Fresh seafood, great service and a BOMB happy hour. Would highly recommend if you're craving a non sushi seafood kick, with well balanced flavors and cocktails! The inside reminded me a lot of Baja Mexico (at least the resorts) and staff was friendly and gave us great recommendations :)

Warm Lobster Roll ... best in California!!

Love Pacific Catch! Prices on par with the quality of food. Service has always been good. Staff is always smiling and so is my family while enjoying a great meal. Love the options ! Absolutely LOVE the warm Lobster Roll ! Once a month at LEAST for us.... Enjoy your first visit... it won't be your last. Welcome to the Pacific Catch lovers club!

Phenomenal food!!! We were 4 people, had drinks, apps, dinner. We all loved our meals. Presentation was spot on and it's a beautiful Restaurant inside. I will post lots of pictures. The chowder soup was one of the best we ever eaten!! ( NOT that thick flour mess) you get at most places! This actually had seafood in it!! It was freaking delicious!! Service was great! I can't wait to go back. This was the Tustin location! Excellent job, everything nice and fresh.

Place is better, service was better. I think I'd only come again for their happy hour, it's pretty pricey for mediocre food actually. Happy hour makes it worth it bc the sizes were pretty good and it wasn't too expensive. The drinks were ok, they used a weird Ice shape so the drinks were hard to drink but overall it wasn't too bad bc again happy hour prices. The place is super pretty and has really cute picturesque decor.

Another yummy lunch at Pacific Catch with excellent service and food. The vibe is nice & open. Not too busy but busy enough with is nice. Their seafood is always good.

This is a nice restaurant that specializes in fish. The selection of fish dishes was very good with a number of plates I would have wanted to try. And I thought the selection of side dishes looked good as well. I had the Sea Bass. I choose the Korean fried rice with egg and the grilled zucchini as sides. The good: the cut of fish was generous and it tasted pretty fresh. The fried rice was not quite "Korean" but still very tasty and the egg was great. I liked the grilled zucchini that was cooked well. The decor is very attractive and service was very good. The not as good: even though there was no mention of cilantro in any of the ingredients, I specifically asked for no cilantro anyway, anticipating that there might be some cilantro -- which I hate. The plate still came with cilantro! Even though cilantro is not mentioned in the menu and even though I asked for no cilantro! Also, the fish was a tad overcooked. Finally, the sauce on the zucchini was a bit too much. And, unfortunately, because it was served together, the overpowering sauce on the zucchini was on the Sea Bass. I really wish chefs would trust their food a little more and not put so much sauce on stuff. I recommend you ask for all the sauce on the side so you can add to your own taste.

Pacific Catch did not disappoint! We landed one of the coveted outdoor dining tables for lunch, and the whole afternoon had the perfect Aloha Friday vibe. We started with a pitcher of Mai Tais, which were definitely a little boozy in the best way -- and somehow lasted the entire length of our casual two-hour lunch. Our server, Erin, was extraordinary. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. My table guest and I split everything, which was the perfect call. The guaca-poke was so yummy and a great start. Then we shared the two-taco platter with sea bass and steak, plus a side house salad. Full flavor, fresh, and the perfect size to split without feeling too heavy. And because we clearly make excellent lunch decisions, we finished with a one of a kind dulce leche spring roll . Worth it. Will I come back? Yup. Pacific Catch continues to be a solid go-to.

All the food was delicious! For a Sunday evening, we were seated right away upon entering. The interior is lovely, think boho style with lots of plants, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer happy hour on weekends. We arrived just in time and ordered mostly from the HH menu. My favorite was the original poke, which was served with seaweed salad, radish, and edamame. The Serrano poke wasn't very spicy and lacked flavor, but adding soy sauce made it much better. Both the cod and shrimp tacos were delicious. I also had the Mai Tai cocktail, which was very strong. We ended dinner with the butter cake topped with vanilla ice cream. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

As a first time customer, I was very happy with my visit. Parking was a breeze. Lots of parking in The Marketplace. I came with my husband and we ordered the ceviche mixto. So good and the citrus flavors really made the difference. I would've sipped the bowl clean. For our entrees I got the barramundi sea bass with Mexican zucchini and chile lime fries. It came with lemon and a chimichurri sauce. It was amazing! My husband got the short ribs and steak with brussel sprouts, rice, and a fried egg on top with cucumbers on the side. That dish was also delicious and flavorful. Service was great! Not pictured is the POG juice which was made in house and the coconut margarita. We already said that this place was worth coming back to when we're in the area.

