We dine here about once per week and have been here SO many times... it's tried & true. When the pizza is perfectly executed (which unfortunately isn't every time) it is really delicious. We finally tried the (kids) fries which are super good! The service is typically good and the ambience as well. They have good beers on tap but I wish they had better wines. Also, I don't like having to pay a $7 fee to get this pizza delivered by Door Dash, that's my main con. read more

It took a while about 45 minutes to get our food, but it was worth the wait. We sat outside on the patio as it got dark And the umbrellas and the lights were really nice touch. Great ambience. This place always looks closed so it took awhile to try it but it's great pizza! We love the mushroom one but have tried the classics with our kids and they are all great. Delivery is also pretty fast and take out is ready quickly! The servers are thoughtful too. If you eat there just beware of the sun, it can really cook the front part of the restaurant during the summer months and I'll end up eating inside in sunglasses. I went on a super busy night. Got seated right away. Ordered the loaded meat pizza. Super great pizza. Loved it. Came out in a timely manner. It was super busy so I was expecting slower service, but it was pretty fast. All the staff were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy working there. Waiter was great, very attentive to my drinks. This is one of my pet peeves of having my drink sit empty for too long. Place was hoping with people just getting back from skiing and whatnot. Best pizza in Bend, lots of great beers on tap and a happy hour! The veggie pizza is one of my favorite-the basil makes it stand out and it's full of unique veggies like artichoke hearts, mushrooms and peppers. I also love the mushroom which is more creamy, but the green onions add a nice crunch. The crust is medium thickness, flavorful and soft. A nice beer pairs perfectly with the delicious pizza. On our first night in Bend we were looking for some good pizza take-out. After reading up on reviews we decided on the nearby Pacific Pizza. We phoned in our order, very pleasant customer service. Our order was going to be ready fast, and indeed it was ready when we arrived. We ordered a medium veggie and a small house salad. As for the pizza, the crust was quite good and cooked perfectly. The toppings were very plentiful (see pic), and it was a yummy variety combo. The salad I'd say was just okay, your average side salad with some not-so-fresh pieces of spring mix included. Although the salad wasn't fabulous, we were very pleased with the pie. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again when back for another visit in Bend. read more

That said, I like it. - Fairly long, fairly comfortable bar area. Seats a lot of people and there are TVs to watch no matter where you sit. - Margarita pizza: not exactly a true rendition of the classic but still very tasty. Good crust, good char. It could use more mozzarella and basil, and less arugula, which is piled high on top. - Hawaiian pizza: OK, lots of people don't like pineapple on their pizza, but I do. And this is a good one. - Tap list is top tier with a lot of local and Oregon craft beers. - Happy hour from 3-5 every day. $1 off beer. In my visits during HH, it hasn't been remotely crowded, so you're almost assured of a seat at the bar. Recommended. read more

Wow! We had such a great time here. We came in at 8:15pm and they closed at 9pm but Chris P was our bartender and he was so helpful. He provided us fantastic beer recommendations while we waited for our pizza. He came by frequently to give us travel tips on hot springs, mountain biking, and more. I gave 5 stars off of the customer service alone because it's so rare these days. Chris saw that we were enjoying the beers and he told us to take our time drinking them while they closed up for the night and he put our pizza in a warmer until we were ready to leave. We ate at Pacific Pizza and Brew last night and really enjoyed our meal. The service was exceptional and our meal (shoestring fries, one gluten free pizza, and one standard pizza) was super tasty also. In fact, the gluten-free pizza was probably one of the better ones I've tried recently! I would have given a solid five stars for ambience, service, and food taste. The reason I'm leaving a critical review is because of food quality. As we enjoyed our leftovers this morning (on the last slice no less!), this critter fell into my hand as I pulled off a slice of pepperoni. It was baked into the cheese under the pepperoni, which means it was either already in the ingredients before they were put on, or it flew on top of the cheese *before* the pepperoni was added and the person cooking it didn't notice and just laid a pepperoni on top anyway. The bug is intact (not crushed) so my guess is that it was already dead in the meat or cheese before it was cooked. Pacific Pizza & Brew seems to have their recipes dialed but not their quality control. read more

Update to previous very positive review and many check ins. Seldom do I write a negative review and I want to say this has been one of our favorite restaurants since they opened. So if you're looking to visit this is a good restaurant and brew stop with exceptional waitstaff and good food. The people are really why we have kept coming back. People make a restaurant a success or failure and I hope the owners takes time to read this updated review. We dropped in on a very quiet and not busy afternoon after a stressful day to enjoy some food and a beverage at one of our favorite stops. Since we visit frequently we know what we want and after being seated we were asked for our order. Same drink order but we'd noticed the drink prices had changed, that's unfortunate. We asked our server and she said they had hired a new bartender and the prices had been adjusted. Guess there is a vodka shortage or something, oh well what's a few bucks, right? We ordered and she returned a short time later and looked a bit nervous when she told me my drink price had increased from $8 to $16 as the new bartender had recalculated costs. $16 for a drink in Manhattan is expensive and $16 for a common drink in Bend Oregon is simply stupid. She was very professional and did not throw her new bartender accountant engineer genius under the bus but she knew my questions were coming, WFT? The bartender hid away and left her to sell the concept of charging $16 for a drink as if someone would think that was a good thing. We felt bad for her but life offers up options and we chose to exit, along with our phat tip, and go to another place to enjoy ourselves. Not sure how doubling some drink prices and losing customers figures as good business but it's not my restaurant or my P&L. Great location, TI buildout, exceptional pizza, and food but get a grip. Bend can turn on you and hiring people who make decisions like this just might come back to bite you when things slow down. A 100% increase in a drink price equals 100% of nothing, give that new bartender a bonus. Our evening ended up great and we spent our $80 someplace else, I enjoyed my $8 beverage which is better than the ones I have had a Pacific and life goes on. read more

The pizza here was pretty mediocre. The toppings were pretty good with the exception of the sausage which was crumbled so small it was overcooked and tasted like gravel on top of the pizza. The crust was very flat and had no chew to it as a great pizza needs. What ruined our visit was the very loud birthday party that was going on in the back part of the restaurant. Loud screaming kids who kept running around and in and out of the restaurant. Not really the venue for this type of party. Especially at dinner time on a Friday night. read more
