In short I'm so happy we found these guys. They're fast,…read morefriendly, and totally capable. Best of all, their bid was less than half anyone else's. Just who you want to support. They do more than installing insulation--they also repair damaged installs, including ductwork and other stuff that typically surrounds insulation. Great for far more than just installs. In long 7 years ago, a contractor we hired neglected to hook up a drain pipe properly in our crawl space. We had to chase him and chase him and chase him to finish the work we could see, which he eventually did to a decent quality level, and cut the final price somewhat to make up for it. But we did not know about the drain pipe, since we didn't check under the house. Over time, the spillage damaged insulation, ductwork, and the visqueen lining the ground. Once we got the drain pipe fixed, we took several bids last week for the damage repair. Arrow came highly recommended by others in the trades. Jason stopped by on his way home from other bids--same day I texted him. Can't be more responsive than that! He was pleasant, friendly, informative, everything you want. He was very clear that their bid would easily beat the others, even without knowing what the others had bid (he gave me a ballpark estimate that came true 100%). He volunteered to take cat litter back under the house to soak up standing water. At that point he didn't even know he had the business, but as soon as he came back up I let him know we'd be hiring them. Their office was ready to schedule the guys any time we were, but Jason recommended letting the space dry out for a few days. This morning, Francisco and José showed up not only on time, but early. Both as cheerful and communicative as Jason, and they got to work even faster--one of them was trimming Visqueen before we even finished going over the work, and they hopped right down through the trap door and got after it. They fixed the duct, insulation, and lining in a couple hours, never even disturbing the house cats and pooch. They were super quiet and efficient. This house was almost 30 years old when we bought it, and we're 7 years in now. This project was a self-inflicted one, since we hired an idiot contractor when we got here. But finishing this puts us more than 70% of the way through our to-do list, and only one of the remaining projects is at a level of priority 1. Arrow helped us a ton and puts us another leg up toward getting this place ship-shape.

Here is what they do that others cannot. We had a reputable plumbing crew with 30 yrs in the game out before Brian and his crew went to work on the insulation. They basically inherited the business and experience from Clean Crawls (which was a big name contractor around King and Snohomish years ago.) We met 2 people from Patrick's crew, they were polite, hardworking, and super chill. The crew always showed up on time -- which is saying something because I-5 can be so unpredictable. Pat kept me in the loop the whole time with updates and photos of the damage. We're first-time homeowners and Pat took the time to explain things to us. Gave us tips etc. Straight-up, no BS or NO upsells! The work they did for us was top-tier. I am a "perfectionist" and I was happy with how everything turned out. If you see your home as an investment (because it is), Pat and his crew should be your go-to. The best part is they're honest. None of that, "Oh, we didn't include this in the original quote because we didn't see X, Y, Z coming." The guys on the crews been around for 15 YEARS and pretty much know what's probably going on beneath the surface before they even start. They handle all sorts of things like crawl space work, drainage, insulation, vapor barriers--the works. If you got a house problem, they got a solution. ** One thing to note: they are super hands-on and always busy, so if you call and don't get through, give it another shot. I think my wife said she called them 2-3 times because the crew's always on the road. **

While the roof itself appears to be well done, the condition in which our property was treated and left is unacceptable. During the course of the work, your crew drove over shrubbery in our backyard in order to fit vehicles, smashing them flat and causing damage to the established landscaping. They also cut limbs from a tree we planted years ago as a memorial, leaving it disfigured. At no point were we asked for permission to cut any limbs or shrubs, nor were we informed that this had been done--we discovered the damage on our own afterward. The limbs were not properly removed but instead discarded onto other vegetation, leaving us to clean up the debris. Additionally, plants were cut back to accommodate vehicles in the rear driveway, and several bushes were run over and flattened. Old plywood removed from the roof was thrown onto our deck, landing on outdoor furniture. Crew members also walked through and stood in garden areas, trampling new spring bulbs. We were particularly surprised to find that a log had been dragged out of the forest and onto our lawn for use as a seat during break time, and then left there for us to remove. We understand that roofing can be a messy job with missed nails on the ground or some debris that had blown into bushes etc., but we chose to work with a small, local business in hopes of receiving more care and respect for our home and property. Unfortunately, this experience has not reflected that expectation.