I had an enjoyable dinner tonight at Pacific Catch. Coconut Shrimp which was one of my favorite appetizers, was taken off the menu to my chagrin. Ava, my wonderful server recommended Summer Sea Bass with Okinawan Purple Potatoes and Mango-Avocado Salad. It was delightful and balanced flavors. Pretty on the plate! The Piña Colada was delicious after they remade it and you could taste the coconut cream and dream of Maui. Nice staff, clean restaurant, great food. Thank you!

Came here with my wife for a quick lunch on a Sunday. We started with the guaca-poke which was absolutely great. We then split the two taco platter. We got the Al pastor shrimp taco and the spicy sriracha steak taco. Both were full of flavor and texture. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this meal was

Winnie L.

I came here with friends on a nice hot and sunny day to enjoy the aloha hour. As we sat down, I kept feeling heat coming from somewhere. I eventually figured out that the heat lamps were on. I had to ask the staff 3 times to turn it off before it was finally off. Honestly, I'm not sure why the heat lamps were on in the summer to begin with. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, shrimp tempura roll, fish taco and sticky ribs. The fish taco was substantial but was mostly batter and it came with a side of chips. My friend enjoyed the shrimp tempura roll. The Brussels sprouts and ribs were a pleasant surprise. The ribs were more tender than I expected. The best dish of the evening in my opinion was the ribs. The parking is very easy as it is located in a large strip mall. It wasn't too busy so you could easily have a conversation with the person across from you.

This place was so yummy! We went for date night and had such a good time. Our server was so sweet and let us know about happy hour, which we didn't even know they had. He even ran inside to grab us a menu and we had five minutes left to order from it! The happy hour had four piece sushi rolls and quite a few other options. Everything was amazing, and sitting outside was such a vibe. Parking is a little tough since it's a huge mall, but there was valet right out front!

We visited the Tustin location tonight. We were very disappointed. The food was average. My fish was overdone & the sides needed help in flavor. We went here to celebrate my husbands birthday. The service was very good and friendly. The fish & chips were ok. One of the battered fish was very tough, which meant I only had one battered fish to eat. My husband had the steelhead, which he liked. The calamari appetizer was good- it was tender and crispy. For the price point, I think there are other restaurants to go to. I'm glad we tried this restaurant but unlikely that we would come back. Great service though. read more

After researching a place for my friends birthday meal I decided on Pacific Catch with its great choices no matter what she was in mood for I knew she could find here . Our server Brendal was amazing , educated on menu items , and fun as she saw it was a birthday meal they didn't have the Paloma birthday girl wanted but quickly stepped in with lemon grass mojito that she loved !! We got poke guacamole, calamari ( with Fresno chili the star ) and a salmon bowl ( free birthday meal ) that was tasty and huge !!! I also got a salmon roll with sashimi salmon on top that was amazing ad was pickled ginger ! My aperol spritzer hit the spot too !! Will definitely be back and be requesting a seat in Brendal section !!! read more

Nice to have a seafood place in this area! Love their sustainable philosophy, and menu has great variety. One of our party had sushi, two had salmon with soy miso, I had kanpachi with simple alea salt-all really good, and fish was cooked nicely on all three cooked dishes. Service had some minor hiccups, to be expected with a new place. They seem to care a lot, and are trying hard to create good experiences. Recommend. read more

