The server said they were going through a shift change when our order took over 30 minutes to arrive. But, that did not explain the long waits to be seated, to get out waters, to have our orders taken and to pay the bill. The nachos were great. Loaded with tons of meat, cheese and veggies. They were just the right amount and just the right level of spice. The salad was a salad. The tuna melt tasted like straight pickle juice. We are assuming this wasn't the normal recipe and that something must have gone wrong in the kitchen because most people couldn't eat this. We sure couldn't.

I am writing this review to bring a serious matter to attention regarding an experience at your…read moreestablishment. I witnessed behind the bar were deeply concerning from both a customer experience and an operational standpoint. During my visit, the bartender on duty, short, overweight, frumpy, sweaty and greasy looking bartender had demonstrated behavior that was inappropriate and unprofessional. This bartender spent a significant amount of time openly bad mouthing other employees within clear earshot of patrons. Rather than maintaining a professional front, the discussion devolved into petty workplace drama. Even more troubling was that the manager on duty, with a attitude of a hooters, twin peaks server, actively joined in on these conversations and contributing to the gossip rather than redirecting the staff or focusing on guests. I frequent the casino very regularly and on the weekends I see this bartender serve visibly intoxicated customers without hesitation, raising immediate red flags regarding liability and guest safety. I see this Bartender has no concept of basic sanitary practices because these practices are regularly neglected throughout my visits. Weekends are the worse because not only do you have to hear employee drama from the bartender and manager. You have to put up with this bartender and another bartender constantly making gay remarks and passess on one another its pretty unprofessional, they grab eachothers butts then handle patrons drinks its pretty disqusting while the manager joins in on it. A bar's reputation relies heavily on basic cleanliness, safety, hospitable and professional environment. Having staff air internal grievances and acting like children in front of paying customers especially with management enabling it creates an uncomfortable dynamic and reflects poorly on a business. Who ever is in charge in the hiring process should be more selective. I wanted to bring this directly to attention so leadership has the opportunity to address issues before they lead to larger liabilities.

I rolled up expecting decent beer and maybe some passable bar food. What I got was a religious experience wrapped in hops and served with a side of "how is this place not more famous?" Let's start with their German Pilsner - crisp, clean, and more refreshing than finding a parking spot at Costco on a Saturday. This isn't some wannabe craft beer trying too hard to be edgy; this is pilsner that would make a Bavarian monk weep tears of pure joy. It's the kind of beer that makes you want to slap leather and challenge someone to a duel, except you're too relaxed to care about anything except the next sip. The steak and blue salad? Holy guacamole on a unicycle. I don't know what kind of sorcery they're practicing in that kitchen, but whoever prepared this salad clearly has a direct line to the salad gods. The steak was tender enough to cut with a stern look, and the blue cheese wasn't playing around - it had personality, confidence, and probably its own zip code. But let's talk about the service - these folks treated me like I was their favorite cousin who just won the lottery. Attentive without being clingy, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and faster than my ex when the check arrived. Top-notch humans doing top-notch work. Now, about those bathrooms... Sweet baby Jesus on a pogo stick, it's like someone decorated them using leftover props from Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. I'm talking post-apocalyptic chic meets industrial nightmare meets "is that supposed to be there?" But here's the kicker - they're cleaner than a hospital operating room. It's like Immortan Joe hired Martha Stewart as his interior designer. Bizarre? Absolutely. Clean enough to perform surgery? You betcha. 377 Brewery isn't just a place to grab a drink; it's a whole vibe, an experience, a reason to believe that somewhere in this chaotic world, people still know how to do things right. I'll be back faster than you can say "Witness me!" Highly recommended for humans, aliens, and anyone who appreciates the finer things in life served with a healthy dose of "what the actual heck am I looking at?" charm. Will return: Until the end of time or until they run out of that pilsner, whichever comes first.

Emily remembered exactly how I like to be seated and taken care of without me even having to ask -- that kind of attentiveness makes a huge difference when you're a creature of habit like me. My pancakes, bacon, and turkey sausage were cooked perfectly every single morning, and one day Kenneth surprised me with a beautiful strawberry parfait that I didn't even order. That kind of thoughtful hospitality is rare and made my stay so much better. Kudos to Emily, Kenneth, and the whole breakfast team -- this hotel is lucky to have them!
