The food in here slaps! Any flavour they came up with is pretty good I would say. They have a seasonal pizza and I haven't have a disappointing experience! Way to go Pags! And I really love the service they offer here very hospitable- specially on a Monday night. I always grab a late slice just before they closed and boy! They are still accomodating me and I thank them for that! I really appreciate the manager and cook that stays late for me just to grab a slice and a salad Hopefully your management can recognize you all for doing a great job especially during late nights! - A must try a classic pepperoni slice or even try their special seasonal pizza (you won't regret it) - Also try their pasta! My personal favourite, nonas and bread sticks! read more

There was a dead fly in my salad and all they offered was to comp the salad. Definitely won't be coming back here to eat

Definitely my favorite delivery pizza in the Seattle area. I have to admit that I usually resort to *cough* Papa Murphy's *cough* due to me being cheap and close to my place, but every once in awhile I'll treat myself to some great Pagliacci's Pizza. These days, I definitely see how much better this is than any other delivery joint around. The different styles that they offer keep things interesting and prices are rather generous for the quality they put out. The 17" South Philly Pizza with italian sausage, mushroom, onion, parsley, on tomato sauce and mozarella is defnitely my new favorite! Now on to the delivery. They usually say 45 minutes over the phone, but never takes that long. Every time the delivery person comes to the front door they are very friendly and always ask if I want to check the pizza before they leave. I think this is pretty cool that they do this, but usually since they ask I can trust them that everything is ok. Another cool thing is that they call you the day after to ensure that your pizza experience was up to par. Overall, great pizza, great customer service! Highly recommended! read more

It was ok not as good as used to be hut better than dominos or pizza hut something similar

Just a regular cheese pizza is absolutely amazing and the price is fair not only that but they have great customer service I would choose this pizza over any pizza place in Washington read more

Great food, but outstanding service. When I first ordered delivery from here I accidentally had my phone on airplane mode without realizing it, so I missed the delivery call and my pizza. When I called customer service they were super friendly and instantly offered to make a whole new pizza for me, just to make sure it's as fresh as possible, and redeliver all at no charge. Again, zero hassle and zero questioning, all over something that was my fault and not theirs. Huge props. And beyond that, it's very good pizza. They really load up the toppings too, if you ask for anything other than plain cheese then every inch of that pizza is getting covered in fresh goodness. The crust is rather crispy--personally I prefer a bit of a softer, doughier crust, but to each their own. Makes it a little easier to eat anyway. Overall, highly recommended. read more

Excellent service! Dane was especially helpful and delightful! He was so welcoming and went out of his way to give us our pizzas. The lighting is very nice and it is a super chill environment. Pizza was awesome. Nonna pasta was excellent. read more

This is my families go to pizza place! They consistently make some of the best pizza in town. Not only is there cheese pizza to die for, but there margarita is just a piece of heaven. Also they always have a clean restaurant and their delivery is quick! Pizza is some of the best stuff on earth! :) Definitively Recommend for all Pizza Lovers! read more

Good pizza, slightly slow delivery in the later day. The pizza is some of my favorite, and the breadsticks are also good. The quality of pizza sometimes varies, however; sometimes an excellent pizza and an occasional mediocre pizza. My only pizza place right now, though I'm sure there are alternatives that might even be better. Price is fairly high for single person, though I used to eat in much larger amounts than I presently do. read more

I'm not one to eat salad but I can eat the Pagliacci salad if I can everyday! So refreshing and good. The consistency of taste between all locations have been great and never disappoints. Pizza slices available by the slice when you want to add a piece with your salad read more

Love this location! I will never say no to Pagliacci's. Absolutely the best pizza chain in Seattle without a doubt. But I really enjoy this location, I love that they hire younger people who seem like they're having a good time and are always in a friendly mood. Especially the young kid that's always rocking a ton of ice. If you want great pizza by the slice (or pie) look no further. read more

Really the best delivery pizza across Seattle. Consistent, timely and with some really good seasonal specials. Plus, they threw in a box of Jonboy caramels with our order tonight just for kicks. Nice touch. read more

Good LORD i loved this pizza. I don't think there needs to be some crazy detailed review. This is just damn good, delicious pizza for a decent Seattle price. The sauce the cheese ratio is 5 stars. The meats are delicious. Just yummy my mouth is watering just thinking of Pagliacci. Also i love the name :-) read more

WOW!....After writing my last review I received a letter from the management apologizing and they included another gift card to cover the cost of the order that got screwed up. I have to say that It is really impressive that any restaurant would be so concerned with the customer's experience to go that far out or their way to make things right. Thanks Pags! - Customer for life. read more

We waited 50 mins for 2 small pizzas. Staff could of unformed us of the backlog but didn't. When we asked what the status was they gave us attitude! We asked for a refund and they failed to deliver our request. We will no longer return here and take our business elsewhere. read more

I love coming here for lunch. Staff is super friendly it's nice to walk in and see smiles on faces. Pizza is good and I love the spicy chicken salad read more

Pagliacci Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Horrible service at this location. Servers with attitude. If you want ok pizza with an attitude then this place / location is for you.