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pacific Catch, and I must say the experience was nothing short of amazing, largely due to our exceptional server, Paloma. From the moment we were seated, Paloma greeted us with the warmest and most welcoming smile, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience. You could see her passion for service and the restaurant in the way she carried herself. What struck me most was her comprehensive knowledge of the menu. She enthusiastically walked us through the different items, carefully explaining the ingredients and cooking methods with such detail that she painted a picture we could almost taste. She provided thoughtful suggestions based on our preferences, making it easy to navigate the rich array of options Pacific Catch has to offer. We never had to look far for her attention. She was always nearby, checking in on us regularly without ever making us feel crowded or rushed. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. Her promptness in refilling our drinks and bringing out our meals kept our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Paloma's delightful energy, combined with her attention to detail and stellar knowledge of Pacific Catch's menu, truly elevated our meal to a culinary journey. It's rare to find such a gem who genuinely enhances the overall dining experience. I would definitely recommend anyone dining at Pacific Catch to ask for Paloma. She turned a simple night out into a memorable experience. In summary, fantastic service from Paloma, great food, and a lovely ambiance at Pacific Catch. Can't wait to return! read more

Our family recently had the pleasure of dining at Pacific Catch in Tustin, and I must say, I can see why so many of our friends recommended it! Arriving with a large party of seven on a weekday night, we were seated right away by their friendly staff. The night we came they also had half-off bottles of wine, which was perfect for our larger group. I really loved the diversity of Pacific Catch's menu. From sashimi to sushi, Peruvian to Korean style dishes, the menu truly caters to every palate, even those who aren't seafood enthusiasts. There are a small handful of non-seafood dishes on the menu too, like the kbbq plate and wagyu burger. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every dish, beautifully presented with vibrant colors. Standouts included the salmon chowder, which we all had, and is a definite must-try! I ordered the fresh catch sea bass with chimichurri sauce, which was *chefs kiss* 5/5. The only real qualm I had was that our entrees arrived a bit slower than expected. We arrived at 7pm and were served drinks and our soups, but our entrees didn't really arrive until around 8:30pm. One member of our party was even missing their entire meal, as the kitchen has skipped over his order. However, the swift response from our server and the manager's personal apology quickly rectified the situation, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the minor hiccup, Pacific Catch left a lasting impression, and I'm already looking forward to returning, perhaps with a smaller group for happy hour! read more

Nestled amidst the vibrant Tustin Marketplace, Pacific Catch beckons with its expansive tropical island theme. While seafood takes center stage on the menu, burgers and tacos also find a place. My choice, one of their main courses, arrived accompanied by two delectable sides. The Steelhead Salmon, priced at $27, featured a generously sized grilled filet. Opting for the Hawaiian sea salt preparation, as suggested by my server, proved to be an excellent decision as it accentuated the salmon's natural flavors. On a previous visit, I had sampled the salmon with the Asian herb chimichurri, but found it to be overly earthy. The menu also offered a pineapple salsa and Thai green curry option. For my sides, I selected the green curry mixed vegetables, which boasted an explosion of flavors, and a deep fried rice wedge paired with a side salad. Both accompaniments were well-executed, though I yearned for a more generous portion of the green curry. Overall, the salmon delivered a satisfactory culinary experience. However, my home-cooked endeavors in the oven or on the barbecue consistently yield salmon that is remarkably more tender and brimming with flavor. I applaud the unique Thai curry side, but a larger serving would have been met with much enthusiasm. Considering the culinary offerings, the pricing errs on the steeper side. Service was adequate, though my server's relentless upselling tactics became somewhat tiresome after a while. read more

The main entree was a masterclass in flavor and preparation, and the fish and chips were a revelation - light, crispy, and not a hint of excess oil. The calamari was a true indulgence, with its perfect crispiness and an explosion of flavors. The ambiance of the restaurant struck the right chord - a harmonious blend of energy and tranquility. The thoughtful design elements played a significant role in creating an inviting and enjoyable dining atmosphere. While my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of hiccups that gently nudged my rating from a full 5 stars. The presentation of the check book as a digital device caused some confusion; a small note indicating its purpose would have prevented this slight hiccup. The survey, intended for payment, seemed like a detour and led to some extra waiting time. Another minor setback was in regard to our Open Table reservation. Regrettably, we weren't automatically checked in upon arrival, necessitating a polite reminder to our server. The matter was eventually resolved by the gracious host, but it did slightly mar the seamless experience. I am delighted to recommend Pacific Catch for its exceptional cuisine, inviting ambiance, and the majority of my experience that was nothing short of exceptional. These minor glitches, while they diminished the perfection only slightly, point towards areas that, if refined, could elevate the restaurant to the coveted 5-star status. read more

