I've been to better pf changs locations with menus that has more veg/seafood options. Otherwise, of course, delicious food and we had a kind waitress. Only disappointment was that i ordered appetizer (had a coupon for free appetizer) and never got it. I asked for it again and they said 'sorry the kitchen is closed.' It sounded like an honest mistake so i didnt mind, but i am still thinking about that pf chang lettuce wrap. What got me ticked off is that the coupon shows that it is redeemed, even though i didnt use it... read more

P.F. Chang's - Ahi Poke Bowl (~$11) delicioussss - Chinese Near Me - Hackensack, New Jersey

Ambiance is nice but the food is not that good as the decor, or maybe it's just me, was expecting something grand like the ginormous horses by the entrance read more

I really recommend you visit this PF Chang location in Hackensack NJ. The restaurant is amazing food is everything and more as advertised. Service was awesome!!! I couldn't asked for better dining experience. I highly recommend if you decide to visit the Hackensack location ask for Greg as your server he is amazing extremely friendly! read more

Food: I came here several times for family type dinners. I like to stop here for Happy Hour once in a while when I am craving Chinese. The main dishes aren't all that but there are a few appetizers get my thumbs up. The chicken lettuce wraps, northern spare ribs, and crab wontons are pretty bomb other than that the rest of the menu is looking average. Service: The staff aren't very friendly but they get the job done most of the time. Ambiance: The TVs at the bar are so tiny. It's like a TV for ANTS!!! Cost: A bit high for mediocre chinese food and small serving. read more

I have no idea why the bad reviews here, my experience here has been great. Our server, Carly has been great. Extremely attentive, attention to detail on low beverage refills and her service. The food is great; a fan is the BBQ ribs, lettuce wraps, shrimp tempura roll (a must), Mongolian beef, fried rice and garlic noodles are satisfying. Their drinks pack a punch, you'll be fine with one or more if you're feeling lucky. I would def come back again. read more

Good food, good service. Seemed pricey at first glance but the portions were large enough to take home for seconds.

This place is over priced and disgusting. I got a lava cake WHICH WAS FROZEN, on top of that lo mien was dry as hell. AND there lettuce wrap was disgusting and watered down. DONT COME HERE. I dont even want to give 1 star read more

I went to this place on Valentines day night. I was very anxious to eat the Mongolian beef. And it did not disappoint me. It was fantastic and so was the service. My only complaint was that the appetizers were a bit on the OK level. We ordered salt and peeper calamari, crab rangoons, fried pork dumplings, fried string beans, and a chicken dish you wrap with lettuce. I have eaten those are other restaurants and found them better tasting. I would go back but I would not really be interested in ordering appetizers read more

This place reminds me of Ruby Foo's - another stylishly westernized Chinese restaurant with fancy ambiance. This is not a bargain meal, nor authentic Chinese food neither, but still tastes good in its own way. Their Mongolian beef was good, and also most of the appetizers I had were not bad. Just like Ruby Foo's, your non-Asian friends will appreciate this place. read more

So disappointing. Where do I begin? The service was terrible. Water glasses were constantly empty. Wine didn't show up for 20 minutes. Server never checked on us. We specifically told the restaurant that it was our daughter's birthday when asked and our check was marked for the birthday but no acknowledgement besides a 'happy birthday'. Food was mediocre at best. I am baffled by what the draw is to this place. A patron was having an issue with a table an instead of pulling her to the Side to handle it they hovered over our table for 15 minutes. Shockingly there was really nothing good to say about the entire experience. read more

What the what? Something has happened to this place since my last review. The food quality was significantly different and service seemed to be trying out for an episode of The Walking Dead (without any of the aggression for live flesh zombies normally experience) Me thinks I will stick to other locations in the chain from now on. read more

Nice environment, good drinks, good waiters, decent price. Must try the lettuce wraps and fried rice.

Went with my husband and ordered the wonton soup to start which was very good. The large is definitely big enough for two people. Then I ordered the pork dumplings and the barbecue ribs. The pan fried dumplings were excellent. Menu states they are made daily. The barbecue ribs are fall of the bone tender. Our main course was the Mongolian beef and a spicy chicken dish with fried rice. I would definitely get the Mongolian beef again. The fried rice was good too and my hubby enjoyed the chicken. I would definitely go back again. Also I made reservations in advance and was seated right away. read more

The food wasn't terrible however I paid $16.50 for a "main entree" and the picture is what I was delivered......like oh okay. read more

P.F. Chang's - Singapore Black Pepper Chicken - Chinese Near Me - Hackensack, New Jersey

After visiting many different Chang's I can say this is one of the better ones. On a Monday afternoon the place was empty, and we were sat in the middle of the room. Apparently, this was a "No Server" zone, because no one ever greeted us. We just moved to the bar and ordered there. We were the only guests at the bar and the bartender was super nice. We weren't planning on this, but we ended up trying the Organic Agave Margarita with our lunch. It was really good and the bartender talked to us about how it was made and the different types of margaritas. He also chatted with us about local bars and cool places in the area. We had the Chicken Noodle Soup (yummy!!!) and the Chang's Chicken, as usual. But it wasn't usual. Either we were both extra hungry or this place is better! The bartender told us the cook was from the Port Imperial Changs, and we visit there often, but the Changs Chicken was better here! This is a better than usual Chang's and I'll visit again next time I'm in the neighborhood! read more

Bring back the beef a la sinchuan and the Singapore chicken!!! Those were your best plates!

my daughter and I went the PF Chang's in Huntington for dinner after Christmas shopping. The service was awful and the food was even worst.

