Good food, decent price, and good service! Tropical bohemian vibe to the restaurant, like a Tommy bahama style

Fish and chips. Anyone that has read my reviews in the past knows I can't pass up trying fish and chips when I see it. My first time at the pacific catch and it won't be my last. The batter was crispy but not oily. And the cook on the cod was perfect. This just might be my favorite local fish and chip place. The chips were crispy and the salad was tasty. And the tartar sauce, you'll just have to be surprised. I am working on copying it at home so it's pretty good. read more

I was a bit disappointed! Don't care for the atmosphere, food ok, overpriced! Catered to more Asian preferences. Not the seafood place I desired! Miss Bonefish Grill! That was excellent Seafood. This place should be renamed! read more

The food was absolutely amazing as was our waiter Henry. The food is fresh and extremely flavorful. My sister said her salmon burger was to die for and I felt the exact same way about my two shrimp street tacos. These weren't the mini street tacos either. I highly recommend the Pacific Catch Restaurant and the pricing was very reasonable. read more

I showed up on a Friday afternoon and there was zero wait for their lovely outdoor seating. It was hopping, so obviously popular, and for good reason. My friend and I ordered the fish and chips (Alaskan cod) with regular fries and sweet potato fries. It was clean, crisp, had a great golden brown color to it and even a little heat. Side note, I'm a baby when it comes to spiciness so it may not be that hot to most people. That being said, the heat was totally manageable. For a drink, i enjoyed the sparkling agave lemonade. The taste caught me off guard at first but ended up being really tasty. I would recommend asking for light ice though. All in all, a solid meal at a reasonable price served to us by an incredibly friendly waitress, Kristen. She was great Highly recommend trying this place out. read more

Nice place decorations look good, but the food just standards level, no surprise. The Bloody Mary normal, also no surprise to me. Price a bit high. So compare the price and food taste that I have another choice. read more

hidden gem. definitely coming back, the Seafood was so fresh that I almost felt the fish swimming in my mouth. Sarah and Matt made my experience even better and their bartending knowledge/skills were no joke. Shaking and twisting like pros, almost felt like I was watching a wrestling match. Give this guys a raise. Great place and service definitely will be back with my 1 friend and 3 cats. Thanks again Sarah and Matt!! read more

Great food and good service. Although we came late , they didn't rush us to leave when closing.

Wow. I'm from Vegas and maps told me about this place. It was on route to my hotel and I'm sooooo happy it did. The mixed catch plate was amazing.. With 3 different sauces to dip into. Must try the blood orange sparkling lemonade, to die for. Our server Justin and Viviana were exceptional. They did an amazing team work since it was such a busy night. They even went above and beyond for us. Will tell everyone I know about this place. Thank you for a wonderful night for our 10th year anniversary. read more

Good food and service. Recommend this light airy redesigned restaurant with an outdoor bar where pets are welcome

If you don't have a reservation, make sure to get it, especially on a weekend. Food was good and service was great.

This place is overpriced and not worth the price . Ca fish grill is a much better value. The waiter seemed to not know how to pace delivery if food. Dont deliver the main course 5 minutes after the appetizers!! read more

The place was busy! Seemed like a good choice given the good ratings. Fried calamari was good. Fish tacos come in a tortilla dipped in oil- not fried crisp but limp and oily. The Mexican shrimp bowl was ok. The only seasoning was on the shrimp, the guacamole was a little brown and the corn tasted frozen. Overall it was just ok- not sure we'd come back. read more

Omg! So good! Miso Black cod is a must try! Yellowtail with the chimichurri too! Service was excellent and atmosphere was nice

Came here last week and I was stuck on whether to give them a 3 or 4 stars. The food and atmosphere is good/okay. I wasn't a fan of the black beans, but the fish taco was great. The best part about the place was the bar that serves guest both inside and outside. Seems like a nice place to enjoy a nice summer evening while enjoying a drink. read more

