Updating my review because the last three times I have come here the service and food was quality! The bartender with a long ponytail is so efficient and provides great service. Food was also so delicious! Love the outdoor patio at all times of the year! They have shades to block out sun. I've never eve sat inside. Also very pet friendly! read more

Food good Service good Ambiance good Food was fine overall. Everything tasted fresh. Everything could use a little bit more flavor, but it is what it is. Price is kind of pricey. If I was in the area again I wouldn't come back. read more

First time last night. It was crowded on a Tuesday night 6 pm. Our friends already had a table. I ordered the Black Cod plate; comes with choice of rice or yam french fries and string beans. And two pieces of tender flaky black cod. Each piece of black cod was about two inches square; but of juicy quality. Seasoned just right. Customer service: ok, they did keep our water jugs replenished. Decor: ok, its a busy place. Parking: plan five minutes to drive around hunting for parking; or find the multi level parking building. read more

My go-to is the miso black cod, which is always cooked to perfection. I subbed out the green beans that usually come with the dish for a house salad but man it tasted like I ate it straight from the ground (too earthy, especially with the mushrooms in it too) - I think it needed more dressing on it. Other than that service was good and the star of the dish was cooked well. read more

Solid place to get lunch on a weekday. Go here all the time because it's convenient and usually pretty fast if you go early enough (around 11-12pm vs later). Their menu has some good values for lunch, I usually get the fish burger or salmon bowl. Both are great, the bowl is pretty healthy as well. Comes with a good amount of brown rice, veggies and salad and the dressing is not overwhelming either, but adds some nice flavor. The decor is standard for Pacific Catch, this location also has some nice outdoor seating. I like to sit outside because the weather is usually pretty nice in this area. It's generally pretty clean and the service is usually fast and friendly as well. Prices are reasonable as well for the quality and quantity you get. read more

Great place to pregame if you are visiting Levi stadium, short uber ride from there to here and worth the trip. They have a very generous happy hour, very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the summer sea bass which was light and cooked well, had a macadamia crumble which was different and paired well with the fish. The glazed ribs were surprisingly tasty. Very tender and wiped right off the bone, nice sticky tangy flavor. The Serrano ahi poke was fresh and very refreshing I really enjoyed it probably my favorite. Overall we had a great meal before the concert. I will definitely be back before any event at Levi stadium. read more

I got the salmon bowl and in the most recent time I feel like it's been more dry than normal. The combination of the greens and quinoa balance out the fish well. Pretty decent size and because everything in it, it fills me up pretty well. There's a main entrance and also a side entrance for where the pick up orders are. At the pick up order area. They have all the bags lined up with names in order to find yours. read more

Great appetizer platter, PuPu platter is perfect for sharing (the sea bass skewers are great). Lobster rolls on toasted Hawaiian rolls are fantastic, especially paired with sweet potato fries. It's a bit on the expensive side at $32.50, but it's quality seafood. Don't miss the tropical iced tea--it's unsweetened, and super refreshing. read more

We were all working from home and we want to buy something to go and something not so heavy because we just had a buffet lunch . We think of Pacific catch . The small plates or appetizers are $16 and the regular dinner plates are $25-$30 . We ordered the creamy chowder soup with salmon , applewood bacon and Yukon gold potatoes. Pan- glazed Korean style pork ribs , sesame , scallion , spicy cucumber banchan . The ribs were 3 big chunks and we shared . Meats were very tender yet flavorful. Creamy clam chowder was warm and rich. It smelled aromatic and comforting. I was going to order fish and chips and decided that would be too oily so I got a California roll . Crab salad inside is fresh and avocado was fresh and the taste was just right . Attached are photos of the on lineme Pretty happy with our small meals . Menu has many options: Korean style, sushi style, grilled fish or baked fish plates. I love that the kids menu has many different choices . Good presentation and good service . read more

San Francisco-based West Coast fish house chain. This location has a friendly bar staff and is an easy place for happy hour (3-6p on weekdays, 3-5p on weekends). Sometimes the food can be oversauced or oversalted, so if you want to avoid that - it's best to request sauces on the side and less salt. read more

Food 3.5 STARS Service 1 STAR I decided to pop in for a very early dinner (I had not eaten all day). We arrived at around 4pm and the place was empty. I am deathly allergic to shell fish, but I try to be accommodating to friends and can usually find something to eat anywhere we go. First up - steak over kimchi fried rice. I ask our server if the kimchee has oyster sauce or shrimp sauce. He immediately says NO! I explain my allergy (stop breathing) and ask again if he was sure. He replied with a resounding NO! So I ask him again to please check. Guess what!? It DOES!! This guy just literally put me at risk!!!! I then ask if I could get the Louie salad with chicken. He asks, and says yes, but they will charge me for the shrimp and lobster combo! What we ordered: Appetizer Sticky ribs - not tender 3 stars Dinner Wagyu burger and side salad 5 stars Mixed catch - tiny pieces of cod and the crappy part of the calamari 3 stars I won't be back, but my friend will give it another try. I just don't trust the staff. read more