This review is courtesy of my wife who's not on Yelp... We used to love it here, but that has changed! We went for dinner last night after hours of shopping with four hungry kids. When my husband asked the wait time it was 40 mins. The dining room did not look crowded. We really could not understand why the wait was so long. We should have been leary from that wait time. We love the food here so we waited by spending our time in Barnes and Noble. Finally we sat for dinner, got our drinks and put in our appetizer order. They took forever to come out. An our later we received 1 of 3 appetizers!!! Another 10 mins and the others came. Which they kept walking over to other tables to serve them our food. During this time, we were never offered refills on our drinks, I asked our waitress Cassie over 3 times for lemons for my water. She kept telling me ok and would still not bring them. Lemons came an hour later with the second batch of appetizers. We were told several times our dinner would be out. We are now into an hour plus wait for dinner. We asked for the manager. She came over apologizing. I dont even know her name! She never gave it. She said, "They are making your pad thai noodles from scratch bacause they were out!" Really?? How about letting me know about this and let me decide if I want to wait. We waited for another 20 mins and told our waiteress we were leaving! We tried to pay for our apps but they called the manager over. She came apologizing again saying it's ready. We were so hungry we sat to eat and our Chang spicy chicken looked partially eaten. The pad thai looked horrible and was tastless yuck! This was a horrible experience and we are disappointed that they have now spoiled the way we now think of P.F. Chang's.! Get it together guys we know you can do better!! read more

I like coming to Riverside Square. I haven't been to this mall in years. Take advantage of the $6 valet parking to avoid headaches. The wait was almost 45 minutes. Husband and kids were annoyed. But I wanted to eat here. Food was better than average for Chinese cuisine and the service is pretty quick. I had a nice $9 cocktail with moscato vodka, gin and some Brut with lime juice. I would come back. Entrees were good and the kids liked the kids menu tempura chicken with some white rice. read more

Terrible food. Small portions. Wrong order. Absolutely nothing good I can say about this restaurant. I arrived to pick up my order and was told my food was still not ready, despite waiting the 45 minutes originally stated. I was expecting fresh food that was still hot but was met with the exact opposite. They got our drink order wrong, the food was ice cold and over done (as if they reheated it) the fried rice we paid extra for had absolutely no flavor. My honey chicken was hard as a rock, and my husbands chicken and broccoli looked as if it was sitting in a pile of jelly. We have now been on the phone for 30+ minutes, trying to complain, but have been unable to get through. Would not recommend this restaurant at al! Highly disappointed and disgusted with the order we received. read more

I love this place but I'm upset that after a 45 minute drive and another 45 mins to wait for my take-out, the order was wrong.......I was charged for two meals and received one. When I showed my receipt and explained my order, they immediately went to process it which took another 45 mins. Clearly I was disgusted when I arrived home and it was STILL WRONG. read more

I, like Lauren L. have heard so many good things about this place but having experienced it for myself I was very disappointed. My expectations were not high but was still unsatisfied with the lack of quality of ingredients. My salmon (the only sub-2k calorie entree i believe) was mediocre and COVERED in sauce. I have eaten at many a chain and while they aren't my favourite places to eat I did expect decent food. The lettuce wraps were the only thing I would go back for. Our server was very nice and made a sauce table side. It wasn't to my taste but that is not her fault. I could have made my own, and I did. She was very nice about the wine question she couldn't answer and handled it as best as any server should. She said "Hang on I'll ask someone that knows", a perfect response. Wish I remember her name to thank her boss. If you are in need a quick snack this place is okay, they have a decent drink menu, the appetizers are decent enough but I'd avoid the entrees. I eat tons of authentic Chinese food and wasn't not comparing the two in any way in my review. read more

Eh... not the best.. I recommend your local asian fusion place :) It doesnt have a great selection, and service sucks ! but hey what are you doing to do, if you love the let wraps, guess its worth it ! :) read more

I'm puzzled as to why PF Changs has such a low rating. Granted this is a chain and the food quality isn't 5 stars, it is a nice place to enjoy some pretty good Americanized Chinese cuisine. I like the spicy chicken dish, it packs a little punch and the rice that accompanies it is quite pleasant. The ambiance is very nice and the waitstaff is above average. Drinks are quite expensive.... 9 dollars for a glass of bottom shelf Merlot is way too much. Beers are fairy priced, and the bartenders are good at making a trendy gin and tonic. read more

