Went for lunch located in Santana row. Got seated right away by a very friendly hostess. Never been during the day so weird to see it almost empty. Not a beer drinker but love the atmosphere seeing all the pipes overhead pumping the brew. Food was good and large portions. Able to share my plate . Great spot to grab lunch or dinner or even happy hour .
Late night eats didn't disappoint. I was a little surprised it was busy on 4th of July. People trickled in as the night went on. Wine was perfect. Rose and Pinot noir both get a thumbs up. Fish and chips was generous. Loved the two sauces that came with it. Burger was thick and filling. Atmosphere: Loud, videos from my era playing on the TV's and comfortable seating made it a casual down to earth experience with good food. Our server never came back to give us our bill so we had to flag someone down.
Yard house happy hour has to be one of my favorite places for happy hour. They have a good variety for cheap. Not only is the food good but it's a great place for any sporting event as they have TVs from every angle that there isn't one bad seat in the restaurant. For the happy hour I got the poke nachos and the mushroom pizza. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the pizza. The crust was super light and each bite was packed with flavor. The poke nachos were also a huge hit but I did notices some inconsistencies as some peoples poke nachos seemed to be alot more loaded than ours. However the wonton chips alone on the poke nachos were supper delicious and not too hard where it cuts up your mouth
Such a fun happy hour experience! Half off apps were totally worth it. If there's one thing you HAVE to get it's the chicken nachos. This was MASSIVE and so delicious. I personally also really enjoyed the fried calamari with spicy peppers. the poke nachos, and the lettuce chicken wraps. I would honestly skip on the pepperoni pizza though. They had $2 off beers which made for a great time! Our server was not exactly the most enthusiastic but pretty helpful and let us try lots of beer samples. Ambiance is just like any American restaurant/bar chain you'd stumble across.

The margarita pizza didn't look like the one on their menu - way too cheesy for my liking and lacking tomatoes. The crust was also so puffy in places that it just crusted away so half the pizza was inedible. The beef bowl was surprisingly super tasty - just too salty and lacked rice. It was mostly vegetables, which were still great, but it definitely needs more starch. The chips and guac were fantastic! Warm chips and spicy guac - can't go wrong. Overall just mediocre. Would go again for happy hour.
We ate here on Friday evening. It was crowded and lively, as expected. We were a large party so we had to wait very long, even though we had a reservation. We ordered lobster garlic noodles, which is my absolute favorite meal. There's a perfect amount of garlic so that the noodles don't feel creamy and oily. We also ordered a truffle cheese burger and sweet potato fries. The burger has a typical flavor and the fries portion was small. My group tried the cheese curds and calamari. The calamari was alright. We'd probably skip the cheese curds. Overall, Yard House is a great restaurant. I would come back here if I'm eating with a small group.

Taste: We tried a variety of ahi tuna dishes, nachos, chicken wings, brussels sprouts, calamari, and chicken dishes. My personal favorite was anything with tuna. Parking: There's a few parking gathers nearby and the first 2 hours is free. Service: Good
I have been going here since I was a teenager and the consistency has been more or less the same. The food might've been much higher quality back then but overall the interior and service has always been at a good standard. I like the staff's responsiveness to seating especially during busy times. I usually go here for happy hour and get some apps and brews in my system. There is a lot of comfort food options although not the best for you health-wise still hits the spot.

If you go on regular hours, the food is over priced especially if you measure the quality to price ratio. Happu hour is a whole diffefent story, you will get the most bang for the buck. They do have a great beer selection, so its a big plus. Also drinking a half yard gives you a better experiemce.
We visited for happy hour on a weekday. Service was fine. We sat at the bar. Ordered two drinks and some food too. Beer, Dragonfruit lemonade, Four cheese dip and Classic sliders. Everything was ok. Menu has lots of choices. It hit the cravings. But inside was a bit unclean. Private lot in mall.
We came here to watch the England vs Mexico game with a group of 9 people. The restaurant was packed and we loved the energy in the restaurant. Service was excellent despite it being such a busy evening. My favorite was the lemon pepper fried wings, the Margherita pizza, and the poke nachos. The fish and chips was also delicious because of the breading on the fish and the fish itself was perfect cooked. We also tried some of their grapefruit beer which I enjoyed immensely and also some of their cocktails with coconut. Overall they exceeded my expectations for both the food, service, and drinks. Excited to return and try their happy hour.

