I would only recommend coming here for the rainbow. Rainbow - super delicious. Best thing ever. Large tot- cooked well, size of order seemed more along the lines of a small/medium. Fry sauce - tastes good. We paid for two, only received one. Pastrami burger - tasted okay. Bun was pancake in depth and kinda meh. Pastrami itself was nothing special. The burger is "quarter thin" as the other reviews have said. I didn't even know they made them this thin. Cheese burger with bacon -it took me back to my childhood days of a plain burger at McDonald's. There really wasn't much; just a thin bun, micro-thin burger patty, cheese, catchup and some bacon to make it more worthy for an adult. Service was good.

They have amazing rainbow floats, ice cream and popsicles! The rest of the menu is your average burger joint.

I had dinner at Bowls and Cheers and honestly... this place is a hidden gem. A full 10/10…read moreexperience. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and deeply personal. It's a family-run restaurant with an open kitchen, so you can see every dish being prepared right in front of you. It doesn't feel like a typical restaurant--it feels like you've been invited into their home. And what truly sets this place apart is the people behind it. The father took the time to walk us through the menu and explain each dish in detail. The mother shared the cultural and historical inspiration behind the plates, connecting the food back to the Philippines in such a meaningful way. Their son served us with professionalism and genuine kindness. You can feel the pride, love, and intention in everything they do. What we ordered: Pork Lumpia with Sweet Chili Sauce - perfectly crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. Sizzlin' OINK Sisig - served hot with an egg on top... bold, savory, and absolutely addictive. Lechon OINKawali - crispy pork belly done right: crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. Pancit Noodles - THE BEST NOODLES EVER!!!! And for dessert: Banana - Bowlicious - fried plantains tossed in cinnamon sugar, topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle... the perfect sweet finish. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the fried sweet plantain banana desert but I have to say that the flavor still lingers in my mouth and my heart! Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The sauces are clearly made from scratch, and the flavors are rich, authentic, and beautifully balanced. And the value? Unbeatable. We ordered appetizers, three main dishes, and two desserts and the bill left me speechless in a good way :) If you're looking for authentic Filipino cuisine with heart, story, and flavor this is the place. Highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing last dinner in Utah! I will absolutely be back.

Went down on a Saturday when traffic was light and easily found the restaurant in a strip mall with lots of parking. The family running the restaurant is helpful and friendly! It's a small restaurant with about 8 good size tables. A awesome menu including desserts! We got : Jam Bowl Loco - it's a healthy scoop of rice - 1/2 lb brisket burger w/ a fried egg and brown gravy all over! Hubby said best loco moco he has ever had which is saying a lot since he's has a few hundred under his belt! I got the pork BBQ Skewers (4) served with garlic fried rice and a papaya salad. I loved the BBQ pork lots of flavor and eaten with the rice and salad it was excellent! I enjoyed this dish very much and would order it again . We also got the pork lumpia which was a great start to our meal. Due to the long drive and the yummy food we decided to order the chicken adobo bowl as a take out. I can't wait to have it for dinner! Vanessa was the friendliest person she and her husband own and run the restaurant plus do the cooking. She told us they do have specials and rotate their dishes which is an awesome idea for frequent visitors. It was a great trip - no traffic - awesome food- a great little excursion

At first I was intimidated by the regulars and thought I'd be warded off but sure enough, I became a regular. Their tap selection isn't the best, but if you just like plane jane beer it's a great spot. Steak night is always the best with a big portion of food and cheap priced beer. It's a great spot for after work and unwinding on a relaxed night.

What it is, and what I am rating it on. It is a dive bar, it has sticky tables, (not really) it has pool tables and tacky decor, it has really friendly service and it is awesome for what it is. The crowd can be a little rough and it is a Bar, must be 21 years or older. It has typical bar food, hamburgers and anything you can put in a fryer. But on Thursdays and Saturday Nights, after 6:00PM it is steak night. I usually don't like local grills for steaks, they're usually terrible. But not here, one of the best steaks I've had outside a high dollar steak house. After 6PM it is time for steaks, they close down the other menu items and you have a choice of steak (Ribeye) or steak (Ribeye). You can choose your temperature, I chose MR, and it was probably Med, but that's okay. Comes with a baked potato, a roll and grilled onions and mushrooms. But what stands out was the flavor, so good, place got a little smokey as they grilled. I really like mushrooms and grilled onions, but the steak didn't need em. I took mine off and enjoyed the steak as it was. I did finish the mushrooms and onions as a side. Highly recommend steak night. The salad was plain with cheese and croutons, nothing special. The Potato was cooked perfectly with a cooked crunchy skin, soft potato goodness in the middle. Came with butter and sour cream, I would have liked some cheese, bacon and chives, but it was still good. Lots of food, didn't try dessert. My wife enjoyed her steak too but would have liked some other options, it was a lot of food for her. But lunch for me the next day. Our waitress Zoe was new but very good, very attentive, and very friendly. Well done Zoe. Keep it up Rainbow Saloon.
