First of all, the service was top notch! From the estimator coming to inspect the roof, to the man behind scenes dealing with the insurance claim, the project manager, and the people who performed the work! It was a great experience working with PACC! They were on top of their game and everything about the whole process happened in a timely fashion! They were easy to get ahold of and very informative as things continued to be handled throughout the claim and the project. My grandma had used them for her roofing and said they made things very easy, so I figured I would give them a shot, and I'm glad I did! They helped make the claim with the insurance stress free and walked me through what was going on step by step. In summer 2022 our roof suffered storm damage. PACC Solutions worked with our insurance company to fully replace it. The process took time, and it wasn't all smooth sailing, but by Spring 2023 we had a new roof. The owner Mike and the PACC team did a fabulous job. Among other things, they were organized, provided accurate estimates, photo documentation, acquired necessary permits, and corresponded effectively with the insurance company. We communicated primarily with Mike, Izzy and Alfredo - who clearly care about customer satisfaction. On the day of the roof install, the crew was a well oiled machine. They were on time, efficient, highly focused and CLEAN. A special shout out to their gutter guy who came out a second time to adjust a downspout. Few suggestions: If you can reuse materials in good condition - DO. It'll save you money, and it's good for the planet. If you know what you'll be having replaced, do a little advance research on available options before meeting with them. It's helpful to be informed in the event you don't like the products they recommend, and want something different. It's less disruptive for everyone. That said, they accommodated brilliantly. I had a great experience with PACC solutions. I was like most people, a little weary when a random company shows up to offer a free roof inspection but I am glad that I took the time to hear them out. The process took a little while due to some back and forth with insurance but ultimately PACC solutions was able secure a new roof and gutters for my home. Throughout the whole processes they advocated for me and negotiated with my insurance company when they only wanted to cover a few shingles. Overall a smooth and straight forward process. For roof replacement, PACCS solution is the greatest! They did ALL the leg work when it came to working with my insurance company. There was an initial hiccup with getting the approval, but the PACCS administrators worked with my insurance and got the approval completed. I now have a beautiful sturdy roof!
