We love going to Warren's Drive-In, and this visit was no exception when it came to the food and service--both were excellent as always. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by an extremely loud group of teenage girls in the dining area. The noise level became overwhelming and even gave us headaches. At one point, another customer kindly asked them to keep it down, but they responded in a rude and disrespectful way. We understand that this isn't the restaurant's fault, but it did make it difficult to fully enjoy our visit and forced us to get our meals to go and leave the restaurant. read more

My wife and I found ourselves up in this area and wanted to try something new. We'd never heard of warrens, so we gave it a try. I got the stake house burger and she got some sort of bacon burger. Both burgers were certainly good, a step above regular fast food for sure, but nothing really to write home about. It's also decently more expensive too. The fries were unimpressive, and I found myself wishing I'd gotten tater tots like we got the kids. The employees we interacted with were super friendly. While I think I would return if I was in the area, I frankly don't think it's something I would ever seek out. read more

It wasn't super fast, but I also want waiting forever. It was good food! My husband got a Chipotle chicken burger YUM. My son got a bacon burger, also delicious. I got a Greek salad and it was AMAZING. If it had chickpeas it would've been better! Maybe offer it as an extra? The kids got a grilled cheese meal. Warrens in Syracuse is very good. Tater tots are crispy, chicken tenders are so tasty and moist, they lightly breaded which we like, also don't skip breakfast, it's reasonable and better than some restaurants. There coffee needs help, I guess you can't win them all. Inside service is great, they bring your meal to you. read more

Took my grandson here for breakfast. We ordered the Go For It breakfast and a side of scones. He only eats pancakes so I ate his eggs and hashbrowns and a scone. Service was fast but it got real busy right after we ordered. The food was wonderful and the Cashier was friendly and efficient. I had not eaten breakfast at Warren's in a long time and had forgotten how good their breakfast is . Definitely recommend! read more

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast today and it was a truly excellent experience including the fast service, food quality and ambiance! They have everything you can think of from biscuits and gravy to omelettes. They're famous for ice cream and shakes; but don't pass up a great dinner first. The food at this location is not good. The girls working there are great. But the food not so good.

I purchased a small hamburger with fries. The hamburger was as thin as a wafer and over-cooked. The bun didn't taste or look like any hamburger bun I've ever eaten. The pickles and lettuce were under the hamburger not on top. The fries were stale and over-salted. I used to love Warrens. Very disappointed. I hope they can turn things around. Skimping on ingredients never turns out well especially when the prices are so high. read more

If you are in a hurry... don't come here. The drive through line was long, so we decided to go inside. It took 10 min for them to take our order. We were the only ones in line. They acknowledged us, and then they proceeded to ignore us for 10 min. We ordered fries, 5 piece nugget, and a ham cheese sandwich. It took them THIRTY MINUTES to get us our food. The service is always friendly but you better be prepared to wait. They live up to their motto of cooking to order and you will have to wait. I am usually taking an order to go, at the end of my work day, and tend to be impatient. At least they provide the daily paper to read while you wait. The food is very good and they have a good variety. Their take on fries is one of my favorites. I like the turkey cranberry sandwich as well as the blue or mushroom burgers. LIME RICKEY'S (insert heart eyes emoji here) I just CANNOT get enough of their Lime Rickey's to the point where I consume one 3-4 times per week in the summer. They are perfection and only 99 cents! I just can't handle it. Not only do they have the elixir of life, but they also have the BEST food as well. My personal favorite are the fries and the fry sauce. (Heaven!) There is nothing on that menu that I have not tried, and since I have been coming here since I was a kid, that is really saying something. I now live in Utah County (whhhhyyy you no want a Warren's?) and by the grace of humanity my parents still live around the corner from this beauty so I am still able to come semi-regularly and get my fixation. (We are currently living with them for 3 months which is why I have been coming so often and will be in a full blown depression when we move back in a few weeks) read more

Clean restaurant, friendly staff (shout out to the vegetarian who leaves me smiley faces on my meatless orders). This location has become our Sunday breakfast tradition: You can get French toast, eggs, hash browns and bacon, all for less than $10. I love their breakfast sandwich on a bun. Just egg and a bun for me, but the egg/cheese/sausage on a bun (trust me, the buns are so yummy) is also enjoyed in this house. Other delicious items: French Dip - my husband craves their French Dip. Veggie burger is my jam. Have them make it mushroom and Swiss style if you're feeling decadent. Lime Rickies are delicious, and they can make them diet for you. Yes, the wait is long, just expect it when you go there - they make fresh food and that takes longer than McDonald's, it just does. People giving less stars because of the wait are putting standard fast food expectations on this restaurant and that's unfair. read more