As you walk in the door, the first thing you see is a display filled with pizzas, salads, and bread sticks all of which will immediately make your mouth water...which is probably why they have the glass panels covering everything up. The very helpful person behind the pies will assist you in picking a couple slices, or pairing one up with a salad before you slide down the counter to the friendly cashier. This person will gladly take your money thus completing your order and sending you off in to the spacious dining area to enjoy your freshly made meal. The pizzas here are thin crust, New York style pies and feature a good variety of toppings from classics like pepperoni to more locally flavored concoctions. My favorite thing to order is a slice of pepperoni along with a small ceasar salad which is just enough for a good meal that is filling yet I don't walk out wanting to take a nap. You can order by the slice or whole pies and there is also a selection of pastas available as well, but i have never ordered any of those so not sure how they rate. read more

Same great pizza I get from their Stone Way location by my apartment but this spot is closer to work. I almost solely get the spicy chicken or Salumi spicy pepperoni. The last time I ordered from here they were out of the spicy pepperoni but didn't realize it until right about when I got there to pick-up my order. They explained the situation and gave a discount on my entire order (I switched over to the double pepperoni). The double pepperoni is a great pizza if you can't get the spicier version. This was also my first time trying one of their salads... it was HUGE. Tons of veggies and chicken. It was a really tasty salad. Luckily I didn't fill up on the salad so I could demolish my pizza. I'm a fan! read more

It is a chain, but if it is really good then who cares?!?! The surprising crust is fresh and cooked perfectly everytime. It is so nice to see someone hand-tossing dough like it should be done. The slices ready to go always seem fresh and they have a good place to people-watch and comfortably hang out. We also appreciate the unique options (sardines, sea salt, etc) but also the traditional margarita whenever we are in the mood. They also have fast delivery service if you are lazy. read more

Yum! It is always tasty. I always order the spicy pepperoni (it is from Salumi) and I am never disappointed. You can go into this place and order by the slice or they deliver. The salads are also very very good. It is a bit more spendy than some of the other big brand places, but the quality cannot compare. Treat yo self. Ya know? read more

Here's why I love Pagliacci: The summer heirloom tomato pizza is delicious (only available in the summer unfortunately); the Caesar salad rocks; the lasagne is tasty; the breadsticks are yummy; they are right up the street; even though they are right up the street, I still get delivery; they always deliver faster than they say they will; the delivery guys are always friendly. Yes, they aren't cheap. But...they have specials and they are worth it. Like upgrading from a small Caesar to a large for free. Pagliacci rocks. read more

Very good pizza, quality ingredients and just the right amount of toppings and correct thickness for me. More of a NY style pizza, although they may have deep dish. I can't remember. Pagliacci is the best delivery pizza in the area. My one knock is I think it's a bit too expensive. Highly recommend for those in the Seattle area. I have heard the one in University Avenue isn't as good though. read more

Took over 50 Minutes for them to deliver my pizza.. Tasted good but it was cold! They must have been busy, that's the only excuse I can imagine otherwise this place has got to speed it up a bit! 2 Stars because we had to reheat the pie in the oven read more

Easiest and quickest delivery ordering system... if you're a repeat customer it takes about 15 seconds to complete your order. The pagliaccio salad is amazing. The AGOG pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. All the other pizzas are equally as good. Delivery has always been quick too. For all this quality you do pay a bit of a premium, however. But unless you're just looking for the cheapest pizza out there, Pagliacci is worth the premium. read more

Dear Pagliacci delivery guy, You totally made my day. It was a pretty bad, call-your-mom-and-cry kind of day, but your exuberant enthusiasm and friendliness really made a difference. Also, your pizza was ridiculously delicious. The carefully sourced ingredients are outstanding and totally worth the premium. read more

My husband and I were sick of other pizza places and just really wanted a big tasty pizza with good cheese. Pagliacci was recommended to me by two people so we went ahead and ordered the pepperoni and the original pizza. It was just what we wanted. read more

Pagliacci is one of our favorite pizza joints in Seattle. The food is good, service is prompt and friendly, locations are convenient. I have eaten pizza from Pagliacci about 10 times in the past 5 years. We have eaten in the restaurant, gotten carry-out, and also had it catered for lunch at work. Each time the pizza had been consistently good and satisfying. My favorite is the simple margarita. I have also enjoyed pepperoni, Hawaiian, Brooklyn bridge and chicken spinach. They have nice selection of pizza choices. I love the Pagliaccio salad! The lettuce, toppings and dressings are tossed together and has an amazing flavor! One of my faves. The service is always super friendly. Last time I went on the website and placed my order online. Which made it super convenient. When I went in to get the pizzas, the worker even asked me if I would like to take a peek to make sure I like the pizza and confirm it is how I ordered it. Top notch, thank you to him for being so considerate! I think that their pizza and crust is good, but not great. I have lived in Chicago for 4 years and my husband was born and raised there, so we are pretty picky with our pizzas. We were not blown away amazed compared some other pizza joints we have visited in the other cities; however we appreciate that Pagliacci is consistent, convenient, fresh, and friendly. Will be back here again for yummy pizza goodness. read more