Yo, seafood fans! Just gotta spill the beans on my recent feast at Pacific Catch--it was straight-up awesome! So, we kicked things off with their Cioppino, and oh boy, it was like a seafood party in my mouth. The broth was next level, packed with flavor, and the seafood crew--shrimp, mussels, you name it--was living its best life in there. If I could marry a soup, this would be it. Then came the Yellowtail. The fish was like, "Hello, perfection!" Perfectly cooked, flaky, with this killer char that brought the drama. And the sauce? Let's just say it deserves its own fan club. Flavor explosion, my friends. But wait, there's more! The Striped Sea Bass, crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth magic on the inside. The chef clearly knows their seafood game, and I'm here for it. What I loved most? The freshness. It's like they plucked this seafood straight from Poseidon's fridge. The vibes were chill, service on point, and the whole experience was like a seaside escape. Whether you're a seafood ninja or just hungry for a good time, hit up Pacific Catch. Cioppino, Yellowtail, Striped Sea Bass--consider my taste buds officially hooked. Can't wait to dive back in and explore more of their oceanic delights. Huge shoutout to the Pacific Catch crew for rocking the seafood scene! read more

This restaurant has officially earned a permanent spot in my rotation. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly polished. The customer service? Top-tier. Lexi is a standout--always sweet, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we're taken care of. She's the kind of server who remembers your favorites and makes every visit feel special. Chilean Sea Bass = Perfection Let's talk about the star of the show: the Chilean sea bass. Flaky, buttery, and cooked to absolute excellence. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-conversation just to savor every bite. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. Poke & Appetizers? Yes, Please. Their poke is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. And the appetizers? Every single one I've tried has been a hit. Thoughtfully plated, generously portioned, and full of flavor. This place doesn't just serve food--it serves moments. Whether you're celebrating something big or just treating yourself to a great meal, they make it memorable. Highly recommend, and extra kudos to Lexi for being the kind of hospitality pro that keeps us coming back. read more

I recently visited Pacific Catch for a Valentine's Day dinner, and overall, it was a mixed experience. We had made a reservation, and thankfully, we were seated right away, which was great. The service started off strong, as we were attended to immediately by the staff. Unfortunately, despite ordering drinks, we never received them, which was a bit disappointing, especially on a special night like Valentine's. That being said, the restaurant made up for it with a complimentary dessert on the house, which was a nice touch and definitely appreciated. As for the food, it was quite good overall. I personally enjoyed my dish, but one of us ordered the salmon, and it arrived slightly undercooked. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it did take away from the overall experience a little bit. While the food was tasty and the ambiance was fitting for the occasion, the service mix-up with the drinks and the undercooked salmon left us feeling like the experience could have been a bit smoother. That said, the dessert was a nice gesture, and we'll likely give it another try in the future. read more

This was our first time visiting Pacific and we were so impressed. The clam chowder was hands down some of the best we've ever had--absolutely delicious. We also ordered the tuna, yellowtail, and several other dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was one of our favorite parts. It felt clean, cozy, and relaxed while still having a modern, welcoming vibe. It was the perfect place to enjoy a great meal without feeling rushed or crowded. What truly made the experience stand out was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the owner/manager took the time to check on guests and make everyone feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. Made a Yelp just because I heard it helps the servers here! Phil was the best. I came in with my hubby for the first time and maybe because it was slow (I don't think so because I heard him talking to other people and it was virtually the same great service) but he really took the time to go over the menu and give us his recommendations and really just accentuate our experience. I thought the restaurant was nice and spacious, but he told us weekends are very packed and it gets loud so try sitting on the patio! I usually just give a great tip for service this exceptional, but he told us about how the Yelp reviews really drive the business for other people like me who have never been and don't know just how good this place is. After talking to my husband we almost felt obligated to give a shout-out to him. He was simply the best and Im already making plans to come with the girls. read more