This place is my absolute favorite. It is casual and family friendly. My kids love going here. We have three vegetarians in our family and four meat-eaters. This place was our go-to when we lived in Syracuse because there was something for everyone. (For a long time, they were my lunch stop on a daily basis.) Fresh salad bar, amazing veggie burgers (literally the best I have ever had) and you can pick any style you want and have them replace it with a veggie patty. My personal favorite is the Crunchy BBQ with a side of Ranch. Their Dirty Coke Zero is BOMB and no one can make them quite like they do. My dad and husband, who are avid meat lovers, agree that these guys make one of the best burgers for a "fast" food joint. They aren't really fast though, your food is made fresh and you do wait a just a bit. It is not a long wait, though and worth every minute. Also, worth mentioning, they do a fabulous Halloween special where they give a free kids meal to any child that comes in a costume on Halloween Day. This has been our tradition for years and it is always awesome. They always have their stores decorated and fun for the whole fam. The syracuse location is always decorated the best. They even decorate the drive thru which keeps the kids thoroughly entertained while waiting. read more

The Wifey has been talking some mad game about Warrens. And this is my first time here! The place is very nice and open for a "drive through" (they have seating inside). I should mention how clean everything was. The manager took our order and was really patient as we looked over the menu, it being my first time I wanted to look at all their offerings, which were plenty. Tons of great classic dive style offerings. I got the Rueben and my wife got the Little W. Gotta try the 99¢ large Lime Ricky. Seriously. We also got a fudge brownie and marshmallow shake. It was definitely above average. I do wish it was more thick. It seems to melt out rather quickly. Did I mention everything is made fresh to order? I definitely gotta give this place 5 stars for what they are and how amazing they do it above the rest. read more

Warrens has a great building and location. They are an ok breakfast place. I only have three recommendations. First, their bacon is incredibly thin the sausage is the cheap stuff, and their ham is the cheap processed stuff. Scrambled, Sills, Chris' Cafe, and Cracker Barrel have thicker bacon and real ham. It would be nice if Warrens would upgrade their bacon and ham because I used to love going their for breakfast. But the meat quality is just sub par compared to other local options. read more

Oh man. Let me just start with a list of things I LOVE about this place: The french dip kicks so much ass. It has turned me into a french dip snob and I can't have one at any other fast food place now. The french fries are in the top 3 of best ever (suck it, McDonalds!) The sweet potato fries are little swords of heaven The funnel cake fries are sooooo good Their onion rings are some of the best I've ever had They have FREE (and good) fry sauce! They have tons of items on the menu The entire staff is SUPER nice They have a small, yet adequate salad bar (which I haven't tried, but it looks good) Prices aren't outrageous The restaurant is always clean Here is a list of reasons why I curse this place: There isn't one by my house I've craved it almost every weekend since my first visit -shaking fist towards the sky- You won't be disappointed with anything at Warren's. Warren;s is half way between fast food and a full service restaurant . They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, have a wide variety of food cooked to order and it taste good. I am a carb-aholic and Warren's cures my urge. They have awesome fries, better than most, tater tots, English chips and Sweet potato fries. I go for the fries, the wife likes the sweet potato. Beyond the starches are the sandwiches, they have a wide variety, burgers and otherwise. My latest favorite is the french dip that is very tasty, they also have a cranberry turkey that hits the spot. Burgers are good, my last visit included the 2x2 classic, a big tasty double cheese burger. Good but definitely not the best around but does beat all the fast food joints by far. read more

Pleasantly surprised. Hubs and I went last month and each had a child's burger, split an order of onion rings, and split an eggnog shake. I did not care for the breading on the onion rings. It was almost like a cornmeal. But the little burger hit the spot and the egg nog shake was spot-on! It did not taste like fake flavoring. I loved the interior. It was clean and comfortable. First of all the Lime Rickey is made by putting two wedges of lime not squeezed in a glass adding some grape and handing it to you to put everything else together. You get your order delivered to your table without a word. Your sandwich and maybe 10 fries are in one basket. Each time I order my favorite sandwich the Chicken Philly. The sandwich is made on a day or two old bun. The top of the bun looks like it's been sitting out on the counter all day dried and weather checked. The ingredients: very little cheese, onions, black old mushrooms, lucky to find any peppers and the chicken that may be a total of 2 to 3 oz. read more

I ordered a French dip at the drive-through. I was halfway home when I realized the au jus was spilling all over the seats. The lid wasn't on properly. I pulled over to try to contain the mess and the bag all my food was in ruptured and I had French fries cover my floorboard and seat. I used to eat at this location weekly but will never return. In the last month or so the service has gone so far downhill I'll never go back to this location. read more

Warrens use to have special fries that I have not seen anywhere else. Now they have greasy, fries that I can get at the bowling alley! At the bowling alley, they are not as expensive, not as greasy and more crisp! Warrens is good but not worth the prices. So sad. Nothing special about Warrens food anymore :( read more

We've never been before but I can tell you, the customer service is unsurpassed! I had to take a shake off my order because the kid at the pumpkin patch shorted me $5.
