As we experienced a poor experience previously reported, Rebecca and I tried the Lancaster, PA locationon 11/11/2022 only to find the 11/11/2022 was if not a worse experience than the previous visit. the server Cameron who was working the take out center stated it was his second week and was not fully trained yet. i had to go over the order multiple times, then I had to ask for a menu for additional items. Cameron had to search around the take out desk for menus, then he said the restraurant is short staffed, thus why they had not restocked the take out stand with menus. other customers stopped by for their take out orders, one grubhub driver was given the incorrect order, another customer who had ordered an hour and half before me, her order was missing, they had to remake her order another 30 minutes they told her, another customer was waiting for 40 minutes for lomein noodles, another customer who ordered wonton soup returned stating no wontons in her soup. then hearing the kitchen staff exchange foul language between cooks and staff, watching the expediter dump white rice over the order up countrr without taking the time to clean the counter, all the while Cameron keeping on stating the kitchen was slammed, short staffed, etc. no point did a manager stop by to help out the expediter. i think the floor manager on shift had a man bun. nothing from him, again walked by . the take out area had rust on the wall near the two rickety, uncomfortable chairs, the take shelves looked they weren't cleaned in months, as well as the kitchen ceiling tiles that were very dark colored. an hour later becca and I's order was ready, Cameron handed me the two bags, I asked did the expediter double check the order, he said no. the order was incorrect but it wasn't worth waiting another hour to deal with it. the hot and sour soup was 3/4 broth, very little hot and sour typical items. the egg drop soup was more broth, one noodle at the bottom. the lettuce wraps themselves was not like it used to be. the chicken was bland as well as the miso salmon order, which the expedite had to inform the cooks 8 times it was for take out, as well as the other 7 items for Mark was for take out. as the manager of the location had assured us the next experience would be an improvment, it wasn't, i would have believed the kitchen was slammed, except there were only 12 diners inside for post lunch. other PF Changes take pride in the take out experience as well as ensuring the experience is good. this was not!! read more

Worth the wait. Sincerest appreciation for the folks in this incredible space. A commitment to excellence and a level of solid team-oriented leadership. If you like well-prepared and dedicated ministries of asian-flared cuisine? skip the buffet and come here. Broccoli is challenging enough to steam--and this spot gets it right. Broccoli to perfection, BUT THAT'S not all folks! You want to be handled in a restaurant with a strong team. This one is that team. You can sense it with the service from heavy-hitting leaders like, Jackson (server) or well-dressed personnel like three-piece suit wearing, Matthew (Host). Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Treat them well and take them out to a place where they can get a high level of quality cuisine, presentation, and service from its people. read more

First of all the food was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have been happier with our meals! The service however was terrible. I will say though, it was a Saturday night and the place was jam packed. Overall it was a great place to eat but we spent about two hours there which is about an hour longer than I expected. Our waitress was very nice but we only saw her a few times our whole visit. We had to ask 2 other servers to help us out because she wasn't anywhere to be seen. I would definitely go back to a P.F. Chang's, but I likely wouldn't return to this location. read more

Ask for booth. Not seated at booth. 3 parties before us with same number of people seated in booths. I can count 9 empty booths from where I am seated. I understand low staff but this is borderline rude. OMG, a party after us was just given a booth. A booth that has been empty since when we walk in 40 minutes ago and they didn't have a reservation. I know cause I waited 25 minutes at the hosts desk. Now you may say make a reservation with a booth? Did that last time and still ended up with a table. Sad we like their food and my daughter lives around here. Not again. read more

The honey chicken and rice was a good portion for a kids meal. Deliciousó! Totally will go again. I will be telling friends & family.

