The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

My wife and I decided against water softening due to the "slimy" feel of the water when bathing, physical upkeep of maintaining salt levels, and the harm it would cause to our garden. Brad noted that a bypass could be added to prevent soft water from being used in the garden. In the end, we ordered a no scale, no salt, two tank filtration system. Brad gave me an informal quote during the consultation and said a formal contract would be sent by his office manager. I was shocked that the quote was about sixty percent lower than another quote from our plumber. I later learned that the system equipment quoted by our plumber and Pro Water Solutions were built by the same manufacturer. The office manager Crystal sent us a contact which matched Brad's quote. We scheduled an installation date and I paid the required $500 refundable deposit. A week later, technicians Gonzalo and Eric came out to the house to install the system. The men were friendly, respectful and experienced. They performed excellent work and gave us instructions on how to get started. We are now looking forward to healthier water, the elimination of scale, and the long term health and performance of our pipes and water heater.

He is a very personable guy and you can tell he is a complete water nerd, and that is a HUGE compliment. The man clearly does something that he loves for work. His family heritage is in water business too going back to Wisconsin, anyone from there knows the last name immediately. Fast forward to yesterday morning. Dan comes out to do the install. As you can see in the picture, Dan had to get fancy with the piping because of the requirement to be able to access the fire sprinkler system in the garage. This dude was an absolute artist with his soldering skills. He's definitely a measure twice - cut once, type of guy. Just a master at his craft and nothing less. Additionally, Dan installed a RO system for drinking water under my kitchen sink. We had one but it was from 2007 and we mainly used it for coffee water and dog bowl water because it didn't really taste the best but was safe for consumption so this upgrade was very much needed. My wife got home from work to two cups of water on the dining room table, I didn't tell her which one was which. One was a cup of arrowhead spring mineral water and the other was fron the new system. She was able to tell which one was the new system HOWEVER she said it tasted great and not like the previous system. So now, going forward, we will no longer be buying arrowhead jugs and consuming micro plastics on the daily. Wrapping up: A solid 10 star if I could review of a company. As a new homeowner and someone who has never owned a personal water softener system before, I was hoping to better understand exactly where the leaks were occurring and why. When I asked for clarification or asked him to repeat certain information so I could fully understand the explanation and pricing, the responses I received were along the lines of "I already told you" or "I just explained it." At one point he also asked, "You don't believe me?" My questions were not about doubting his expertise. I simply wanted to understand the mechanics of the issue and the potential solutions. In today's environment, many homeowners try to be cautious and informed when making repair decisions, especially when unfamiliar with the system being evaluated. Walking a customer through the problem step by step and showing exactly where issues are occurring can go a long way toward building trust. While Eddie was polite when he arrived and again when he left, I ultimately left the interaction feeling patronized and uncomfortable asking further questions. Because of that experience, I decided not to move forward with repairs or replacement through him. Instead, I contacted Rayne Water and arranged for them to install a rental unit that includes yearly servicing. I share this feedback in the spirit of constructive improvement. Only one phone call saying there would be a delay with the rest we were left to guess when we would get water. Families depend on this and you are contractually obligated to provide. Now we just sit around and hope it gets delivered the next day with zero usable water. Customer service: mostly a miss. Don't try to email. I sent 4 emails begging for a response because the first scheduled delivery didn't show up for almost 3 weeks. I finally got through with a call and lady was very helpful and apologized. This has been an ongoing issue and I need to find a way to get out this ridiculous contract.
