On 12/7, my UCLA roommates met here for lunch. The food was delicious: #3 chirashi bowls with ahi 3 ways; #1 Barramundi Sea Bass; #1 Hawaiian teriyaki steak. Dessert was shared by all except me: #1 pineapple "right side up" cake & #1 chocolate lava cake. This was accompanied by a 2017 Kosta Browne Pinot Noir Bootleggers & 2008 Kathryn Hall (red label). Kudos to our server Bri T. who opened our wine bottles & was very helpful & patient + attentive with our group. read more

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor booths are inviting. Never crowded. The guaca-poke appetizer is to die for. The fish tacos are solid. The fish entrees are acceptable, but the accompany vegetables are not cooked well (overcooked and sad - don't order the asparagus). The sushi is mainstream and not particularly notable. Service is very good. Many of the offerings are spicy. Deschutes IPA beer is available which I happen to love. read more

Matthew is so awesome and kind! Love the very relaxing vibe this guy creates !! Best bartender!

I came in with a friend and sat outside, up at the bar & right away Cailee our server/ bartender greeted us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had some great drink recommendations. She provided excellent service. When our food came out a gentleman ( I believe his name was Zack) was very accommodating. He took requests for extra condiments and provided them promptly. Overall, this experience was exceptional and we will definitely return. read more

Sarah E not only presents a charming presence for happy hour but excels in customer service and recommendations. Great experience!!

I was shopping for some stuff at REI across the parking lot from this place and decided to give it a try for dinner and a beer. The layout is nice with plenty of open air walls (that can be closed during colder months), fire pit area and a nice patio. I was by myself so I sat at the bar. I thought I was going to have to compromise on my beer choice, but the day was saved when they had Obsidian Stout in a bottle. Bonus points right away. The staff are cheerful, pleasant and helpful. I ordered a salmon bowl, and was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered. The bowl size was generous and the food was very tasty with a creative touch. The prices are a bit on the higher end, but if my meal is indicative of the quality for the other items on the menu, it's well worth it. What a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stop in here again. Five stars. read more

My son and I went here for an early dinner. Pacific Catch is located in a huge shopping complex off the 5 fwy. We ordered a Latin Chimichurri Kanpachi $22.95, and a Mixed Catch - 2 pcs of cod, coconut shrimp, calamari, cole slaw and fries $23.95. Tasty food, good service. read more

Heard great reviews but my visit was not up to the reviews. On this day it was apparent they were short staffed. Given that the poor server was running crazy taking orders and bartendering. She was not the issue, I got my sushi order and the young gentleman that brought it out I had asked for chopsticks and he never brought them; ended up getting them myself. It was obvious the server was super busy, he easily could help her. Wasn't happy with the rainbow roll, fish didn't seem fresh as i expected. There's something about ordering sushi and you can't see it being prepared. I would give less than 3 stars but since the server was working so hard and she never complained and she kept a positive attitude, she deserved 5 stars. read more

I had low expectations for Pacific Catch but was pleasantly surprised. Husband made reservations there for our anniversary dinner and it had a kind of Tommy Bahama feel to it. It's next to Snooze in the Tustin Marketplace where Bonefish Grill used to be. Plenty of parking. Open air kind of feel. Food was delicious and service was great. Go for the happy hour because you can get regular size apps at a lower cost. Win!! I got the poke trio and it was way too big for me to finish. Would be great to share. Will be back! read more

First time here and had a great time here. Good portions, good vibes, and even better food. I tried the mixed catch and the taco platter. The portions for both were pretty big. The mixed catch included calamari, fried cod, and fried shrimp. Everything was fresh and good. The tacos were huge. I got the fried cod, shrimp, and steak taco. All was very fresh and tasty. One thing surprised me was their steak, they cooked it to a medium rare and it was super tender. I'll definitely be back to try other things on their menu. Do you always order an appetizer with your main course? Or your main course is the appetizer? I am definitely both but I mainly order an appetizer with a main course. I just have to try a little of everything Pacific Catch finally made it to Orange County and I had the opportunity to try these amazing starters. * Poke & Ceviche Trio | you get to picked 3 of the 5 options under the Poke Ceviche section. It comes with wonton chips and tortilla chips. I prefer the plate be all wonton chips. Tasted so good! * PuPu Platter | when the appetizer/starter option has too many to choose from, why not get the this platter. It has a little of everything for you to try. I also got to try their other dishes and everything turned out great. I recently came back and tried their new summer menu and OMG, I would go back to get their watermelon cocktails and the black cod dish with their black rice and green beans. That plate was mouth watering. I would not share it. read more

Had a great time with friends for happy hour. Food was terrific. Service was excellent! Thx Lexi!

Oh my goodness. Where do I begin. We came in for happy hour and the drinks made by Phil were jaw-dropping good. Every drink made by Phil was top-notch, and I honestly have no words. All drinks had the perfect balance of enough alcohol, sweetness, and fun. Plus, amazing service. We also got the poke and ceviche platter and NONE of the seafood had a fishy taste. Just PURE buttery notes. I was shocked at its quality esp. for the price. This place is still very new, and I look forward to coming back. Huge shoutout to Phil. The drinks were absolutely phenomenal. read more

Britney and Matthew were so kind and helpful. They were attentive and kind. Great food and great vibe!

Came in for dinner for a girls night. My margarita was delicious and not super sweet as I requested. We shared the salmon lover roll which is completely named correctly. We also shared the calamari which was delicious and the poke served with fried wontons. I don't think I've come here and never gotten the poke. Everything was fresh and tasty. All of our food came out quickly. Our server Matthew was helpful with suggestions and checked on us regularly. read more

My friend and I stop by to have lunch today. I was so excited to finally have a Pacific Catch Restaurant in Orange County. However, I was very disappointed with the food and service. My friend wanted to go to the next door restaurant but I recommended this one due to my previous experience with Pacific Catch located in Palo Alto, California. I ordered a cheese hamburger with French fries. The hamburger was good but the fries were really salty and tasted awful. It seems there were the left overs from a previous day. My friend order Fish and French fries. It was served only 3 pieces of fried fish (it seems from a precook package) and her fries tasted better than mine. Not recommending this dish for the cost and poor quality of the food. Our waiter took our orders and disappeared. I had to get up myself several times to bring napkins and tomato sauces for our fries. At one point, we needed some slices of lemon. I started walking toward the bar when a busboy asked me what I need. He brought immediately the slices of lemons. It was a Really nice gesture even though it is not his job. I don't plan to go back again. It needs a lot of improvement with their food and customer service. Next time, I will try the next door restaurant since I enjoy to try new local restaurants. read more

All great - food, service, interior, location! Our server Dylan did all very professionally, thanks!! Absolutely lovely establishment :)

Accidentally found a nice happy hour seafood restaurant ! I hunt for happy hour to try a new restaurant regularly. I like this place. It offers good amount of drink menu and a variety of appetizers. And they taste good. Service: The staff members are friendly and easy to talk to. Interior: The restaurant must be franchise or corporate operated. Their Interior design is clean and well organized. Well lit and bright interior welcomes you and makes you feel good. read more
