They are only nice and communicative when you are trying to buy! But once you buy and want to use the warranty something that you paid for 2k, they will lie to you and won't call back even after many messages. Cris was really rude when I was upset that my whole car systems would turn off with the auto shut off. My whole system was working normal but then stopped and tried to fix it with them but instead of them fixing it they messed with the AC and now my system doesn't work nor my ac even with the auto shutoff turned off. They lie that they fix it because nothing was fixed. Please look somewhere else to pay $2k because they don't honor the warranty and will get upset and not help you. So unorganized.. I bought a sound system for my car and left a deposit so they could order my speakers and they came in they set an appointment for me to get it installed. Got canceled at least 3 times because they were too busy first 2 times I went in for nothing and when I would ask why Andy kept stalling and would tell me he had customers waiting like if I wasn't a customer that left my deposit already.. 3rd time the guy would ignored my calls so I went to the shop and same deal, too busy.. when I finally got it installed it wasn't even the full order so I got some of it installed.. he said that some of it got shipped out to the other shop after waiting over a month.. then they broke a piece of the dashboard while installing so they had to order that and then it was the wrong one.. it's been since July and it's now December and when I ask him if my part has arrived he just says he'll check and never gets back to me. UPDATE: WOW! just WOW! Chris, and Pacific Stereo blew me away. I brought in my 2007 Mustang, as i stated before, to get my speakers installed. The only issue was due to my mounting depth miscalculation for my door subs (Ooops), but Chris, having great customer service, understood what i was trying to go for and mentioned I should've been looking for Mid-bass drivers instead, since they don't require an enclosure and have low mounting depths. The work the did this time around was the following -Upgrade electrical wiring to 1/0 Gauge wiring -Capacitor Delete (Had no value in my system other than cause dirty voltage to amp, my mistake back then but glad i learned now) -installed JL Audio 4channel amp for 4 speakers -install 4 Rockford Fosgate P1683 (2 front, 2 rear) Everything was absolutely clean! and now its been several days later with absolutely no issues! Chris even offered to ensure my stock door mid-bass was wired properly and tune it so that those speakers weren't at least a waste of space while i shop around for midbass, at no extra charge. I wish I dealt business with them on my first setup back in '14! Whenever my lazy butt remembers, ill get some pictures of the install. read more

First I must say Jose was my sales person but I basically came in asking for what I wanted. He helped me explained everything and gave me a incredible package deal. Upon getting started on this 5 day project they found the current battery was leaking acid. He called me to let me know and wasn't pushy at all. I could go on to say how amazing it was to deal with him but there isn't enough room on this page. 5 starts for sure recommend them. Only thing I could say that didn't go right was they used a little more of the bed in my truck for a box than I wanted so I was for sure bummed. I took my 1999 Mastercraft Boat in to have new tower speakers installed. Keemo was incredible his knowledge of product and what we should put in the boat was spot on. The installation was even better they not only took off the old tower speakers and amp they cleaned up all the wires and even where a part of the carpet was hanging down they cleaned that up as well. The installer also dialed in the new stereo and amp as well as the existing speakers and sub. The attention to detail and going that extra mile is why they will get all my business and referrals. I've been wanting to upgrade the stereo on my good old 2004 Ford Expedition, I guess I'm one of those mom's stuck in 2004 and still plays her CD collection. The kids usually like to play newer songs so we just turn on the radio in the morning but there's more commercials than songs and in terms of phone calls I usually wear a Bluetooth headset in my ear but I usually forget to charge it which makes it useless. After calling different places and getting a quote everywhere I decided to go with Pacific Stereo as they have the best price and Joe replied to my message really quick. I came on a Sunday morning, walked to go to the mall, grabbed some iced coffee and tried on some shoes and before I know it Mimo called me and said my car is ready. Mimo also explained to me how to operate my new stereo and helped me connect my phone. They just made it really easy and I love how they gave me all the discounts possible. I don't know if I have the time to properly document my experience. So I'll summarize with bullet points. 1. Went in and said I have a Sprinter van. Want to relocate backup camera from rear view mirror to dashboard. Am told all I need is this Alpine head unit. 2. Drop van off. When I pick it up I am told that the new 2019 van rear view camera is not compatible with head unit. Wait, isn't that why I bought it? Am told that I need to buy an aftermarket camera. So I order it. 3. They also tell me that my SOS light is on and they cannot figure out how to turn it off. Am told that when I come back to install camera, to bring the stock head unit with me and they will plug it in and hide it somewhere behind my dash board so the SOS function works. 3. It takes two weeks to get the camera in. In the meantime I google the fix for the SOS light and it's a simple wire splice. 4. I take my van in for the camera install and tell them about the sos light fix. When I pick up my van, I'm told that the new camera didn't work, but that they were able to splice the wires so that it did work with the head unit. So basically, I didn't need the new camera! But alas, they installed it and charged me for it instead of splicing in the stock camera. To make up for the hassles, they comped me the KENWOOD dash cam I also ordered. This was nice, but they mounted it in a completely different location than they had told me they would. Also, my dashboard is loose and creaks but they said there is nothing wrong with it. Very disappointed. The staff is nice but they're not very good at their jobs. read more
