We like going to this restaurant because they're always friendly and it's relatively cleaner than most. Today I got the #1 with cheese chicken sandwich, it's very good. The chicken is the best here. It's always juicy, never dry and has flavor without all the sauces. New to me are the Pineapple dragonfruit frosted drink. Oh my lordy is this good! Lot's of flavor, super thick and you can start off with a spoon before going to a straw. This I love!! I highly recommend this....not too sweet either. First time I ordered online and the app told me to go inside, stood around for 15mins waiting for someone at the online pickup section to even acknowledge me to give me my order, all the while I'm watching people IN-LINE receive their online orders while I'm watching a employee fill drinks right next to the online pickup section literally staring at me wondering why I'm standing next to the online order section. Barely spoke to me and handed my order to me with great annoyance, as if I was taking away from her filling a drink for her friends while they left work. I got in line for lunch at 1:18 pm and at 1:58 pm I got up to the order box. It took 40 MINUTES to get up to order. I called my job and I have a client at 2 pm. I was fired. I am so unbelievably upset right now this is UNACCEPTABLE. This location is horrible. It seems like they have a new overall manager and everything has gone downhill. I had time to read recent reviews and saw the "oh send people our way we need employees" rather than an apology. How embarrassing for this establishment. I refuse to ever patron this location again. I will drive to Farmington or centerville where they know what they're doing. read more

They are open for take out, curbside, and drive-thru only. On our way out of town we decided to grab some breakfast at the Chick-Fil-A. 1. because they were open, and 2. that's what everyone wanted to eat. Upon pulling up to the restaurant we couldn't tell if they were open or not. Luckily a young man was outside cleaning the area, and I asked him if they were open for inside eating, and he said yes. So we all piled out of the truck, and headed inside to sit down, and have breakfast before heading back out on the open road. I had to use the restroom, which thankfully were open, and clean. By the time I was finished, and headed to the lobby, I was informed that they really were not open for inside seating, and that we would have to take our meals with us. A truck full of people trying to eat in a cramed truck is not fun. How disappointing.... Inside is really clean and staff seemed friendly enough. read more

I've always like Chick-Fil-A, and have typically ordered their nuggets with waffle fries. These nuggest are white meat wrapped in a tasty breaded coating that is yummy. There is no fake meats mixed in like other "nuggets" around town. I recently ordered off the breakfast menu, because I like breakfast. My husband picked on me for not getting the chicken breakfast sandwich, but I chose to try the bacon, egg and cheese muffin. The muffin was smaller and sliced unevenly so there was a bunch of muffin on the bottom, and not much on the top. I ordered the meal with hash browns and a drink. It was ok, and tasted fine, but there wasn't much that made it stand out from the other breakfast crowd. Maybe my husband was right and I will have to get a chicken breakfast sandwich next time. read more

Paid for my meal ahead of time using the app, thinking I'd save time, only to arrive and find that my meal didn't go in to their system. After pulling around and going inside it took several minutes before I was seen to and they entered my order in manually and said they'd bring it out to my car. My food took a reasonable amount of time to reach me but when I checked my bag I found a half-filled large fry. At that point I was simply done with the situation and left, especially since it took me an hour to get my food. I doubt I will be back to Chick-Fil-A, not just this location, but any. And I know this likely won't turn people away which is fine, because their food is bomb, and their service is usually really good. But at this point almost every time I go to a Chick-Fil-A something like this happens, so I'm done. Finally I just wanted to say "Kudos" to the guy who apologized for everything. I was pissed off and I was trying not to say anything negative to him; he was cheerful and at the very least cheered me up a little bit. Other than that though I'd never use their app so you can avoid a situation like this, and go somewhere else for food: they're extremely busy around meal times and there are other places with great tasting chicken as well. read more

Chick-fil-A is the pinnacle of fast food customer service, this location is no different. Along with great service you get fantastic food and a clean restaurant. Chick-fil-A has something that is hard to find anywhere else, chicken options for breakfast. I ordered up the Egg White Grill which is grilled chicken, egg white and American cheese on a multigrain English muffin. It has good nutritional specs to go along with the fantastic flavor. If you want a bit more flavor or you just you just want to customize it to your taste, you can add one of their dipping sauces. The Egg White Grill would have made for a great breakfast on its own but I wanted to try their Chick-n-Minis and I am glad I did. They are very simple, a chicken nugget on a mini yeast roll and they are yummy. Again, dipping sauce might add to your enjoyment, the Sweet and Spicy Sriracha worked out well for me. If you haven't tried Chick-fil-A for breakfast now is the time. They have numerous options, many of which you will not find elsewhere. If you are watching your diet, you will find several options with reasonable nutritional specs to enjoy. read more

Chick-fil-A has figured it out! Unlike the rest of the fast food world that offers every protein under the sun on their menu, (all of it sub-par) these guys stick with one thing and do it right. CHIKUN! The food is always fresh and amazing! I love the sandwiches AND the nuggets - and those waffle fries are choice! Gotta get that Chik-fil-A sauce!!! The service is always fast, and my order is always correct. But the truly refreshing part of the experience, whether it's the drive-thru or dining in is the service. Everybody is so friendly and courteous. Seeing teenagers with genuine smiles on their faces saying things like, "it's my pleasure" is almost a surreal experience in this day and age. I also love the app! The more we go, the more rewards we earn, and occasionally awesome little specials pop up for freebies. Keep up the great work, guys! read more

This review is for the Layton, UT location on Antelope Drive. It is always a 20 min wait in the drive thru. They do not have employees out on the line taking orders. Employees are on top of each other looking busy but it is so slow! Ordering at the window you still have to go around and park and wait another 5 mins. It wasn't like this until recently and it has gotten worse over the last few months .Worse location in Utah! Oh and no employee ever says my pleasure and they are not nice employees. read more

The FOOD earned 4 stars...now on to my tiff. The employees always mess up either the spelling or pronunciation of my name each time I've ordered from their drive -thru menu. How hard can my name be when Disney made a movie of my name: "MOANA." Yes, that's my real name. Yes, I'd like to know how my name turns into being pronounced as "VERONICA" or "MONA" or spelled "MOANNA." It's my name and I've been patiently waiting to hear my name pronounced correctly and spelled correctly, or do the employees not give a damn? That's why I will not be going back to this location. The Centerville store caught on to my name on the first try and stayed solid with it for 7 years! This was going to be one star rating, but this store rocked it. We ordered at the drive thru and then went home. We were occupied in talking about our days and didn't check the order. We got home and discovered our nuggets were missing. I called the store, I think it was Robert that I talked to. He asked for the order number from our receipt and verified everything. When I told him the missing item, he offered to bring it out to us. NEVER has a restaurant offered such a thing. Within 20 minutes the nuggets were delivered, along with a package of Chocolate Chunk Cookies. I am impressed. Wonderful job. We will be back. read more

The food and consistency along with the speed are usually pretty excellent here and the staff is great, however navigating the parking lot is difficult to do without taking damage to your vehicle. I've seen many wheels scraped and have to avoid the new speed bumps they put in altogether. Even going 5mph is too fast. Today I also had to pull ahead and wait and extra 15 min on the side so the cats behind could continue. All I ordered was chicken strips, chicken sandwich and fries. read more