29.99 for salmon with two sides plus 9.99 for a 4oz steak is like $52 with tip and taxes I think not terrible and a lot that eat here seem to be work dinners as this plaza is around the companies hq in Santa Clara and work dinner seems to be the ambience parking is rough though, you can park in the Whole Foods lot though but also can be rough during 5-7 pm because post work groceries and yoga classes during this same time read more

Came here last night for a quick bite! Ordered the Korean BBQ with both steak and ribs, 2 Taco platter (seabass and steak), and the CA roll. The Korean BBQ was a bit too oily, but I loved loved loveddd the brussel sprouts! Loved the hint of sweetness covered under the leaves. The ribs were pretty dry, but the steak was just right. The 2 taco platter was really flavorful, and there wasn't a fishy kinda aroma to it! That's a win for me. Also, it comes with a side of black beans. In my opinion, the sea bass (grilled chilean sea bass) was better, so if I order it again I'll order the sea bass ones only. The pineapple chunks in it were very refreshing! Lastly, the CA roll! It was great, you can't go wrong with CA roll! Kinda wish the layer of rice were a bit thinner though.. The restaurant wasn't busy when we went, probably cause we went before 6:00pm, so service was up to par, but still kept the chill vibe. read more

Nice upscale place for some easy seafood dishes! Decor and ambiance are always nice here, but I feel like the price here doesn't always match the quality of food you get. I ordered the ahi poke bowl and got a huge tasty bowl filled with rice, salad, seaweed salad, and tuna; however, the sharables are 70%ish the price of an entree and are much smaller and less worth (speaking for both the sticky ribs and the poke sharabale). No problems with the service here, although I think many people get takeout, so the dine in seating was pretty empty with no wait on a Friday evening. Would come back, but would stick to their bowls and entrees! read more

I came for lunch last Sunday and it was so good! All the food felt really fresh. We started with the guacamole and a salmon ceviche from the special menu, both were super tasty and vibrant! For drinks, I had a Nojito without sugar, which our server Francisco happily made for me. I also tried the Lyche Luau, which was strong with mezcal but very enjoyable. For the mains, I ordered the Salmon Bowl, and my friend had the Chicken Bowl with pineapple. Both were delicious and full of flavor, I have to emphasize how fresh everything tasted. The service was amazing and everything came at the perfect pace. Would definitely come back! read more

The food was was good. The service however, was the worst. I've experienced in a long long time. Only time I saw somebody's when they came to take away a plate never saw my waitress. I didn't get a refill on a drink. And when I was done with my meal, I waited about 30 minutes to get the check. If you tell me that you're understaffed OK I get it. If you're understaffed, then limit the number of people you seat. There are plenty other options within a few hundred feet of this place I would choose them instead of going here. UPDATE: Matthew asked me to reach out to him. I sent him an email and I have heard nothing back. Hopefully it was not just for show. read more

Love going here for a healthier option! It gets quite busy on weekdays around lunchtime since it's in a corporate area; we were seated in around 5-10 minutes though. The staff is always so kind and makes sure you're being helped, water is full, etc. There's an indoor and outdoor seating; I love seating outdoors during lunchtime as it feels a little quieter. The West Coast Salmon bowl I always get is so delicious! The salmon is always cooked to perfection, and the brown rice and avocado complements it perfectly. Came here for lunch with a friend. We were both attending the GenAI Summit conference held at the Santa Clara Convention Center a short driving distance away, and my friend suggested here for lunch. I'm a sucker for seafood and restaurant options that skew on the healthier spectrum. We shared sushi tacos, which was delicious with seared ahi, Pacific yellowtail, and spicy salmon. Definitely recommend this appetizer! For my entree, I chose the mixed seafood grill. The shrimp was tiny and hidden beneath the salmon. For sides, I chose grilled broccolini and sweet potato fries. Our seating was comfortable in a booth, and the service was wonderful. Great lunch spot! read more

I took my cousin and his family from Asia here for lunch on Saturday, and we had such a great experience! I loved the fish and chips. They really enjoyed the grilled fish and the Wagyu burgers as well. What impressed me even more was the service. My cousin accidentally left his thermos at the restaurant, and when I called, they had already kept it safely at the counter for us to pick up. That level of attentiveness really stood out. Great food and thoughtful service -- we'll definitely be back! read more

