Told my visiting daughter we should go to Buda, wrong decision. She was craving the biscuits and gravy again. The gravy appeared to be reheated from Sundays left overs. All the waitress was interested in was restocking all supplies. Finally interrupted her for our 2nd cup of coffee. She informed me they were out but would make more. Pics show granulated gravy from breaking down during reheating and tasted like water. Onions are usually almost too strong of a flavor for me, but these were bland. The blandness continued through to all the ingredients, but especially the burger patties.