If you're new to Seattle you may not know this is our beloved local pizza delivery chain. They've got lots of interesting and some seasonal pizza options. If you're not new, you don't need this except to let me suggest you get the Pagliaccio Salad if you haven't before. I ALWAYS get the Pagliaccio Salad. They've even got pasta, Mexican Coke and other interesting beverages, and gelato. read more

Living in the Greenlake area, we usually receive pretty crappy delivery service b/c we are by a college and most are in the u-district. So the drive is longer for them and they get super busy and usually messes up our orders or delivers them cold... This is the place we can count on. We know that it will be delivered hot, on time and correct. They show us the pizza before we sign our cc receipt and we even received a free pizza once b/c of our frequency. I also like how when I call, they keep my order records and I can just say "yes I would like to repeat last order" and "card ends with 1234". Plus the pizza is fabulous and different. A true Seattle-lite 100% knows this... read more

"Riddi, Pagliaccio!" Pagliacci Pizza makes their pizzas fresh with fairly interesting topping combinations on their menu. They've even got a see-through kitchen with authentic pizza dough spinners. Nice! I'm also a fan of their Italian movie posters, but of American films. Who knew the "Sixth Sense" or "LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring" was released in Italy? The only movie I wish they had was "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly", which was originally an Italian flick. If the dining area were a little bigger, the tables a little nicer, and the atmosphere a little busier, I would rate the ambiance more highly. As it is, 3.5/5 stars. The "busy-ness" of a restaurant is a funny thing: Too busy and you'll feel cramped, but too empty and you'll feel less comfortable. I wish some folks would have followed us over from the overly full Flying Squirrel Pizza Co., which we left due to the long wait. We ordered the large Brooklyn Bridge pizza. On the downside, the wait was a little long for one pizza (more than 20 minutes), especially since there were more people working in the kitchen than there were guests in the dining area. Also, while fresh, I found their pizza to be a little greasy and their crust a little tough. Overall, though, the food was tasty (4/5 stars) and worth having again. So "Vesti la giubba" and come on down to Pagliacci's! read more

1st time at this location. Great local chain. We ordered and picked up since we're only 5mins away. These guys do great pizza. They provide a full spectrum of pizza types, from down and dirty plain cheese to some very imaginative gastro fare. Also offer a nice selection of local craft beer for eat-ins. Love the logo on the box: a geeky Bigfoot using a wooden Mac Plus. read more

So I would have gave a 3 star if it wasn't for the fantastic customer service and pizza. The negative: For a business who offers a slice of pizza as part of the stores business I was disappointed that it took 20 mins for 3 slices of pizza.I blame mostly upper management for prioritizing their app and the market that follows with it( I had enough time to read the newsletter) vs customers who wants to just come in for a slice. I will probably be back again because everything was so good except for the wait. I wasn't the only frustrated customer as I saw a couple of people leave and I can only hope that on a wide company scale they think about this further. read more

Pizza was good and fast. Not best pizza in town but solid. But as of 6/20/21 there in NO indoor dining. Understand their choice as a restaurant, but very annoyed at Yelp for getting that wrong. read more

So disappointed. Modified a pizza with vegan cheese and field roast sausage and ended up with meat in addition to field roast. Took me 1 1/2 slices to realize it wasn't vegan. For someone who hasn't touched meat in almost 20 years this is a big deal. They offered a refund for the pizza but I that definitely doesn't cover the damage. read more

I hate hate hate posting a negative review. Particularly only a one star. But...they earned it. Our order was taken over the phone and accepted however it never showed up. We also tipped over the phone by 20 %. DO NOT ORDER. This place is garbage. read more

I'm giving up on Pagliacci after 20+ years. The amount of prosciutto is ridiculously meager--even if you request double! We're lucky to find one piece per slice. And again, that's double. I think we're just getting ripped off. It used to be better. Same story on the Garbonzo bean content of the salad. Tuttabella is much better--very generous on the toppings, and the crust is also much better. Note--you can get delivery through Caviar. read more

Those pizza masters are nothing but awesome! I love dining here and I'm worried I'm going to get chubby because I eat here so much. The margherita is my personal fav! The girl with the long brown ponytail was very charming at the counter. :D A little pricy but what can you expect from some of the most delicious pizza in the city. Stay beautiful Pagliacci! read more

Pagliacci Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Let me start by saying I absolutely am a diehard Pagliacci fan. Amazing pizza .... just not at this location. Ive Given this location half a dozen chances and every time the pizza is seriously underbaked or crunchy hot cardboard. Also consistently 10-30 mins past when they say pizza will be ready. I know things are crazy with covid so hopefully things will turn around for this location but until then I'll be making the trek to a better location! read more