We are here with friends to watch the World Cup between Mexican and England . Yard house is the perfect sport bars restaurant. They have good selection of beers all over the world , cocktails , spirits and wines . I enjoy their menus with bar foods like nachos , pizza , wings , sweet potato fries . They also have main dishes like lobster garlic noodles , whiskey glazed salmon , beet- battered fish & chips , tomato bisque soup , kale and romaine Caesar Caesar salad . Monday to Friday 3 pm to 6 pm is their happy hour . 1/2 off selected apps and pizzas . ( see photo for the items ) $2 off draft beer , wine , spirits & cocktails. They also have late night happy hour . Sunday - Wednesday 10 pm to close. This is a fun and exciting night ! read more

I usually come here for happy hour since they have amazing deals, but came here around 1pm on a Tuesday for lunch this time and it wasn't busy at all, which made for a nice, relaxed experience. The restaurant has a dimly lit ambiance with a variety of seating options: booths, high-top tables, and bar seating. I was seated in a lower-level booth next to the bar, which felt cozy. I ordered my go-to jambalaya with spicy rice (not spicy for me) and it did not disappoint. It was very flavorful with a generous portion, loaded with shrimp, crawfish, sausage, and chicken. Definitely hit the spot. My friend got the sliders with onion rings and said they were really delicious as well. Service was great. The server was friendly and attentive, checking in on us throughout the meal without being overbearing. Overall, a solid lunch spot and I'd come back again. read more

