This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Went here over a month ago and was incredibly disappointed by the food. The food was bland and certainly not worth the money. We waited an unbelievable amount of time for our food to be disappointed by it. My boyfriends food came out before mine and we waited so long we had to complain. The manager handled it well and gave me my meal for free, but it still was not worth it. Then I checked my card the next day and they charged me 7 dollars more than the check said!!!!! I called and politely asked for a refund of my money and they said they would issue it immediately. It has now been THREE WEEKS and I have not gotten my refund. Getting horrible food, service and my money stolen is absolutely unacceptable. If you are considering going here, DONT!!!! Okay for in person dining but Not okay when doing a take out. They always mess up the order or miss something out despite having the menu item on the bill. Happened to me 3 times now in a row. This is my first time reviewing P.F. Chang's although I've been to this particular restaurant a few times and any number of other P.F. Chang's as well. While the quality of the food was as expected (delicious entree's as well as appetizers). My main issue with P.F. Chang's was the amount of food and with service. The portions were notably less than previous visits. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps had very small lettuce leaves and the entree's had less food and more "filler" than I can remember. The quality as always was good but we certainly felt as though there was less food for the same if not higher price. The service was lacking at best - it took 15 minutes just to be greeted. By the time our server showed up we had our drink, appetizer and entree orders ready to go. Our server was polite and attentive whenever she was around - key issue being whenever she was around. To top things off we accidentally left our leftover on the table as we left (yes I know our fault there) but we realized this in the parking lot and immediately came back. In the time it took to walk to our car and back, our table had been cleaned and our leftovers apparently thrown out. I would think that it would be policy to wait a period of time before throwing out leftovers. None the less, the food was good, service was eh, and portions were not what they used to be. read more

Once again I figured I come and give it another try, but was disappointed again, thought maybe things would have changed, food is good, but the service is always been horrible, my table and booth was dirty with food on booth, the waiter forgot our drinks and had to be reminder, never asked for refill on water , the kitchen runner brought out main course with table still full of dirty empty dishes from appetizers, never saw waiter except for talking to other servers , and this whole time manager Talking and walking around not helping or seeing if things are ok on any tables in dining room. Never was asked if main course was good and needed anything. Did not ask if we wanted dessert and had to wave him down to get check, and the other server picked up the check to run it for him. Sorry to say but manager needs to go to training cause she was useless to her team. Server need to know you earn your tips and it's not expected just for taking an order. read more

First time at this location. Loved it. Our waiter Artie was great. Gave of lots of great feedback when asked to help us decide between different appetizers and entrees. Decor and atmosphere were very nice. Located in a mall so parking can be a bit challenging. They do offer valet parking right in front of the restaurant. Make sure you have the Chang's lettuce wraps and the Dynamite shrimp appetizers. Both are great. So many entrees are great it's hard to pick out our favorites. Mongolian beef and Chang's spicy chicken are two of the best. They also serve great cocktails. My favorite is the Mai Tai, the Blushing Geisha is good too. read more

We a family of 9 happened to visit for special dinner on Sunday night 6th Jan before we depart to our destinations. Ordered soups and starters. My husband requested some chilli sauce and again requested . Another hostess passing by my old man happened to ask her as well, here we are , we were still waiting for chilli sauce after 15 20 mins. Soups finished mains ordered big bowls of rice were thrown at our tables along with mains . Still no signs of chilli sauce my hubby likes quite spicy so He asked again for some .It looked as if staff was not happy or having a bad day. Finally the other waitress holding 3 small bowls of chilli sauce in her hand came to our table and dropped one full bowl on me :( soaking my right hand of the jumper and white shirt in oil and it went all over my jeans and hubby' pants sitting next to me . As we were in the corner Don't want to nasty but it appeared she did it purposely cos we asked few times for the sauce and after that she just disappeared not to be seen again. Our waitress came to the table apologised and called the manager . Manager was in hurry said "I heard chilli sauce dropped on you guys I am sorry and gave us wet towel." bugger that Whole situation was handled was so unprofessionally . ordered food at 3:24. I was told 30-45 minutes for pickup. I get there 45 minutes after pick up time, thinking I would give them time to prepare it. I get there and the food is not ready. The front desk receptionist, not only was she rude but totally obnoxious., and highly unprofessional. She definitely should not be working in customer service .. As much as I asked how long will it take for the order be ready, she totally ignored me. The food took another 45 minutes as they entirely lost my order. The manager was nice but not accommodating as she only removed 6 dollars from my now hour and a half late order, which originally cost $78.00. Calling corporate headquarters. My friends dragged me down to this restaurant and my hopes weren't high but they managed to surpass my low expectations by being even worse then I imagined. Out of the 25 people in the restaurant who were all seated in the front near the bar - the workers were no where to be seen. My only complaint was that although they seated three people they neglected to give my six year old a menu. Excuse me they did give her the drink menu but no kids menu although we asked for one. I believe I had tainted food last night at this restaurant. Shortly after eating I was at the table and had stomach cramps, nauseous, and light headed. The food I consumed was crab won tons (they were cold), candied walnut shrimp, brown rice, and I ordered cappiciano but that is when the symptoms kicked in, so our party of 4 had to pay the bill and leave. Disaster anniversary dinner - absolutely nothing we ordered turned out to be good. We were dining with our 2 year old toddler twins - the high chair was so small that they just couldn't fit. Next they give us booster seats and then left it to us to tie it to the chairs ourselves. The booster seats were no good so we finally ended up in a booth - so far so good but the cauliflower tempura, Hunan chicken , fried rice , pad Thai were just bad to worse. This restaurant has terrible service, which is particularly unfortunate because the food is delicious. After being seated, we wait an unreasonably long amount of time first to place our order then to be served, and finally for one of our dishes to come out (it is served family style). After getting the check, the dish which was late was charged twice (okay, these things happen) and then there was a delay in getting our corrected check because the manager had to go into the system to correct the check. Seriously!? Normally I would not even mention this, but we were there with two people for their birthdays and the waitress brought them a card when every other restaurant in the country brings a piece of cake. read more