Food: We tried a variety of items, including the Poke & Ceviche Trio and the Taco Platter, but the Miso Black Cod was the standout. Unlike nearby spots like King's Fish House or WaterGrill, the menu here prioritizes quality and simplicity over an overwhelming number of options. The seafood is fresh and expertly prepared without being masked by heavy sauces. Service: Efficient and attentive. I appreciated the self-pour water bottle left at the table and the consistent check-ins from our server. Ambiance: The space is bright, airy, and clean. The open floor plan and semi-outdoor bar area provide great airflow and a refreshing atmosphere. Overall: A fantastic spot for high-quality, simple seafood. Can't seem to find my old post so here's a new one since my favorite bartender keeps dropping magic in front of me! Stopped in to try the new festive holiday cocktails and Phil was incredible as always. The festive margarita was OK, it disappointed my friend, but Phil turned up with a spiced cranberry martini that he used the same syrup for and it was to die for! Don't get me started on the new LTO! I recently had lunch at Pacific Catch with a few colleagues, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience for the price. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it easy to enjoy a midday meal with friends or coworkers. I went with the Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken, which was flavorful and cooked well. The teriyaki glaze was sweet and savory, giving the dish a nice balance. The portion size was decent, and for what you pay, it feels like a fair deal. It wasn't anything groundbreaking, but it's definitely worth giving a try if you're in the area and craving something light yet satisfying. Not sure where to begin. Came by on a Friday night and I wanted to sit at the bar but I chose not to after seeing a grumpy bartender cussing and throwing things around at the bar. It's not a good scene to want to walk up to the bar and sit. How have I walked by this place dozens of times and never tried it out? We went last night and we…read morewere blown away. Even though it was 6:15 on a Saturday night, we were able to be sat right away. As soon as we walked in, someone greeted us and showed us to our table. Our server immediately got us waters and asked if we wanted anything else to drink (wife and I both got some delicious beers that they had on tap). We had our little one in tow with us and they were so accommodating to him! As soon as we were ready, our server took our order. We got: Chowder "frots" (fries and tots mixed in with some New England clam chowder, bacon, onions, cheese, and other goodies) 10/10, would definitely order again. My wife got the lobster roll with a side of clam chowder. Loaded with lobster, but you do pay the price. Labeled as market price, this was almost $40. Delicious, but not worth it in our opinion. 6.5/10. Pan roast (house specialty which came with shredded crab, shrimp, clams, and muscles). This, topped with rice, was heavenly. Better than any pan roast I've had. Came out ripping hot as it should. My wife was envious of my dish. 10/10 From the kids menu we also ordered the chicken Alfredo. My kid loved it, but my wife and I both had a bite and wow, we would've ordered that for ourselves it was so good. 10/10. We can't wait to come back just for the food. On top of that, however, service was above and beyond. The servers and everyone in the restaurant were so accommodating to us and our child and made us feel so, so welcome. We would come back even if the food was bad, solely for the service we received. Vibes we great, decoration on the walls look like they hired an artist to paint it. They had two TV's behind the bar / prep area that was showing NBA and PGA which I'll never complain about. All around 10/10 experience.

I stopped in at a somewhat odd hour, but my first impression of the service wasn't great. When I walked in, there wasn't a single employee around to greet me for a good minute or so. Eventually, someone came out from the back and told me I could sit wherever I liked. Since I was dining solo, I grabbed a seat at the counter. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism continued throughout my visit. I'm not sure if there's a designated employee break area, but it was strange to see one of the servers eating a bowl of noodles in the same area where drinks were being prepared, and later squatting on the floor to take a break. At one point, another male server appeared, and their flirtatious and somewhat inappropriate interactions were awkward to witness as a customer. Overall, the service and professionalism could definitely use some improvement. As for the food, I came specifically for the $2 oyster happy hour. The oysters were huge and tasted fine. I'm generally not a fan of oversized oysters, but these were surprisingly meaty and smooth, so I enjoyed them. I also ordered the pan roast advertised on the happy hour menu, which was unfortunately a letdown. Rather than the rich, seafood-filled pan roast I was expecting, it was essentially a bowl of tomato bisque with barely anything in it, served alongside a bowl of rice. It really didn't resemble what I would consider a proper pan roast, and I wouldn't advertise it as such. Overall, while the oysters were decent and the indoor and outdoor seating options are a plus, the disappointing pan roast and lack of professionalism from the staff left a lot to be desired. There's definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to service and the quality of the food being advertised.

