The ladies here took such great care of me and did an amazing job!! They took me right away as a walk in and I was in and out in about an hour (full set acrylic & gel pedi). I asked for recommendations for a red gel polish and they immediately chose a shade that looks best with my skin tone. I was so impressed! My acrylics are shaped perfectly and they gave me the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. The woman doing my feet could tell I was ticklish and eased up on the exfoliation but still made my feet smooth as a baby All of the nail techs here are SO sweet too and truly amazing at what they do. I could tell they have great rapport with their regulars too and truly care about the customers. When one of the regulars sitting next to me left, the woman doing my nails went, "by honey, see you next time. Drive safe, I love you!" It was the sweetest thing ever. I called ahead of time and showed up on time, knowing that some nail techs do acrylic and some don't. I had Amy takeoff my gel X nails and do an acrylic full set for me . The whole time she was just saying bad things about my nails and myself in Vietnamese to the staff there. I felt so uncomfortable that I couldnt share with her that I was Vietnamese and I understood everything she was saying. She saw my nails and told the staff that they were so ugly because they were black and long coffin shaped and then she complained about removing my nails and not trying to just have the patience to take them off . She complained that they weren't coming off and at the end they all came off which was fine and then she proceeded to tell me that I should just take the acrylic color all over my nail. so she didn't ask me if I wanted to look at colors she just decided that my nails were going to be a natural pink shade because she liked this color. She put the pink powder all over my nails shape them and then just put a topcoat on it and said hear you're done . She was also complaining of enemies how I was looking at my nails so much because I was comparing it finger to finger to make sure that they're even. Overall, the salon charged me $70. They said it was $55 for a full set and $15 to remove my old nails. I'm extremely unsatisfied with my experience at the salon, because I typically don't want to talk badly about my own culture and my people but Amy is one of those nail techs who actually just talks poorly about her clients. read more

The acrylic manicure was extremely rushed and the lady cut me. She was very rough. I wanted French tip but she used an extremely pink base and no colors matched, so I had to pivot. The nails were too thick for my fingers and after requesting several adjustments, I felt like I was bothering her. she was shaking her leg impatiently and tapping her fingers. My cuticles were not cleaned and I had left over dry acrylic all over my fingers. I left thinking I could deal with the nails but after seeing everything in better lighting I decided I wanted them removed. They did not let me go back to get the removed!!! I wasted $100. I never leave reviews but this was not a professional experience at all. On top of that, the pedicure was super blotchy. I paid $40 and didn't get everything mentioned. I asked to get the foot mask and they just kept telling me they don't do it anymore. The pedicure lady was kind. But I did not get what I paid for. read more

Amy saved my life. Two days ago, I had my acrylics removed and my nail tech (somewhere else) thought the powder dip was a good option instead of an acrylic overlay. Bad choice. My nails were too thin and 3 of them were cracked the next morning, another cracked day 2. I was taken as a walk in, on a Sunday right away. Amy was surprised my former nail tech did the dip on my nails and quickly got to work taking it off. Amy was very meticulous with her work and I'm very happy with my nails now. So this is my second time going to this nail salon the first time I went I got an hombre gel and within a week they were early coming off really looking nasty. Made my appointment everything was good this kid young guy started getting me my pedicure was super gentle with my feet I felt like it could've been a little bit more rough he was super super gentle. a woman then takes over and starts doing my toes and for some reason I felt like she was just kind of nervous I don't know she was really nice everybody was really nice let me just say that Another woman, I think her name was Amy starts doing my hands while on the massage chair getting my pedicure. Then we move to her desk and she starts with my nails everything looks good and I'm watching her and everything looks fine. As she's doing my nails she tells me that I need to pay them there and then so I paid her and I ended up wanting to get my eyebrows done she brings the wax and everything out of the wax room and does them right there at her little desk ... personally though wow ... way to make me feel good. I felt rushed so I left when I got home I took a good look at them and oh my god I am not happy at all !!!! They are more square then Coffin and messed up the application on the nail. On top of that when I was getting my pedi my feet were put in a bag with liquid that turned into a wax substance. Well when I got home i still had wax on the heels of my feet ! They were able to take me in that day and Mimi, the lady who did my nails, knew EXACTLY what I wanted and did them perfectly. She took her time and was super detailed but worked time efficiently so I wasn't sitting there for hours. My pedicure was amazing and felt sooooo good, and they got rid of my calluses after months of buildup. They also worked at the same time (Mimi and the other tech working on my feet) so I was done with both around the same time. The price was super reasonable also! Just moved back to San Diego and was looking for a nail salon I can start going to. I got a full set and a pedicure. I had an appointment so I only had to wait about 5 minutes. The salon itself is really cute! I had a pedicure done first and the guy who did it was great! My feet are super soft and he took his time to make sure they looked great. I then got my full set and this is where it went downhill. The woman who was doing my set seemed like she was rushing because there were a few other people waiting. She shaped my nails and I had to ask her twice to reshape them because they were so uneven. They're still extremely uneven but at that point o didn't wanna ask her a third time. They're also very lumpy and the polish job is not that good. Everyone at the salon was very nice but I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Was on the fence after reading reviews . I was charged 104 for short acrylic nails , and a pedicure . I was way overcharged especially after hearing the original prices listed on their wall and specifying no gel on my toes . They did a good job but way too expensive for mediocre nails that aren't long and one color . They said 14 was charged on top of the 37 pedicure for it being gel at the end even when I said I don't want gel . However they were extremely nice so that's one upside of going here . read more