The lobster street tacos are amazing. The menu seems expanded, with more fresh options. The small plate of spinach with garlic was fresh and large for $3.25, not oily at all. Edamame was so good. The garlic noodles was gigantic for $8.50. Great drinks, like the Cranberry Mule (Thanksgiving special) and the Spiked Lemon Tea (rum, lemon juice, and brewed black tea). read more

Overall the food was great, also the mocktail I had was delicious and the price a was very reasonable like everything else. The service was good, the manager made her way to our table twice to see if everything was okay which was very nice. And our server kassy was nice and relaxed and gave us space but was attentive. It was a good dinner date! read more

Waiting for a table and I overheard that someone else had taken a reservation for another person and the wait was over 60-120 mins. The person who mistakenly seated literally did not wait that long at all and the ironic thing is that the person whose reservation was taken came to the hostess stand 75 mins later and asked why they weren't called when they were quoted a wait time of 55 mins!!! That is wrong!! What's the purpose of a reservation if they cannot even get that right!! It's all computerized and all they have to do is push buttons on a name and a table section! I eat at this location all the time and I have never encountered this before at this restaurant. At the end of our meal, we looked at our check and an entree that we didn't even order was on our bill. Btw, this isn't the first time this has happened to us. read more

All I can say is the service was great and the food is also very tasty.Dynamite Shrimp is always my favorite, crispy avocado spring rolls were something new we ordered, everybody liked them,I had a Surf and Turf that blew away one I had at a supposed high end restaurant I went to a while back.....and got the crabmeat wontons to go...always one of my favorite read more

Being regulars at this PF Changs it makes me sad to say that tonight was just unexceptabe. They have been declining in service and portion size and increasing in price but We kept coming back because we love the food. Tonight was a different story. We ordered takeout and the person on the phone barely spoke English so that was number one. We go to pick it up and granted it's new years day no wants to cook so parking lot was busy and there was a wait. Fine .. used to that living in Bergen county. We wait over 45 past the time they said our food would be ready. Strike 2. We take it home and sure enough they forgot our spring rolls..strike 3 then while eating my favorite dish Mongolian beef I almost choke on a blue rubber band. Which you can see in the photo..Game over. Of course after this my appetite was ruined. Thanks changs. Probably won't be seeing you for a long time. read more

P.F. Chang's - Chinese Near Me - Hackensack, New Jersey

After trying in vain to get to the Food Truck Mash-up at the Overpeck Park, we decided to hit up PF Chang. We only had to wait about 5 min for our table, which was very acceptable. Our waiter was very nice and informative about recommending dishes. Alas, 5 or 6 minutes after putting in our order, we were advised that the peking duck spring rolls were no longer available, and the manager offered several alternatives...how thoughtful. We finished the appetizers which were very tasty (tuna wonton and shrimp dumplings)...after 5 min the manager arrived to apologized that our food was taking so long, we didn't even notice, and offered to comp our meal. very unexpected. This is the type of service that keeps me going back to a place, time and time again. read more

Not sure what happened. The menu changed, the presentation of the appetizers, even the lack of detail for bringing napkins to the table for the drinks was not overlooked by us. We were on a constant struggle to keep the condensation off the table as the air conditioner wasn't on. The delivery of the food was s-l-o-w and the food runner delivered the wrong food to my husband. It will be a long time before we return. Note to management: if it's not broke, why fix it? read more

Good for appetizer and cocktails. For cocktails, you must try Mai Tai and their new cucumber agave fresco. For appetizer, must try crab wontons. Main entrees are too dry and you may have to request more sauce. read more

Well its Mothers Day and we are all under quarantine........but talk about being unorganized and extremely rude......is an understatement.....I placed an order at 2:30pm was told to pick up at 4pm and I waited until 5:10pm.........paid my bill $96.50.........get home and missing 2 of the items that I had orderd.......tried calling to rectify but no one at that point would answer the phone........ people crowded outside, their was no social distancing at all......... we where very disappointed at this operation.......meanwhile ur situated next to 2 other restaurants that had equal if not more orders and customers and they where flowing effortlessly getting them in and out ........it was a disgrace for this establishment....... read more

Dont waste your money. They are horrible with to go food. When we put the order in they told us 70 minutes. When we arrive at curbside pick up we called them and the girl told me another 10 to 15 minutes took my vehicle information and said she will bring the food out. 25 minutes later I called and she goes oh you're the one in the front here and then bring my food out. Food was cold and nasty. Save your money and visit bancock garden in hackensack. read more

Such unauthentic Chinese, we can't decide whether we like it or not for what it is. Dry rub ribs overly covered with five-spice you don't appreciate any of the ribs. Fried rice was good and so was the garlic spinach. Service sub-par, but the most annoying part is you have to wrap up your own take away?!?? Might as well go the food court at Ranch 99 Market down the street for the real deal in Chinese. No need to waste your time and parking effort here. We gave it a shot (not our first time here), no plans to return. Kind of disappointed. read more

I enjoyed my meal this afternoon at PF Changs. The service was really good. The food was excellent.