Clearly management does not look at the reviews. People have been saying the same (bad) things for years. Went for lunch. Place was almost empty, yet the service was painfully slow. Food ranged from mediocre to bad (something was definitely wrong with the tuna). I come here because it has gluten free options, but it they don't up the quality and service, even that will stop being a draw. I'd rather go to Green Papaya. I give this location the lowest marks. Not only do they frequently not have items on the menu, if you are doing a pick up---beware. You may get the wrong order or sometimes missing items from your order. When picking up, it is always one or the other, never ever perfect. First time at Pf Changs with family made a reservation ahead of time for 8 we were seated right away. Food was ok. Dessert was better. Food was way over priced. To my surprised they only serve Plain White Or Brown rice Server looked very frustrated working there. Order dinner for 8 several days in advance of Mother's Day. It was also a birthday party for my granddaughter. Food was supposed to be delivered at 3 p.m. Sunday. I received a text message 245 saying that it was on the way. Several hours went by and after at least 25 phone calls that no one would answer or I was cut off waiting for an answer there was still no food. This restaurant completely ruined my wife Mother's Day and my granddaughters 7th birthday party. The management of this facility should be fired. Not sure what's happened to PF Chang's. The food and experience isn't what it used to be. For the price you pay, you expect above average food. I don't feel like the portions are what they once were, you now have to ask for the complimentary wonton crisps and the food hadn't sat well with me the last two times we've visited. I always get the combo lo mein and once it was so salty it was hard to eat. I don't feel like they put an equal amount of shrimp or beef...it's mostly chicken. The desserts could have more options. Now I understand they blamed it on the delivery person however no one picks up the phone to tell you it's running late or tell you anything. By the way when we finally got through(after 20 minutes) the answer was that the food is ready for pick up and it's sitting here- in an extremely nasty tone like it"s my fault and not theirs. The atmosphere and decor of this restaurant is very attractive, was seated promptly a table for two, our waitress was great and attentive. Ordered a hot and sour soup and an order of crab wontons both were very good. Entree ordered firecracker chicken and beef lo mein, when they came out i think the appetizers were larger. Portions are very small, no idea how the menu says their dishes are family style. flavor was good nothing spectacular on par with what i get at my local chinese restaurant when you factor in cost per plate. I did order a couple drinks and they were good and strong. saw the same drinks on the happy hour menu for around $6 so not a bad deal. dinner was a lackluster experience but the happy hour/lunch has potential. read more

So disappointed!  What happened here? This place used to be great. I came here today for lunch (3pm) by myself and the place was dead empty...empty (see picture) and the hostess suggested that I could sit at the bar, really?  It was totally empty and just because I came in alone didn't mean I wanted to hang out at the bar, you can't spare a booth? Like I said, it was empty and once I was seated I waited and waited. There were three servers available and all were on their cell phones.  Finally, my server (Lexy) came took my order and then went M.I.A. I had to walk up to the bar to get my own drink refills. Not sure at all why the slow service considering there were only about 5 people total in the restaurant at that time. When my food arrived it was presented well, but the eggroll was lukewarm.  Not sure if it was not fully cooked or just sitting on the counter so long waiting to be picked up. Again, not sure what happened to this place but the quality of food, service and atmosphere has definitely changed and not for the better.  Next time I'll drive a little out of my way to visit the West New York location. read more

So I got take out and I got the fried rice and dumplings. The dumplings were amazing as always but the fried rice was so... odd.... honestly I've had better fried rice from the mall.
