On December 19, our group called to set an appointment at 11AM for 5 people for December 23. This was for a wedding - bride & bridesmaids. The day of when we arrived we were told there were only 4 nail technicians working to service the group of 5 but they would still be able to take care of us. However at 11AM, our appointment time, all 4 technicians were working with other customers. We waited about half an hour or so until 11:35 AM when 2 out of the 5 in our group could be seen. The other 3 ended up waiting until 12 PM. At this point, we were an hour over our appointment time, and the group had wasted too much time waiting with other errands to run. It didn't seem like the other three that were still waiting would be able to be serviced anytime soon - so they left. It was unfortunate no one got an apology when they had to go up to cancel, and leave. It was unprofessional to leave those who were waiting with a set appointment to walk-ins that had come slightly before us. As for the quality of work, I would give it a 3/5. It's a bit better than I've seen at other places but not phenomenal. The prices are cheap so it's a good bang for your buck. I received a gel manicure and regular pedicure and my manicure wasn't applied evenly so I have a bump on one of my nails that I have to actively ignore. The service is cash only, so not convenient. The ladies that were able to help us were nice but because of the unprofessionalism of not honoring our appointment time I couldn't say the quality would make us overlook that. I personally would probably not return due to the lack of respect for our appointment/ time and the cash-only would make an extra stop at an ATM that I probably wouldn't personally do for the quality I received. read more

I think I found a nail salon I can go back to. I've tried other nail salons in the area and I've always left disappointed. Usually, its because it takes forever and it's not worth the time I had to wait. If your looking for a nice luxurious nail salon I wouldn't recommend this pace to you. It has a 1990s feel and its kinda dirty, but the tools are clean. Plus their not extreamly welcoming (main reason why it's 4/5 stars instead of 5) When I went in and they got straight to bussiness. Less then an hour for a spa mani/pedi and regular polish with a simple design. My favorite about this place is the price, $30 plus tip. read more

Im not one to complain, but i did my nails here for the first time and did ombre almond style and it came out perfect. I came back today to do a fill and the lady at the front seat couldn't even file/shape them correctly she just made them shorter with the drill. I asked her are we doing a fill with the pink and white powder and she said yes. She started with clear powder and then filed. She asked me to go wash my hands and i come back to the table with her having the LED light out. Im like are you not doing the powder and shes like i did im like no you didnt shes like i put the clear powder. Im like no the white and pink powder for the ombre and shes like i dont do that i have pink nail polish. In my head im like wth I've done fills before with powder not this, especially when i did it with them the first time so how you gonna tell me you dont and use pink nail polish, even my sister did powder ombre with them. She continues to show me the two nail polishes colors on the nails and im like i dont like either of them you can see my natural nail i could of just painted them at home if thats the case. I was charged $32 dollars for a fill that she just painted over with light pink shellac nail polish color, she didnt even add the white color and just left the one from before. Never coming here again the nails look so bad and not shaped correctly pictures dont give it justice to how it looks worse in person. Even for the appointment i had my appointment at 2pm i get there and there all busy and she tells me we dont have time, im like no i have a 2pm appointment, she goes come back at 5pm. Whats the point of making an appointment if there still not gonna be able to see you. So i came back at 5pm and wish i didnt. Even after i drove to my sisters house to show her cause i was sooo annoued and cause she lived close by and goes to them for her nails and she even said i never seen them do this bad ever, she even said she does fills with powder with them so idk what there talking about. Sorry for the rant but it was such a waste of money for it to just be painted over as if she did a fill‍ tomorrow ill be going somewhere else to fix the job they couldnt do. I will attach pictures of the first time I came and did my nails by them and how it looks after the fill. You can see the different colors of the nail at the bottom which look horrible and thats why we get fills in the first place to cover that part up. Sadly in photos you cant see how bad the shape is, its not even round its like bumpy on the sides because she did it with the drill. I can't say for any other services as I haven't gotten anything else but the lady that waxes does amazing every time and knows how to best shape them according to your face without even asking. Worst service I have ever gotten! The lady started doing my nails and then in the middle of doing mine, stops to do someone else's. I was left sitting there waiting for a half an hour until she finally got back to me. She noticed I was frustrated and in a rush by then so she started rushing me. After filing my nails down, she instantly put gel on my nails. Didn't tell me to wash my hand or put oil on my cuticles! The gel is super full and shitty. And it took me 2 hours to get a fill! My brows are always perfect, she takes her time and is a perfectionist. I have moved to otay ranch but will still drive the distance because this is the only place I trust with my eyebrows. This place is not recommended. The lady I got seemed to have no training or technique to giving a simple manicure. She didn't properly trim the cuticle, only danced around the area with trimmers pulling at skin not cutting it. I couldn't even sit there to let her finish. i've been here many times because of the location and cheap prices, and i can assure you that it is an absolute waste of time and money. this place disregards the wants of the customers. i have never left this place even remotely satisfied with my nails. this last time i came for a fill, the nail technician at the front desk used an electronic file and was filing deep into my cuticles, making me bleed. even after i complained and snatched my hand away in response to the pain, she continued to repeat the misconduct on every single nail. ignoring the bloody cuts, she proceeded to attempt to clean up the messy polish with acetone, which seeped into my cuts. i sat in discomfort and still gave her a tip. i'm urging everyone to not be lured in by the cheap prices. this place is not only horrible, but also painful and rushed. read more