This was a "one and done!" for me. 1st we were seated at a very sticky table 2nd The waitress went missing after she took our order, our drinks were empty as well as the table she was serving that was sitting next to us. after a while I stood up to draw attention to myself, to pay my bill. But its hard to do that when there was not one single employee in the dining area or the host desk. So I looked to the kitchen area until I got the attention of a different waitress who retrieved our check... I believe the table next to me with the empty glasses just walked out...Oh well! Service... not so much! read more

My daughter and I arrived and were seated right away. We had water to drink as well as a pot of Ginger peach tea. For an appetizer we chose lettuce wrap with chicken. It was good but I prefer to cut the lettuce and put ingredients on top. We did not finish it all. We both had the Mongolian Beef which came out hot and full of flavor. Our side was brown rice. Our server was the young man also tending bar. Before we left he had gotten enough tables that he was scurrying to keep up and could have a hand. In spite of being busy he took good care of us. We so enjoyed the tea. Hot and relaxing and a perfect finish. The restaurant as well as the bathroom was very clean. read more

I've eaten at PF Chang's all over the USA. It's always great. Had the Mongolian beef here which was outstanding !! Had the wontons for the first time - excellent !! However - Lettuce wraps were NOT up to standard. The lettuce was served dripping / bathing in water. Nothing more annoying than eating this typically amazing appetizer - while water is dripping out everywhere. How tough can this be to remove the water ? read more

Unfortunately PF has become very commercial and fast foodish. Walked in and sat at the bar for dinner. Only 2 other pairs of folks were at the bar. Waited for over 15 mins and was not acknowledged by a single bar tender. Left and went to Harvest restaurant. What a total disappointment how much PF's has gone down hill. read more

After hearing all the buzz from my wife about P.F. Chang's, I decided to try them for lunch one day while in the area. The place was not too busy. I was seated very quickly by a rather brusque and not-too-friendly front desk woman with reddish hair. I was instantly put off by her demeanor. She must be the kitchen manager because I observed her flitting around between the kitchen and front desk and never lingered more than a few minutes in any spot. While she may be efficient, I would not put her in charge of hospitality or customer relations if I was the Operations Manager there. After she seated me, my server came to take my order and my water arrived about 5-10 minutes later. My main dish was the Singapore Street Noodles with small bits of chicken and shrimp. It was tasty, but not the most filling dish and the price was several bucks more than I feel it was worth. During my visit, there was a change of servers. Apparently, my original server went home or on lunch break but his replacement never provided any explanation for why she took his place, which I found kinda odd. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I doubt I will make it a regular stop. read more

During COVID, I have only had takeout from this restaurant, but now that they are open for inside dining, I wanted to try it. They were definitely COVID compliant, everyone being masked and good separation of dining areas. I was very pleased with the quick service (Steve Myers was EXCELLENT, friendly, personable and fun). I liked the interior decor - the only other P.F. Chang's I have visited was in Las Vegas - this was VERY nice and comfortable. The appetizer (egg rolls) were the best I have ever had, and as a nod to excellent service, the manager (Alexander, missed his last name) delivered our app as it appeared to come up the same time Steve was delivering another food order. We also enjoyed a nice bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, very reasonably priced for a restaurant and a better deal than by the glass, and Steve gave us a sample of the heated saki (next trip for sure!). I should comment that the drink prices were very good, especially for a more upscale restaurant. We had the Pad Thai (very good, sweet and spicy) and also a basic fried rice combo (shrimp, chicken and pork). We were both very pleased with the meal, and the portions were VERY generous, leaving plenty for take home and another meal. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality (and quantity!) of food. Both Steve (waiter) and Alex (manager) stopped by to check on everything several times, and to answer some questions we had regarding Happy Hour during COVID and such (yes, they have Happy Hour, but sadly it will be coming to an end soon). We have already made our next reservations, and are bringing friends to enjoy a nice dinner out. I am looking forward to another good meal! read more

5pm on Saturday restaurant at 30% capacity 2 hrs wait for walk ins. Just make it for reservation only.