I ordered the scrambled eggs with hibachi steak and upgraded to the fried rice. This is my ideal breakfast! It was ok, my only issue was the steak was overcooked and pretty chewy. The eggs were perfect and I loved the fried rice! There were also sooo many other things on them u that I want to try. I asked for soy sauce and hot sauce and salt and pepper and my Dasher didn't give me any of that, but I don't blame the restaurant. I'm an only noting that because it would have been much more flavorful with some seasoning and that's why I can't wait to try them again! Also, food from delivery is not ever as good as food at the restaurant but I still recommend this place and can't wait to try more dishes!

Any breakfast place is generally good, since it generally has majority of what people enjoy at breakfast. Traditional foods and plates makes breakfast the most popular of any meal. Enter Stacks. My family and I came here around 10am on a Sunday morning in September 2026. It was busy but we got a table almost immediately for a table of 4. We probably spent about an hour here before eating and enjoying the food and paying for the food. Truth be told that my weekend in Irvine was nice and too bad I didn't get a chance to extend my stay here. The restaurant itself was small, but it felt like 2x the size of Starbucks cafe, maybe 2.5x the space that Starbucks usually allows. The decor was nice, cool, and felt like it was home for a little bit. We ordered from the breakfast side of things and I had the corned beef hash platter with pancakes. We paid upfront first like a fast food counter. We would take a number thingy and they'd bring the food out in porcelain plates like normal restaurants. I guess it beats having servers to take your orders and other staff to bring out food. Cuts down on dividing up tasks and jobs within the restaurant I suppose. For the most part though, the brunch here at Stacks was good and nice. Definitely good and typical for breakfast and lunch, depending on the time of day you come here. Recommend the corned beef hash. It was cooked beautifully and the eggs were good too. My niece ended up not touching her French fries she ordered so I got to eat those as well. All in all, it was a swell meal here in Irvine before flying home. The overall experience here at Stacks restaurant in Irvine California was good and very chill. I enjoyed the fact that they had a large chalkboard that had had their menu and specials written out. The chalkboard was a nice touch than a digital menu, which stood loud and was large. I don't know if they had paper menus but the chalkboard menu still works since it's large and easy to read and explain to many customers. The food itself was good and definitely worth coming here. The service was generally good and friendly. Stacks is your quintessential place for your breakfast needs and can be budget friendly place to be on a Sunday morning like I was. For the most part though, it was a good place to have breakfast in Irvine, California before heading north to LAX for the flight home. The restaurant itself was clean and quite stylish for a restaurant that seems almost decorative like a cafe. And so, if you find yourself here in Irvine and want breakfast, consider coming to Stacks for your breakfast and lunch. They'll be glad to have you. I definitely recommend coming here, especially the corned beef hash. While traveling, I try to enjoy the finer things in life especially during breakfast time. Stacks restaurant is located in Irvine, California. It's physically located in 1441 Culver Drive in the heart of Irvine. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, there's a good amount of parking here, depending if you get here early enough. We got here early on a Sunday morning to secure a prime parking spot. Best bet would be to come early before the parking lot fills up to capacity. As far as public transportation goes, choose the cheapest option you can to get here to Stacks restaurant. There's always uber and lyft to cater to your needs as well, but not always the cheapest. And so, consider yourself prepared for a good meal here at Stacks restaurant. The pancakes are good and fluffy while the eggs and French fries are delicious and tasty. Do yourself a favor and come here on your next trip to Irvine, California. You won't regret it. 4.5 stars for the overall experience. Support local! B+
