a toddler and two dogs, but Palmieri made it go so smoothly. Ask for Deigo's crew if you can - you'll be glad you did! read more

FIVE STARS to Palmieri Movers. We worked with several "teams" - the packing team, the loading team and the unloading team and of course Rob who came to our home and provided the estimate. Everyone showed up on time. All were VERY professional, were very friendly and careful with our furniture . This was a interstate move. The driver was very knowledgeable and reliable. Moving is no fun but having such professional movers made all the difference. MANY thanks ! I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. read more