LOVE THE HAPPY HOUR AT YARD HOUSE!!! Because what do you mean all these dishes was around 30 bucks?! I came with a friend on a Tuesday around 4pm and it wasn't crowded at all. We were able to be seated right away and ordered 3 items to share. Happy hour is Monday- Friday from 3-6pm and it's half off select appetizers and ALL PIZZAS! Late night is Sunday- Wednesday from 10pm to closing time. 1. Poke Nachos: Of course had to get their famous poke nachos. It's so good and hits every time with the sauce and garnish. 2. Truffled mushroom pizza: This pizza is so delicious and love that the crust is on the thinner side. It's crunchy and loaded up with mushrooms. I will say they don't cut the slices evenly and the toppings aren't spread out evenly either. 3. Seared Ahi Sashimi: The sashimi was pretty good and loved the sauce they paired with it. I think next time I would probably skip on this as it was a lot of food for two people to share. There's a bar in the middle of the place and I like the lighting in here. 2nd time coming super happy with our visit Mark was our server and he was great gave us perfect recommendations and we absolutely loved the dish!!! The Korean cheese steak and Korean fries were amazing The filet mignon with mashed potatoes and veggies for it to die for so delicious!!! Shout out to Sandra P!!! This one's for you!! Since my initial review for Yard House [written four years ago] I've made a number of visits after the fact. While I wished all visits were good, that just wouldn't be truthful. In fact, there were times I literally wanted to boycott this joint completely. After a long, long hiatus, my family and I decided to hit up Yard House for dinner. My personal reason for agreeing: the KALE & ROMAINE CAESAR SALAD. This will forever have me wanting to come back. Dinner consisted of: *KID'S CHEESEBURGER SLIDER- cheddar, toasted brioche bun. *CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS x2 *EDAMAME *KALE & ROMAINE CAESAR + GRILLED CHICKEN- roasted brussels sprouts, pistachios, raisins, baby tomatoes, parmesan. *20oz BONE-IN RIBEYE + SHRIMP SKEWER- double order of the grilled baby broccoli, house steak sauce. Our initial server attempted to take our order twice and with us being indecisive, we ended up being passed onto a different server. Sorry for needing more time than the norm in deciding but honestly, us getting passed on was the best thing that could have happened. In comes Ms. Sandra P!! When I tell you this woman is kind, attentive, and such a positive vibe- I ABSOLUTELY MEAN IT!! Not only was she super patient, she made sure to check on us a number of times to see if there was anything we needed and confirmed that the meal was satisfactory. Not once did this amazing woman let my cup of iced tea go empty- she arrived with a fresh cup before I could even finish!! Her attention to detail was spot on during our entire meal and her friendliness was 100 even when things getting busier and she needed to juggle more. 5/5 stars. It really doesn't get any better than you, Ms. Sandra. You are such an asset to the company and an absolute delight to have encountered. Thank you for blessing my family & I with your presence. Came here 1/14/25 w coworkers group of 10. Plenty of seating all around and a bar/ steak environment. Multiple tv screens to watch sports. I would say the table that was provided to us was slightly small. We were kinda squished together, would had been nice if they added another table. We ordered multiple apps and pizzas (came here for the happy hour (1/2 off selected apps and pizzas) I got the margarita pizza which was abt $9. Personally, not the best pizza I had and the cheese was stiff, like non stretchy and .. rubby. The tomatoes and basil were very fresh tho. I do like the crust Strawberry lemonade (~$5) was like a knockoff. Tasted like it came from a premade brand from the stores which was a disappointment. I took a bite of the fried calamari from a friends plate and I think it was pretty good. Overall, we had a great time chatting. Our family was given a Gift Card for Christmas to the Yard House on Santana Row in San Jose, so we decided to pay a visit while our kids were still on holiday break. It was our first time and we thought with the weather being really rainy that evening there wouldn't be a lot of people. We were wrong. It was really crowded with an hour wait for a table of 5. Our family decided to wait (plus it started raining harder outside). The front staff were friendly and doing their best to move people smoothly to tables as there were many folks waiting for tables ahead of us. When we were finally seated, our server was friendly and quickly took our order for drinks and appetizers. We started with the Onion Ring Tower which was crispy and tasty, accompanied by ranch dip. My family attacked that tower of onion rings and I was lucky to get an onion ring! Our family order consisted of the Crispy Korean Chicken, Birria Tacos, and Four Cheese Pizza. As for me, I'm a Jambalaya guy so if it's on the menu, chances are I will order it. I ordered the Spicy Jambalaya which had blackened shrimp, andouille sausage, crawfish, chicken, roasted poblano peppers, all in cajun cream sauce. There was a choice of linguini, brown rice or jasmine rice. I had it with the rice. It was delicious and spicy. I'd order it again! Overall the ambience was the usual for the type of establishment. Loud with music and TV screens showing sports games (we were seated in a booth by the bar). I shared with our waiter that it was my daughter's 15th birthday and he said, "don't worry, I'll take care of it." He brought her a brownie topped with vanilla ice cream with "Happy Birthday" stenciled in cocoa powder on the plate! I rate a restaurant based on my family's experience and enjoyment of the food and it was definitely thumbs up all around! read more
Met here with a friend for her first time. Surprisingy no wait on Sunday night. Asked our server Tristan for his faves as he's a swlf-pronounced foodie. Instead of alfredo, suggested the Twisted Alfredo and that was by far the best dish we ordered. Always need to get the poke nachos and tried the spicy beef noodles and crab stack roll. Poke nachos and crab stack combined was awesome per Tristan's suggestion too. The beef noodles were a bit too salty in my opinion but still edible.we ordered rhe creamsicle drink was good but one was enough. Long beach ice tea was good as was a he strawberry mule. The salted watermelon margarita was a bit too sweet for me this yime although its my go to with a tajin rim. Highly recommend Tristan and the twisted alfredo. read more

Happy Hour here is unmatched. Amazing prices for a select menu items. Some of our favorites and must order are the following from the happy hour 50% menu: - Poke Nachos - Chicken Nachos 5/5.... just refer to the photo. - Any pizza, but one of our favorite is the truffle mushroom Could be packed especially on a Friday, but well worth the wait. Be sure to join the waitlist online ahead of time! Good environment for watching sports and having a good bite. Overall, we really enjoyed the food here and they don't skimp on the portions at all... Highly recommend Yard House if you're in the area and looking for a goo deal. read more

