I've visited 3 Paik's Noodle locations in the Greater Houston area --- and this one is my favorite! The owner mentioned that Chef Baek Jong Won even visited this location about a month ago! I wish I would've been there that day. The service was so warm and friendly. The food was delicious. The consistent standards are evident at Paik's Noodles. I felt a little congested the day I went in, and the warm and spicy side of jjampong soup was just what I needed! Each table has its own tablet for ordering, but customers were also ordering at the counter for take away orders. 감사합니다

The food is delicious! Tastes homemade and was brought out fresh and ready to enjoy with your family! We all couldn't help but to order everything because the menu looked so good and we wanted to try everything! So happy we did because it was all tasty! Can't wait to go back and eat more! Thank you to Heidi and her staff for a great experience with food and good service!

CYPRESS, TX 77433 / KOREAN-CHINESE SPECIALITY CUISINE / 05-26-25 & 10/04/25 / LUNCH / 2 Adults, 2 Kids +The jjampong was pretty good. It had a nice variety of seafood and the broth was full of umami. +Their tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) is great. +The jjajangmyeon was a bit watery and too sweet in my opinion, but the kids enjoyed it. -The shrimp fried rice was mushy, not like other wok-tossed fried rice dishes that you would find at Korean-Chinese restaurants. Overall, it's a nice option if you're in the Cypress area near North Fry and Barker.

The best jajangmyeon you can get in the area. My family loves this place. This time we tasted the wings and they were so good and crispy. Love the quick service and easy to order menu.

An absolutely delicious Korean-Chinese cuisine experience. The dishes were flavorful and delicious. The noodles were freshly made and ideally cooked (slightly chewy). Very filling entrees. If you're unfamiliar without the dishes do not allow the dark and thick sauce to scare you away from this dining experience. The sweet and sour pork was tender with a crunchy outside. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is inviting with k pop music playing in the background. Very clean. Large parking lot. Would highly recommend and I look forward to coming back.

Whenever I am craving jjajangmyeon, Paik's is my go to! The restaurant is easy to find, located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior is nice and clean with lots of tables and seats. I have been here 3 times so far and the quality of the food has been consistent. The jjajangmyeon noodles are plump and chewy, and the jjajang sauce is rich and savory. The tangsuyuk (served with sweet and sour sauce) is crispy on the outside, has an addictive chew, and pairs well with the noodles. The service is great, all thanks to the kind and attentive staff. One time, they sent free dumplings to our table when they noticed we were celebrating a birthday! Please check out this Paik's location if you are in the area!

We came here for Jajangmyeon for dinner and ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork, Meat Jajangmyeon, and Original Jajangmyeon. The Jajangmyeon was really good--I'd rate it an 8.5/10. To be honest, I didn't notice much difference between the Meat Jajangmyeon and the Original--the only real difference was the extra meat. Both had that rich, savory black bean sauce and paired perfectly with the crunchy, yellow radish. The radish was great palate cleanser between bites. The Sweet and Sour Pork, on the other hand, was a 6/10 for me. I liked that it was served with the sauce on the side, keeping the pork crispy instead of soggy. The sauce was much sweeter than I thought it would be, which didn't quite suit my taste. That said, I did enjoy the variety of vegetables in the sauce, especially my favorite--wood ear mushrooms. Overall, it was a solid meal!

Order at the table- Jajangmyeon is very good- I think the sweet and sour pork had better texture at the original location. The yellow radish also stood out for the freshness and it wasn't overly sweet. The lady was very nice and gave us extra. We shall return when the craving hits for Korean-Chinese!

Having heard about Korean/Chinese food existing since a visit to DFW area, I was eager to try Paik's locally in Cypress. The restaurant is a fully renovated former Frenchy's, clean restaurant! Parking is easy. Each table has tablets to order your food. There's also something about Korean eateries and the stainless steel cups - ice cold water tastes even better! We had the sweet and sour pork and and jajangmyeon. The sweet and sour pork came out fast, crispy and dipping sauce was great! The jajangmyeon took longer to prepare for some reason but our waitress offered a free drink for the wait. The dish was excellent, though I wish it came with more pork (though you can order extra meat for an additional charge). Overall we definitely will be back! Great customer service, kind wait staff.

Loved this place. First time we tried Paik's Cypress Noddle and the food and flavors were amazing. Can't wait to return and try something new next time. The service was great and very friendly. Easy to order from an electronic menu at your table. Great place.

