This location was recently opened in my neighborhood. I have historically had bad experiences at Jack-In-The-Box restaurants, but my husband wanted to give them a try. We ordered online for in-store pickup. They gave us a timeframe, so I arrived on time. The bad news was they were very busy and way behind on filling orders. My online order was still 5 or 6 orders down the list before they even started preparing it. I waited 15-20 minutes to get my order, but the manager was very apologetic and gave us 2 coupons for free food on our next visit. We ordered a variety of things so get a good picture of what they had to offer. We ordered breakfast as well as some lunch items. They serve breakfast all day, so it worked out well. Our order included Ham Breakfast Jack, Sausage Breakfast Jack, Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Texas Toast, and the Mini Churros. I really liked the breakfast items, and I liked the sausage more than the ham. The grilled cheese was very good also. I was worried it may be greasy on the Texas toast, but it was not very greasy at all. I love churros and thought these would be the highlight, but they were just ok. My husband likes the mini tacos, but we didn't order them this time. I'm not a big fan of those. I suppose I would eat here again, especially for the breakfast. read more

Hate to take a 5 star review down to 1, but my experience today was that bad. We pulled up to the drive through and were told they would be with us in just a moment. Nearly 10 mins later we did not hear from anyone, even after asking for someone. Then, another car pulled up in the other drivethrough line and almost immediately had someone take their order. I promptly backed out, parked in a spot, and went inside to find out what was going on and try my luck ordering in there. I recieved the same message from someone inside "we will be with you shortly". I stood there again for a while. I watched the three people working there move in the slowest of all slow motions preparing food. I again stood there for a while with no further engagement from the team there. This location just lost my business. We waited in the drive through for a couple minutes to then be told that we needed to wait a minute. We waited 10 more minutes and they took two cars that showed up after us in the other drive through line. No one would respond to us when we asked if we could order. We then went inside to try and order. We were again told to wait a minute. We waited several minutes as everyone inside was moving slowly and sure enough... we waited another several minutes with no service. We will not be returning to this location as there was no service at all. read more

First time trying Jack in the box and this is how it went for me. First off, the line went faster than I thought it would. This jack in the box is newer, and the line was really long, but I only waited about 30 minutes from the end of the line to finally getting my food. The employees were kind and were going as fast as they could. I ordered a few things, but my favorites were the sourdough Jack and the jack mini. Whatever sauce they put on those sandwiches is amazing. I also ordered a kids meal and that was disappointing. The nuggets were absolutely tiny. It came with no toy, and my 3 year old was begging for my sandwich after her meal. It wasn't a lot of food at all. The tacos were okay too. Not my fav and covered in grease. Overall, it's good for fast food. Is it worth 30 minutes for food? No. But not terrible. read more

This was actually the very first Jack in the Box location I've tried and the first couple of times I went, it was pretty good. The food was decent overall and the service was good. But the last couple of times I've went, the food tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while. I ordered the Jack Wrap and the croissant breakfast sandwich & was told to park and wait for the food, which wasn't an issue. But if I'm going to be waiting longer than expected, why is the food cold, sloppily made, and tortilla hard as a rock? Definitely not going to this location again anytime soon. read more

They are extremely understaffed, and while It can't be controlled instantly, they are extremely slow, plus busy. They have also seemed to mess up on extremely easy orders, which honestly sad. The inside is somewhat clean, little stains and messes. The food is served nice and hot, but again half of the time it's messed up, which stinks. First time trying Jack in the Box in UTAH. I have had bad experiences in my home state and other states I have tried time at. But I decided to come and try the new one here. First for, customer service, was amazing, Ashton, He was very friendly; and made me laugh and was joking around with me. I needed that. He made the experience so pleasant, and awesome. The food was good, I mean it's fast food, so it's not like it's going to help the best. But we were all hungry and tired and for what it was it was good to us. I got a burger and curly fries, the fries are delicious; and you can tell the curly fries were made fresh, and the oil they used wasn't old. I'm not a fan of fast food, because I'm trying to lose weight and I'm on a diet so I won't come often but I would say the food was pretty good and the customer service was the best, hands down, it was. I don't normally give 5 stars for fast food, so The only reason I'm giving them a 5 star is because of Ashton, his customer service was the best! I don't know why this Jack-in-the-box has such bad reviews. They are great. They are super busy during rush hours, so a lot of times, yes, there will be a long wait. It's not their fault they are so popular and maybe corporate doesn't staff correctly. Or maybe they do have enough staff and they just can't keep up as well when they're getting slammed. I simply know they go out of their way to give you the best service possible. I love the food I order there and the staff is always so courteous and nice. (I go once or twice a week, always on the weekend nights. One time I didn't have quite enough money on one of my debit cards when I ordered off the mobile app, so my payment didn't go through. I said I would go back for my main debit card my son hadn't put back in my purse and they said, "Don't worry about it" and I got the food for free. I said, "Are you sure?!!" and they're like, "No problem, don't worry about it." Another time I had to wait a long time for my order on a Saturday night (and they were all bustling around trying to fill all the orders) and they offered me a free drink or dessert. The hamburger bun was chewy, like the bread had been frozen and thawed out a few times. The burger was cold. The cashier was unfriendly and unhelpful. This was are second time trying to experience the new local restaurant however, we finally got to the window , after a 20 minute wait, we waited an additional 5 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment, we decided to drive away.