I've gone to Yardhouse several times for the past few years, each time for their 3-6 PM happy hour. Select appetizers are half off, and cocktails are $2 off. I've become an avid lover of their poke nachos, the truffle mushroom pizza, and the Pineapple Express cocktail. While it does tend to fill up during happy hour, service has usually been quick. read more

Went here with friends and got seated at a booth pretty quickly on a Monday night. For drinks we got the espresso martini, Cosmo drink, and stella and my favorite was the Pink cosmo sweet it was pretty sweet! My meal I got the Chicken Avocado Sandwich with truffle fries and it was satisfying and delicious. I would get this one again. I also tried the whiskey glazed salmon and I thought it had really good flavor! Altogether is a good hangout spot for all groups! read more

Mark was our server and he was friendly, courteous, attentive, and funny. *Kurobuta Pork Burger: snake river farms Berkshire pork, spicy Candied bacon, white American cheese, arugula, house-made blueberry ketchup, with house fries (4/5). A good tasting burger. Though, I wish they added more of the Blueberry ketchup on the burger. The fries were crisp and nicely fried. *Bread Pudding with Creme Anglaise: vanilla bean and caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream (4/5). Moist, and delicious bread pudding. First time here and had no idea what to expect. Friends said it was pretty great. Located in Santana Row and it was packed! We had a party of 11 and my friend called ahead. Imm quite sure that's how we got seated fairly quickly. Cool place. So upbeat. Lots of patrons. Several TV screens and folks all around. There's a keg room upstairs and you can see the lines that filter down to the bar. Pretty neat looking. We ordered a couple of appetizers. Guac and chips, and nachos. Both were good. I liked the nachos so much, I will order it next time. I got the small BBQ Chicken salad and that's all I needed. It was still a good size. Everyone seemed to have enjoyed their meals. I know there are other locations, but heard that this was the best one. I am quite pleased and hope to return again. read more

This is my second Yard House experience and just like the last one I was not wowed. Showed up on a Saturday around 5pm expecting it to be very busy. Despite there being a good amount of people already seated we were shown to our table right away. We ordered the following - Pretzel with mustard sauce - nothing great. It's a pretzel - Pink Dragon cocktail (smoked)- very good and I appreciate that they offered to have it smoked - Truffle Burger - I asked our server what she recommends and this was one of the items. Yes it was very juicy and actually very good......but very very oily/greasy. This would come to haunt me later There are plenty of indoor seating and the bathrooms looked clean. 5/5 our server Neveya (sorry for the wrong spelling) was amazing and very helpful. Now why not 5/5 stars overall? The other food options were ok and the truffle burger proceeded to bubble in my stomach for the next 6 hours. Plenty of truffle sauce burps later I had to take tums since my stomach was very upset. I appreciate that they have plenty of food and drink items, but I cannot seem to find something that really hits the spot. read more

Went here for happy hour, dinner, and to watch the Fifa matches that were on. Good vibes overall. People drinking and cheering for teams. Solid 4.5/5 for food. It comes out fast, and prob the only bang for your buck place in the entire row. Would recommend. read more
I was in town over the past weekend for a race. I came with my partner and a friend. We showed up around 4:30 on a Saturday. Thought we might have a wait, since it looked busy. We were sat down right away. This was my first time here, but the others in my group have been before. The menu is extensive with both food and drinks. If you want options this place has them. The two in my group ordered the pink dragon cocktail, I don't usually drink, but this was so good. I ordered the stacked turkey club, it was ok. I probably wouldn't order it again, but I had a craving and this filled it. We shared the pretzel with cheese and mustard, that was pretty good though. I'd get it again! The service was great, very attentive and she always made sure we had everything we needed. This is a good place to bring people to catch up over some good food. read more