Amazing BEST EVER! I absolutely love the tofu jjambong and the pork fried both were truly amazing! The flavors are rich, authentic, and so satisfying. Everything in the restaurant is super clean, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!

Legit noodles :) I will be back for the pork sweet and sour! Easy to order on the tablet and very detailed ingredients.

So happy for this new location! As a self-certified k-drama addict, craving for Jjajangmyeon comes nature after a night of binge-watching. By luck this location is much closer to me than all the others. We have been there twice already, once during their soft opening, and will be back for more. Our meal was yummy and service was very attentive. The portion was big as well. Besides their signature noodle dishes, we also have their sweet & sour pour and dumplings. All very tasty. Hope foodies in Cypress area show lot of support for this authentic Korean noodle place.

Service was awesome and pretty efficient. The employee let me sample their different chicken options so I could taste the difference, since the menu didn't really explain much when I looked ahead of time. The K'Pop Chicken (cute pun) is a popcorn chicken version of Korean fried chicken with a sticky glaze that has a bit of a kick to it, while the Soy Glazed Chicken is (what I think is) their grilled option, which tastes exactly as it sounds. I definitely recommend the K'Pop chicken, but both were tasty. Ingredient options are fun but REALLY fusion-y... obviously, don't come here expecting any type of authentic experience. But I did love that the options for the base include japchae, since I don't have the opportunity to order this on this side of town. They have a fair drinks selection but I wish they could add a Korean-inspired option like sikhye if they really want to keep the theme cohesive. I don't foresee myself coming often since it's on the pricier side, but due to the convenience and variety, I will definitely be back again for future work lunches. - Ambiance: 4/5 - Food: 4/5 - Service: 5/5

The table we chose was clean, but the seats and floor weren't. The host kindly cleaned it up for us. We sat for quite a while before asking a staff member for water. We also requested lemons, but they never came, so we let it go. We ordered large bowls of chicken pho, and that was definitely the highlight. The portions were generous and packed with flavor, with a great balance of chicken and noodles. Midway through the meal, we ordered lemonade. The host didn't seem too happy about it and went to the back for a while. It seemed like it might be made from powder since she grabbed ice from the front machine. Then we found out it was $5, which was surprising. Service-wise, it felt a bit off at times, but you could tell they were trying. We did share a few laughs with the male waiter, which helped the experience. At checkout, we got a percentage off for Mr. Pho's 7th anniversary at this particular location, which was a nice touch.

A very interesting concept to have both bánh mì, Korean wings and boba. I was drawn to visit and noticed it is located in a bit of a smaller business center across the park. A very casual spot with a fair amount of seating. One thing that was convenient is having a kiosk for card transaction which not often businesses have. As a first visit I was a bit more selective to try a mix of items. I did purchase two drinks: Vietnamese coffee and frozen tiramisu, 12 piece korean wings with fries, and a combination bánh mì. Usually I would speak on the drinks but did not really get to try it when I got home. But for the food, I did try. The Korean wings I enjoyed. If you are familiar with the red pepper paste gochujang, this was the sauce. It is a sweet spicy flavor and was also garnished with sesame seeds. You can choose with mild or spicy but I did mild. Very flavorful and a bit of a sticky sauce so napkins are good to have around. The combination bánh mì to me seemed much smaller than I usually am accustomed to. But what is nice is the filling. The contents are more generous portions. This will be a Vietnamese ham and pork sandwich, picked carrots, radish, pate, Vietnamese mayo, and jalapeno. I enjoyed it and having the sandwich is a good choice especially when I included an egg too. Overall, what I can say for K Tea Boba, this would be in my dark horse list of places I have tried. It is very discreet, you could potentially pass it up, but does have a lot to prove. I was a bit taken back because of the previous pictures people have posted of the business last year but not a problem. The owners are nice too. But very last point, I have had a fair share of bánh mì growing up and it is a bit challenging when I am not too far from "Chinatown/Little Saigon" Bellaire. The Vietnamese baguette seemed more dense and not as crispy. I am used to it being more light and airy with that nice crunch crispy outside. Just a small observation but not a deal breaker. On my end, I will heavily consider to dine in more often to fully appreciate everything while it is fresh versus taking it home for convenience but may not be as good after the drive home. *additional add on to the review* (3/20/25) This morning i did try the Vietnamese coffee on my way to work. Just like bánh mì, for me I have also had different varieties of how it is made. K Tea is a nice flavor, not too strong but I am tasting more of a hazelnut after taste. A bit more milky maybe to balance out the bold coffee flavor. It is good but not what I am accustomed to, where it is more potent and more darker in color.
