I went to this location around 2:30 today before watching a movie. The food was good and it came out fast but the server took forever to check on us even though we wanted siracha and soy sauce. and then we told her we needed the check and she took over 15 minutes to come back even though I told her we needed to catch a movie. Then she took my card and took another 10 minutes to bring it back to me. I understand if she's busy or by herself but at that point the managers need to step in and check in on tables. Business travel often requires sacrifice. For example, having to eat a meal at PF Chang's instead of one of the many wonderful looking food trucks located just outside the conference center. Got a last minute reservation for 4 on a Tuesday. Sat at the bar while I waited for my party to arrive and ordered a sangria. Super tasty. Moved to a table outside which was very nice. The parking is either valet or paid but they validate either way. Lettuce wraps were delish. Short rib fried rice was good but spicy. We had 2 other noodle dishes and they were all a little spicy but were very good. For dessert we had the banana spring rolls which are deep fried and served with ice cream. Very tasty! The host went to seat us and we had to ask him to clean the floor under the table he was going to seat us. There was a spilled drink, lemon, and other food. He was trying to wipe it by hand and we just had him seat us at another table instead. The soy sauce container on our table was completely empty. Had to ask for a menu as they only hand you 3 other one sheet paper menus, (desserts, drinks, specials). Why would you not also give the regular menu instead of saying "oh you can scan the QR Code"? You give me 3 one sheet paper menus, you might as well include the regular one too. I'm going to a concert and I don't want to waste my battery viewing a one sheet menu on my phone. Service was quick and food was tasty but way too much salt in the Singapore Noodles. Portions are smaller for Lettuce Wraps and you have to ask for the hot mustard now and for hot sauce. After we finished our meal we went to the restroom. For Women's there were 3 stalls and the larger stall had no seat covers and no toilet paper in it. The other two had 1 toilet paper left. 1 soap dispenser was completely empty making it awkward to have to move over, get soap from the only other soap dispenser, then move back to the other sink. Nice restaurant but marking down on cleanliness as it was NOT busy when we came in and ate at 3:45pm on Sat. Many empty tables and employees standing around. Amanda, I believe was our server's name. We came Friday 6/17 right at opening. After we were seated, we were greeted right away by her. We ordered and waited quite awhile for our food. We did not complain though, but Amanda apologized and said we can order dessert on the house due to the wait. The fried rice, pepper steak, orange chicken, and bowl of white rice made it to the table. It was then that we realized we over-ordered. We ate all that we could, boxed some of it. The fried rice was good, the pepper steak was good (can taste a hint of oyster sauce), and orange chicken; it had a lovely crunch on the first bite of each piece yet inside was juicy chicken. The white rice, fluffy and a generous portion. We ordered enough for 4-5 people. We did not get desserts because we were stuffed. Amanda insisted, but we declined and thanked her for her genuine service and follow-through. The service industry need more people like her. This is one of my more preferred PF Chang's location. Appetizers, food, and drinks always hits the spot. The last time I came here was with a friend during a weekday lunch. We shared our favorite starter, the fried green beans. Yum! For myself I got their lettuce wrap and a bowl of egg drop soup. The lettuce wrap never disappoints and they give you a lot. The bowl of egg drop soup was good but I should have gotten a cup instead. It was HUGE. My GF got their pad thai which also hits the spot. Her hot & sour soup was also good too. Service was excellent. The waitress was super nice and spent some time to chat with us. Foods came out fast and they even asked us at the end if we wanted waters to-go. The restaurant is big but sometimes I think they are short staffed so the whole restaurant is closed off and there is a wait. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes in the beginning. My family and I enjoyed our dining experience at PF Changs. We called earlier to make a reservation and they were happy to accommodate. We went on a Saturday evening. We had a reservation for 5:45 and waited for about 20 minutes to be seated. A few of us went to the bar area to grab a drink while waiting. Their bar area is nice and surrounded by some very comfortable chairs. The bartenders were all very nice and made some great suggestions. I ended up with a smooth whiskey sour. This was a good drink and if you like a refreshing whiskey drink then this isnthe drink for you. We ordered the following entrees: *Short rib- one of my favs! The portion is small and only for one or two people. It was tender and full of wonderful flavors. *Honey Crisp Shrimp- my fav of the evening! This is a must try. Delicious! *Kung pao chicken- this was s tasty dish. Slightly spicey. The chicken was tender, sauce was good and the peanuts give that extra flavor. *Lo mein noodles with chicken- also very good. The noodles paired well with all of our entrees. We ordered some hot tea which hit the spot on a cold Saturday evening. Our server David was exceptional! He was attentive and very friendly. Upon arrival the host was friendly and ask how she could help us. We advised her that a takeout order was placed and she proceeded to the kitchen for our food. Within minutes she returned with our order. She thanked us as she handed our food to us. Due to our experience with the Waikiki location we inspected the contents within the package and were relieved that everything item that we order was contained within. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everything was great! When we walked in we were greeted by a tall man that we didn't to get his name but he was great! We were asked if we would like to eat inside or outside. Of course I picked outside! They had an decent view of the water/boats. I celebrated Mother's Day here with my family this year. The restaurant was nice , the food was great , the hostesses were very helpful when booking a last minute reservation for a party of 8. While waiting for the rest of our party to arrive , my boyfriend and I had drinks at the bar and the bartender was on point and friendly . The only negative part was the service . We were sat at 12:45 pm and waited 45 mins for waiter to take our order , then he forgot to order an entree for my sister , and then my 3 year old nephew's kids meal came after we were already done eating .... 2 1/2 hours later . Very disappointed at the service to say the least . He must've been very busy . We parked at the pike structure and walked across the bridge which was a scenic walk . Our server Andre did a great job catering to our large party, kept the flow of appetizers, mains and beverages moving at a steady pace. We ordered a lot of dishes, they were all good. First time having food at this particular P.F. Chang's, and the food was really good. It is located on restaurant row near Pike Outlets, right between Outback and Gladstone. It does cost to park using the shared parking lot, and valet is available at night. We ended up getting carryout, ordering it on their app and the food was ready in 15 minutes. The food can be a bit expensive compared to a local Asian food place (e.g. entrees run from $20 - $30). We noticed that they now offer a value family menu for takeout only, so we decided to try it while we were in the area. We took it home, and noticed how well packaged everything was. The family bundle for 2 consists of one order of the following: appetizers of lettuce wraps, choice of soup, choice of noodle dish, and choice of one of their classic dishes. We love their lettuce wraps, and it was no different this time: well seasoned ground chicken mixed with diced water chestnuts and a quarter head of iceberg lettuce (crisp)...plenty for two people. The egg drop soup was OK, but enough was given for probably 4 servings. The chicken lo mein was fine, well seasoned and not too oily. The Mongolian Beef was exactly what we now expect from all Mongolian Beef, very well cooked beef to the point of crispiness, accented with just slightly cooked and a bit bitter green onion stalks (no white onions). What I particularly love about PF Chang cooking is that you can taste the smokiness (almost a burnt flavor) of real high heat, high flame wok cooking can provide. Both the Beef and the noodles had that strong flavor even after we brought it home...it would have even been better if it had been dine-in. I thought the portions were generous...I'm sure the dinner portion of Mongolian Beef would be more (it is $26 just by itself, after all), but probably not that much more (PF Chang portions can be skimpy). Both the wraps and beef usually come with a lot of cellophane noodles when dining in...they were a bit skimpy for carryout. And the two fortune cookies given were stale. Not this time, but in the past, I've tried their dumplings and sushi, and would emphatically state there are better choices on their menu for the price. Their Honey Chicken is amazing if eaten right away. I did notice they still have their American dessert menu (which you don't see in any other Chinese restaurant), and the Great Wall of Chocolate is a great way to finish off a meal if you still have room and you love chocolate. We have always liked PF Chang's recipes (it is consistent which is what you want in a chain restaurant) and matches our current tastes in terms of Chinese food (i.e. right in the middle in terms of sweet/salty/spicy flavors between the blandness that authentic Chinese restaurants have to the overly flavored dishes that fully Americanized Chinese restaurants seem to be going for). We stopped going, mainly because we stopped getting meaningful coupons, and it is just too expensive to eat there regularly when paying normal prices (and their portions are usually not large enough to have left overs). However, as long as they keep offering the family meal deal, we will be back. (We've also tried their frozen dishes sold in the grocery store, and it's pretty bad....especially compared to the Trader Ming frozen meals offered at Trader Joe's). read more

They brought us a wrong drink and dish. When we told her the dish was wrong she argued with us instead of swapping dish out. She said she could bring us what we wanted but she would add it to the bill as a new order. We've been there a few times and usually like the food and service. This time around it was all bad.