I've only gotten this restaurant delivered before. It's actually so good in person! All the seafood options are very cool to see. The grilled kanpachi and chimichurri are very good, the broccolini is all right, and i really enjoyed the flavor Brussels sprouts. But the star for me was the skirt steak! It's a bit sweet, has a lot of beef flavor, juicy, and very tender without needing to be cut more. I liked the poke as well, with chips and guac. The service is fine, with our drink orders taken and served quite fast. They waited to take our food orders but I'm guessing someone in my party let them know we were still waiting on someone. I was missing a plate and the waiter got me one without me asking. The decor is very nice as well! Makes it feel high end, but not super dark like most fancy restaurants. The wooden structures and lights were quite unique. And a nice leaf display! We had a super long table for our large party. read more

The food gets 5 stars. I had the sea bass with sesame green beans and thai brussels sprouts. The fish was crusted with macadamian nuts and had a coconut tahini sauce and a squeeze of lemon. It was delicious! Eating healthy is super easy to do. Parking is really terrible - not wholly Pacific Catch's problem, but it takes a star away because you have to spend 15-20 minutes to find a spot! I have given up a couple times and end up at the Sunnyvale one (near Target and a huge parking garage). read more

This place always hits the mark for me! It looks generic but it's actually quite good for a chain restaurant in suburbia. would SO recommend this place!! i've been to this restaurant at a few different locations and it is delicious every time!!! this time around, i tried the summer sea bass and it was one of my favorite things i've gotten at Pacific Catch! We also got the calamari and poke guac for appetizers which are always yummy. our party of 10 came in about an hour before close - which i know wasn't the most ideal, but the staff did a fast and amazing job of serving us! We were out only a few minutes after close. Our server was so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. shortly after we ordered, he came out to let us know they were one sea bass short and we got it sorted out right away no problem. The service was nothing but great, right along with the food. If you are nearby a location, this place is a must try!!! read more

I can't get over how good every Pacific Catch location is--and this one might actually be our favorite in the Bay Area! We still have one or two more to visit before giving a final verdict, but this location definitely stands out. At the Dublin location, I had signed up for their rewards program, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free bowl for my birthday in June! Since my mother-in-law's birthday is also in June, I had her sign up too so we could celebrate our birthdays together. When we arrived, we asked our server if it would be okay to use both of our Free Birthday Bowl rewards. After checking with the manager, they said it was totally fine as long as we split the check--which we were happy to do. We also ordered appetizers and another entrée for a friend who joined us, so we weren't just there for the free food. We ordered a ceviche with sweet potato chips--I can't find the name on their website right now, but it was honestly the best thing I've had in a long time. I even attached a picture in case anyone wants to try it out! We also had the guacamole and chips and a sushi roll as starters. Everything was delicious. The only small note is that their guacamole could use more veggies. A traditional Mexican guacamole is basically a pico de gallo with avocado, and this one was mostly just avocado. Still tasty, though! My mother-in-law and I both had the Mexican Grill Bowl, and we agreed that everything was perfectly seasoned and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. Our friend had the Hawaiian Teriyaki Bowl, which also looked amazing. Service was great overall. The server did get a bit busy during the dinner rush and didn't come by for a while after we finished eating, but he was clearly doing his best--no complaints here. We'll definitely be coming back for more of their delicious food! read more

Pacific Catch was the first restaurant we visit during our visit to Santa Clara. We were able to catch happy hour for their $9 cocktails. For appetizers we got the crispy shrimp & california roll. Both items were tasty, I had no complaints. Hubby & I split the lobster roll entree, and also ordered a side of sesame green beans. Those were some of best green beans I've had at a restaurant. They were tossed in a garlic butter sesame sauce, and I loved them. My only complaint with this restaurant is that they had a cluster of black flies roaming non stop around the bar. We have those in Arizona, but I have never seen them lurking around a bar like that. I hope they get pest control to figure that out ASAP! Otherwise, the restaurant was clean, and the food/service was good. read more

We went here for family dinner on a Friday, and it was busy, but not too crowded. We made a reservation on OpenTable in advance, which is always helpful to ensure that you won't be waiting too long. Finding parking in the plaza was a bit of a challenge, but there is a garage as an option. We came during the last hour of happy hour, and we actually ordered exclusively from that menu because the happy hour menu includes Appetizers as well as foods from the entrée portion of the menu. We got two sampler platters, one with poke and ceviche, as well as tortilla chips and wonton chips, and the other with Hawaiian appetizers. The poke was in smaller portions than we expected, but it ended up being a good amount of food with the other items we ordered, which included ribs, brussels sprouts, and fish tacos. The ambience was great. The patio outdoors had such a good, upbeat, vibe, and we even were able to bring our dog in order from the pup menu for her. She really enjoyed her carrots and rice. Our waitress was lovely, and was very easy to order with. The food itself was very high-quality, as seafood should be. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and decently portioned. I will definitely be back for happy hour, and there were a ton of things on the menu For regular dining hours that I would also love to try, including the bowls. read more

Food: Dry, overpriced $33 Lobster roll. Tasted like it was a few days old, tough, straight out of the freezer. If you look at my picture you can see how dry it is.