Would give it less if possible.went to celebrate a special occasion and had asked for a booth. When we arrived we were shown to a table not a booth.i saw many vacant booths, I was told sorry thats all we can do The waiter who attended on us was great. That was the only positive in the whole experience.we ordered lettuce wraps and drinks. There were exactly 4 pieces of lettuce.however we thought that was enough as we were going to have the entree. But after waiting nearly 20 mins we were told we had to wait another 20 minutes. So we cancelled and left. OTHERSwere getting their food.i don't know if this was because we were the only brown people. We felt that way. read more

My husband and I ate at the Lancaster PF Chang's location last night and the food was HORRIBLE. I have ate at many PF Chang's around the country before and the food here was disappointing to say the least . We started with the chicken lettuce wraps and it was burnt, hardly no chicken and full of water chestnuts. The rice that came with our entrées was overcooked. Both our meals weren't hot and tasted as if they were purchased from the frozen food section of the grocery store. We will not return to this location! read more

i haven't been to a PF Changs in a few years, but I liked other locations. We ordered for pickup from here and weren't let down! It was only a couple minutes drive so it was still hot, but the salt & pepper prawns and chicken lettuce wraps were both delicious! They had great sauce included, and was ready right when they said it would be. The prawns were a bit expensive for the portion but we thought it was worth it as an occasional trip! Chicken wraps - definitely got a lot of both lettuce wraps and the meat/rice stick/garlic filling. Both are future go to items next time! read more

I'll be honest, I don't like Chinese food so for me to give a five is pretty impressive! We enjoyed our experience and recommend checking it out. However, it's not your seedy Chinese restaurant in a strip mall. So the food is real and clean. I did have to add soy sauce to mine because it was lacking a little flavor due to it being not so salty. We had a very nice waiter who seemed to always know when we needed something. I wasn't a fan of how loud it was due to the open floor plan. My only real complaint that is not even something to complain about... the utensils are made for giants haha! read more

Absolutely terrible takeout. Worst Chinese food I've ever tried. And don't even talk about customer service, it suck!! They got my order wrong. The guy at the takeout section looks like he's on planet mars. The food were nothing more than a 2 out 10. One of my order were steamed vegetables with sauce on the side (this was an option on the app)...check my bag no sauce was there, told the guy I needed the sauce on the side and he looked at me like I have 2 heads! It seem like it was too much to ask for when clearly my orders said that. He them told me "are you sure? It has a lot of sugar and it's good for you" Left to bring the sauce and never returned. Some random person came and helped after 15 min or staying there like an idiot. What the heck!! This place is a hot mess!! Save your $ and go order out somewhere else. There are too many choices in this area to eat this crappy food and deal like their lousy customer service. read more

SO NOISY. Oh my word. It was quieter in their side room with the windows that opened to the outdoor. But the rest of the restaurant is LOUD. They quoted us a 45 min wait time but we waited over 1 hour. Our waitress was polite and very honest about the food she liked and disliked, which usually does not happen but we appreciated the honesty. She was attentive and kept our drinks filled. Food came out quickly due to how packed the restaurant was for a Friday night. Our entrees were TASTY. Will be going back but most likely with a reservation for the side room. read more

I had to deduct one star due to how we were initially treated when we entered the restaurant. Then we were placed at the farthest table out on the side porch, right beside the exit door!! Please know the restaurant was empty - just a handful of couples- it was basically empty - there was no reason for us to be placed outside especially in winter! There were two servers and they were obviously fighting and it was taken out on us. Once we were addressed by our server, she was very kind and informative. This was our first time at PF's and she explained the reasons for the larger serving bowls and various menu items. Food was surprisingly good and well plated. Visually stunning. I might get take out for our next time and avoid the drama from the staff. Overall great server and good food! read more

Was the most horrible meal. I can't believe how downhill it's gone. $84 for 1 appetizer, 2 n/a drinks and two flavorless chicken dishes covered in sugar sauce with no vegetable in sight. just dumped chicken deep fried on a black plate. We had to wait an hour for our food. Our server was lovely but everything else was a disaster. Never again read more

