I think that is because they focused more on commercial business in the past, but they now are very big in residential. Auburn seems to focus on Marvin Windows ... wood, clad, and fiberglass ... they got you covered. Now keep in mind with Marvin that you have to bring your wallet. Marvin's are not cheap, but the rule "you get what you pay for" applies - they have quality stuff. You can buy cheaper, but you can't buy better. We have slowly been going through the house replacing all of our old windows - over 20 windows and they are 35 years old. We worked with Scott over the last three years, and were pleased every time. He is detailed and experienced. He and Auburn ordered the windows, and set us up with installers and finishers to complete the job. From start to finish, I couldn't give a higher recommendation to Auburn and Scott. We'll be back next year to finish our replacement job. Highly recommended.

I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

We didn't realize the roof was in such terrible shape - holes, hail damage, concrete around the bases of metal vents. Matt went through the peroper channels to make sure we have an energy star and energy efficient roof (as we requested) which is worth the extra cost! We were scheduled early on in the spring and not a moment too soon, I frantically called saying that water was coming in my ceiling light fixture in our bathroom. We were on schedule a couple days later, but a couple guys came out and tarped our roof in the interim. The job was completed in a day and a half and the team said they have not seen such warped mdf (sorry not sure on the terminology) plywood before, and it happened to be that our vents in the roof were covered the entire time. They made sure everything was uncovered to allow proper airflow. They handled everything through our insurance and were extremely professional. Bravo. I'll always recommend them to anyone looking for quality work for replacing their roof! We know who to trust when we want to install new siding and new windows or gutters! A couple weeks later we had our solar panels (different company!) installed and zero leaks!

When we met to discuss the most recent window replacement project, he set a production and installation schedule and he followed it to the letter. Further, AT Construction's workmanship and attention to detail are remarkable. To evidence this fact, when they completed the work, the window looked perfect. Notwithstanding, Adam pointed out a small imperfection in one of the screens and promised to have it addressed and corrected. Less than 24 hours later, he already has a Pella representative scheduled to inspect and presumably replace or repair the screen. Alter two separate window projects (three total windows) we cannot say too many good things about AT Construction.
