Since we were starving, we ordered their chicken quesadilla (delicious and so soft), Al pastor tacos (yuuummmmyy), and the quesobirria tacos (to die for). This may be our new favorite taco spot but I certainly wish they were closer to Ogden. Oh! We also tried their churros! Not too sweet on the outside, but had a tasty creamy filling. We'll be back!

The asada was really dry, the cabeza was super fatty, and the tripa was tasty. The non spicy sauce she mentioned was actually spicy (green) and we found the brown one to not be spicy at all. The service was poor. The young girl taking our order seemed really annoyed with our questions and by taking our order. I think its an okay spot if youre in the area but wouldn't recommend going out of your way to eat here.

I loved the vegan list of options as I can't eat meat or cheese. My husband's entree was delicious too, but I cannot remember what it was. We were blown away with the flavor! Also, the ambiance is delightful. There was a live band, clean tables and great service. The food takes a while to come because they cook everything from scratch right after you order. Some of the reviewers were very discouraged because of this. But right on the menu, they say that it takes a while to make from scratch and I will have to say I don't care because it is the best food ever!! The servings are not as large as what you would get in a different Mexican restaurant, but the flavor makes up for the difference! We will continue to go!

They didn't give any salsas like they do at the taco truck so we had to go back to get it form the restaurant. It is a different set up. I ordered pick up and called the wrong location. I will definitely be more mindful of this in the future. The tostada from the taco truck is better than the restaurant. The taco truck provides a better level of service and care into each one of their food items. The quality of the meat is not as flavorful as it is at the taco truck location. The portions are generous which is similar to the taco truck. Make sure to get the sides you like at the restaurant before you leave. It is all self service based. The service at the taco truck is definitely better. I would recommend just going to the taco cart instead. It is a better overall experience. I really wanted to like this as the Tacos Mi Mexico Taco truck is one of our go to family favorites.

Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating!