If I could rate this a zero, I would. My mom and I decided we'd try here for our first time. We came in for lunch, 1/4/25 around noon. The gentleman (the one with the locs) that was the host was the ONLY employee - guest interaction we received. There were 2 parties at the bar and mayyybe 10 tables in the entire restaurant. We sat for well over 10 minutes without being greeted. Tables came in after us were immediately greeted by a server. We seen multiple servers in and out of the dining room, still NOT one had greeted us. But instead who we think would have been our server (blonde) watched us get up and walk out while she decided to chit chat at the POS with one of the servers we seen in and out of the dining room and she was standing there with that other server playing with her hair in the dining NOT immediately washing her hands afterwards. The blonde decided to get confrontational because we let the gentleman at the host stand know to make sure she went and washed her hands before drink or food handling when we had handed our menus back to the gentleman at the host stand saying we wouldn't be needing these as we were not greeted nor served, he was shocked and had apologized - which we are thankful for. He did NOTHING wrong. I cannot give any ratings on foods or drinks because we WERE NOT served OR greeted by anyone BUT the host. Simply ignored by someone "who knows how to do her job" as per quote from the blonde, when clearly she doesn't. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place. read more

Opening night was a hit! We have been waiting for Chang's to come to our area for quite some time, so we decided to go on opening night. We did make reservations, which we had to wait about 20 minutes for, but not bad. Walk in's were in for a two hour wait, of which people were actually waiting (that's crazy). They had a ton of staff on for their first night to be sure everything went smoothly. Plenty of greeters and hosts at the door, and at least a dozen, if not more, servers throughout the place. I think it went extremely well for a super busy opening night. Our server said there were people waiting outside when they opened at 4:30. The food was really good, the service was great, and overall we were very happy. I'll probably wait to go back until the craze slows down a little bit, but with online reservations they do make it easy. read more

Tried this for the first time. It was delicious and unique. Everything was fresh and savory. Service was friendly and informative. The ambiance was open but loud. My favorite restaurant has come near home! Then why am I giving it 4 stars and not 5? Two reasons: 1) They don't offer take-out or online ordering even though they've been open for months now. 2) Wait times for walk-ins is ridiculously high. This location is smaller than others I've visited. But it still is decorated nicely and is more modern. It's loud in there, but I think when people are happy they tend to speak loudly. The food is excellent and the service was good as well. I'll be back (as soon as they start take-outs!!). read more

I've eaten at other P.F. Changs locations before with mixed results. I was excited about them coming to Lancaster. We tried them today . . . I wish I could say that the local P. F. Changs impressed me and my wife. There wasn't anything terribly wrong with our visit. I had Pad Thai and my wife had Mongolian Beef. The chicken in my Pad Thai seemed overcooked and dry. My wife's choice was fine but not melt-in-your- mouth tender. The only big problem with Lancaster's P.F. Chang's is that it's pricey! We went at lunch time (but ordered regular entrees) and our waiter suggested that we order and share family style. The beef was $18 and the Chicken Pad Thai was $15. Drinks were $3. If the food had wowed us, I wouldn't mention the price. But for somewhat ordinary Asian food we ended up with a credit card total that just didn't match the quality. Honestly, Cafe East is a better choice for food value and tastiness. read more

I love PF Chang's and I'm super excited this one opened not far from me! Fresh food daily. This open air (you can see into the kitchen) restaurant has style and charm. If you are looking for cozy and intimate this is not the place. At times a bit loud and boisterous, the scene mirrors the food.... bold flavors, rich textures, the kind of flavors that make your eyes roll back in your head it's so good. I recommend the crispy honey shrimp but ask for lettuce instead of rice noodles to be put under it because it really needs vegetables. We went for lunch and took a little leftovers home so we had room for dessert. Their signature dessert, Banana Spring Rolls, are unique. I ended up taking the banana out. It just didn't mesh with all the other flavors. The coconut-pineapple ice cream is delicious. Not overly coconuty, just a perfect blend. read more
