I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. At one point, I asked if I could quickly grab something and pay for it, and she responded with "fine" and walked away. Later, another employee at the register was extremely kind and even told me about some coupons that saved me $15 , something Brittany never mentioned. When I returned the next morning to pick up my already-paid-for prints, I was the only person in line. I smiled, said hello, and let her know I was just picking up my order. All she had to do was hand them to me. Instead, she looked at me, said "It'll be a while," and walked away to assist another customer who was making holiday cards. I stood there confused until even the woman she was helping said, "Oh, just give them to her, I'll be a while." Brittany rolled her eyes, grabbed my prints, and handed them over without a word. Her attitude is consistently unpleasant. This isn't a one-off experience, she is always rude, and her customer service is terrible. I won't be returning. I'll be taking my business to OfficeMax, where the staff is at least polite. I understand people get busy, but at minimum, customers deserve basic courtesy.