This place is fairly new to the Tustin / Irvine area. We decided to give it a try, and we were pleasantly surprised. There was a few things that we thought were off, like the bar tender was our server and the server for majority of the tables. It could have been a slow night or other called out, not important really. The food was amazing! We had the appetizer sampler, they were out of shrimp but we replaced that with calamari. We also got the sushi tacos too, very good. On top of that we also got a few cocktails, which were delicious, and well balanced. It was quiet that night. Overall great experience, definitely worth trying it again read more

I came here because I needed something to eat after my shift on NYE. Solo, I always try to sit at the bar and glad I did! The restaurant was starting to calm down but I didn't get that vibe from Matthew the Bartender. Sat down with a water and old fashioned, proceeded to order the Mixed Catch (I wish I got the fries instead. Miso salad was good though). Matthew kept me laughing with our interactions. When I asked for sauces for the Mixed Catch, he brought out an extra one for me to try: Thai Sweet Chili, Wasabi Aioli? And another one I forget the name. I never felt rushed with the restaurants impending closing time and he even made recommendations for when I'm on my lunch break to order for pickup! Thanks Matthew! read more

As first timers we were little bit confused how they divided happy hour tables, but our server quickly explained the deal and got us situated. Food was good, nothing that will change your life or open your eyes, but they tasted just right for you to enjoy with no issue. I appreciated the portion and the casual atmosphere of the restaurant; lunch time was not crowded and seemed like a great alternative choice from coffee shops to get work done while having some food and drinks. read more

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place since it opened and decided to finally give it a try. Unfortunately we left incredibly disappointed all around. It took 10 minutes before anyone came with water or to take our drink order. My soft drink didn't arrive until after we had finished the appetizer. The menu looks great but we weren't impressed with anything we ordered. The calamari was just ok, the coconut shrimp was clearly frozen and served and the sushi roll was terrible. Bummed to say we will not be coming back. read more

We tried this restaurant yesterday. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area. It was big and very pet friendly. However, it was so busy at 5:30. There was only one waitress and later a waiter came out to help. Everything took too long. We waited about 10 minutes before the waitress came out with water and to take our order. It was another 25 minutes before we got our food. We ordered the Pupu Platter. Seriously, not a great name while dining. I said it above a whisper trying not to ruin other customers' experience while they're chewing. The pita chips were too thick for me. It hurt to bite on them. The crispy rice was too spicy for me. It helped to have the coconut shrimp sweet sauce to cut through the heat. The tuna on guacamole didn't taste as good as I had hoped. The sticky ribs were good. I liked the level of sweetness. The coconut shrimp was my favorite on the platter. My hubby got the Korean bbq steak. The skirt steak was too tender for our liking. We like a bit of a bite to a steak, but the marinade was very good. It was just smothered in it that the kimchi rice got soggy. The broccolini he got in place of brussel sprouts were way too spicy. If you like it very spicy, you'll like it. It took a long time to get our takeout box and check. We probably won't go back. read more

Had lunch about 3pm on a Sunday. Had the Kanpachi Kama appetizer (summer menu?) which was outstanding. Ordered the sea bass Hawaiian style which was good. Ample green vegetable sides, the seasonal green beans were very good. Wife got the seasonal black cod which is ok if you want fish that is sweet and frankly, does not taste like fish. The wagyu cheeseburger got 4 stars from my kid. Nice place, open floor. My only complaint is that they open the front doors and a sliding warehouse door to the patio which lets flies in. We were constantly swatting away a fly during our meal. Flies are gross and I don't want to spend $180 and have to swat them away. PC should reconsider their "open door" policy. read more

The food was not good 1 star service was 5 stars but I wouldn't really recommend it overall rating 3 stars at best

A Hawaiian fusion food that combined fresh and sustainable seafood with a wide variety of fresh veggie and meats. Recommend to come to enjoy some great selections of happy hour items at a very attractive price and some yummy drinks. The service was great and the restaurant has some nice and simple elegant decor. And outside seatings are great for the early evenings. read more

First time patrons and we LOVED it. The Salmon with sides were cooked just right, moist and flavorful, the sides were generous and tasty. Atmosphere is fresh, light and airy, everything was clean. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. read more
