Came in to get my nails redone because the gel X on both of my thumbs were coming off actually one came off and the other one was coming off and I just came in to get two new Nails really didn't care about and for the design it was either salvaged the nails or take all of them off. I've gone to Kevin ever since my first visit and have never felt the need to try anyone else. He always does an amazing job bringing my nail inspo to life and pays attention to every detail. Okay so I took one star off because for $175 (Tip included) I expect my nails and toes to be very well done upon completion. My nail tech was a gentleman Kevin. He was patient and talking me through the difference between gelX vs full set with dip. We went GelX route and he took the inspo picture I brought from IG and replicated it pretty spot on. He fixed the cuticles where I wanted more removed and was patient with my indecisiveness. So he was someone I would be seen by again. Now pedicure was a different person, a lady. I won't say any names because o don't like to call anyone out, but the photos speak for themselves. Shape and cuticle clean up was great, but the polish is lacking and has clear spots where a second coat would have filled in and made the color pop. Instead I can see my nail through the polish on almost every nail. It's clean inside just like Bliss 2. So now you have the honest truth even if you call ahead and make an appointment do not go to close to closing or it might end up not being the most thorough coverage. read more

My experience included my minor daughter and myself. This place was busy/popular so I can't blame them for a little wait. However, my service included exfoliating pedicure and the very next day there wasn't a noticeable difference. Secondly, I entered with extra cash to cover service, tip, and the expected little upselling. They kept getting my minor to agree to more and more until my cash on hand couldn't cover it. This practically doubled her package cost. In hindsight they spoke quieter to her when seeing if she would agree to more add-ons, as if to avoid me hearing. I don't have a lot of experience but the results didn't last 24hrs for me but the expected cost went from $84 to $140 pretty fast. read more

I've been here several times over the years and usually have good service. I went in on Friday & got a manicure & pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was fabulous! The lady who did my fingernails-not so much. It's Tuesday & the gel polish has already chipped. I can't go back because I am out of town most of the year. I'm disappointed. Better off getting press on nails from Walmart.. My first time in and the nails were pretty.. two days later they started cracking and breaking. I'm a stay at home mom who isn't rough with my hands. I go back to give them a second chance and day one, another one broke. Second day, a second nail broke. Day three, the thumb nail cracked. I go in and ask for a refund day 3 because the quality is NOT worth $70! I was told he can just fix it not refund it. I was also told because I had a fill done they are weaker and I should expect for them to break after day 3! I don't want any more work done by them to just have to worry about when it's going to break again. A total of 7 nails broken in less than a 2 1/2 week time frame. They have terrible quality work. Friendly and pretty nails but WILL ABSOLUTELY break in a two day time frame. First picture is 3 days after.. second picture is freshly done. Don't waste your money!! And any time there is a low rated review, the owner never takes accountability and likes to say things like "maybe it's the structure of your nails" then proceeds with "give us a chance and let us fix it".. for what??? For the gel x nails to break one day later? No thanks. It definitely wasn't the structure of the customers nails when 80% of your customers are saying the same thing about your gel x nails and its quality! Refunds should be circumstantial.. multiple broken nails 1-3 days after getting them done is CRAZY! In response to your statement: After being told by the manager that it's expected for nails to start breaking day 3 after the FIRST fill, you are absolutely correct. I did not want your services any further! All together after paying for my sister and I to get our nails done the first time and the last time I went in for a fill I paid your business $375 (not including tip) and ended up with 7 nails broken within 3 weeks?! No! Terrible customer service and even worse quality of nails! ABSOLUTE waste of money! read more

Very disappointing experience. I paid $41 for a pedicure and somehow finished before customers who had started well before me. The technician used an extremely heavy hand, didn't properly clean my cuticles, barely scrubbed my feet, and rushed through the service. The entire pedicure took only 29 minutes from start to finish. I do recommend weekdays (because duh, weekends are busy) but the staff is always so sweet, and friendly! They've always done a fantastic job with my dip manicure and (reg) pedicures! Disappointed with the service and management. I came to Bliss Nails & Spa 2 a few days ago for a gel pedicure and left happy at first. However, just two days later, the polish on my big toe started to lift and separate -- which should not happen with gel polish, especially after paying over $60. When I went back to the salon to ask for a refund, they refused, only offering to "fix" the nail instead. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to return to correct something that should've been done right the first time. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them says a lot -- and the lack of accountability here was disappointing. I was in a rush to get my nails done before my wedding and I decided to stop at this place after my friend recommended it. I did not make an appointment but that was not a problem. The guy that I spoke with as soon as I came in said they were able to do my pedicure and my nails. Right away they began to fill up with water the pedicure chair. I ended up getting both services at the same time. Pedicure: I was very pleased! The guy that helped me with my pedicure was really nice, professional, and warm. It had been over a year since I had a pedicure and all I ever do is obviously wash my feet and trim my nails. However, this guy trimmed my cuticles, removed some weird piece of nail I had, and massaged my legs for almost the entire 20 minutes (as stated on the massage package I picked). Everything smelled so delicious! Nails: the guy that helped me with my hand nails seemed like he was new, which is not a bad thing. I was told he had been working there for about 2 months only and I was able to pick up on that based on his body language. But, like I said, I was okay with that. Yes, these were my wedding nails but I am pro for newbies. I am giving 3 stars for 2 reasons. The first reason is that the nail on my index finger was placed crooked. The fake nail was placed pointing down. When I saw that I asked for the nail to be fixed. I was told that it was normal for the nail to look that way and that once my nails were done it would not point down. I trusted them and let them continue. In the end, I was not pleased with the nail that was pointing down. I am attaching pictures of the nail I am referring to. The second reason I am giving this place a 3 out of 5 is that the nail polish on my feet did not last very long. It chipped after 2 weeks. I had a pedicure and also got gel at a different place a couple of years ago and that lasted me about a month before it started chipping. That is why I had high expectations. Also, the fake nails on my hands started lifting off just a little over a week after they were placed. Most of my nails also felt bumpy but I did not say anything since I did not think they would do anything about it. I do want to mention that they did my nails the way I showed them in my inspo picture, which was much appreciated. The place looked clean and the products they used during my pedicure smelled so so good! read more
