Great food so yummy can't wait for my next meal. Thanks for amazing service with a smile!!!

Beef with Broccoli
Faith F.

I have ordered beef and broccoli from PF Chang a few times, but when I get it delivered it is so dry that I have had beef jerky with more moisture. Much of it is crunchy because it is either overcooked or left sitting under a heat lamp far too long. The noodles were so dry that I actually choked on the first bite. I am not sure if this is a problem with this particular location or if the overall brand is struggling with quality control.

If I could give a zero, I would have done so. Even though ambience was more than a 5, the below par quality of food would make the overall rating to be zero. We've been PF Chang's fans for years. Our New York experience has been great and I posted a great review on our Arlington experience a couple of years ago. However, this time, every item was bad. They were bland, distasteful, and not good! Period!!! Service was not great either as they were more focused on closing up than serving the customers (we were there at 8:50 and closing time is 10:00 pm). Disappointed to the core and felt wasting over $150.00 which could have been worth two dinners in a possibly less 'prestigious' restaurant! The presentation of food looked good! Appearance can be deceiving!

Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Stopped here for a work lunch with a colleague. This location seems okay, but not exceptional. , Quick service, okay lettuce wraps, and nice ambiance. I don't mind it for a low stakes work lunch place but it's not a spot I'd visit for a special occasion.

Awful chicken fried rice
Rebecca G.

Easily the worst chicken fried rice I've ever had. Where is the chicken?! I had at beast five tiny pieces, which were deep fried like nuggets. Horrible! I also ordered the egg drop soup, it taste burnt, and was extremely gelatinous. I knew better than to stop here, but was in a crunch. $24 down the drain

I've been going to PF Changs for years and absolutely one of my favorites. In the past two years the food quality has plummeted. My favorite appetizer, steamed shrimp dumplings, I must say is maybe a 1 star now. Definitely microwaved not steamed. And absolutely not freshly made, I'm guessing frozen then microwaved. And is it really shrimp. Not so sure. Still love the ambiance and service is hit or miss. Mainly miss. After today think I'll go to Joey Dallas instead.

....... CRITIC'S REVIEW ...... Definitely go!! Gourmet and delicious Asian food like no other. Upscale decor and can have a wait at dinner time. Here is what I had: Vegetable Spring Rolls: Awesome. Very light, delicious filling, fried crispy and not greasy or heavy dough. Elegant. Served with a warmed mild sweet chili sauce that is fabulous - no heat, just flavorful. (Photo only has 1/2 of one roll showing so you can see what's inside and ratios.) Mongolian Beef: My favorite here - and it's unlike anything you will find elsewhere. Large pieces of marinated meat cooked to a dark color with mild green onions. Very tender and good quality meat. Generous portion every time. Hot & Sour Soup: My sister's favorite!! Great broth base with all the perfect proportions of ingredients. Fried wanton noodles on the side. Yum! Waiter (Grant) was very accommodating and will do anything you ask to ensure you have a great experience!!!

I was early for a meeting with my mom at the mall, and decided to come to the bar area at the restaurant. It was busy, but Jorge was very nice, helpful, and friendly. He got my order right away and kept making sure I was doing ok the entire time I was there. I had wine and the lettuce wraps and they were so good. I will be back! Thanks Jorge!

Great location inside of NorthPark mall. The server was super fast and friendly and kept checking to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was fresh and hot and a very good size portion. Lunch was about $28 but it was most definitely worth it. I also had chicken lettuce wraps but I ate them before I took the picture of them . I would recommend this location

Asian Caesar Salad & Wonton Soup
Jon B.

I came here for a quick lunch as I was Passing through . Firstly , I sat at the bar and the service was nonexistent. After waiting over 5 minutes the bartender who was busy finally came over . They probably said 5 words to me the whole time which was a bit odd ( obviously having a bad day and wanted to let everyone know it ). Nonetheless , I ordered wonton soup and a Caesar . Surprisingly the food was excellent and I did enjoy it very much . Unfortunately, the poor service simply made the experience unpleasant and awkward . I probably would come back but avoid the bar .....

I could go on and on raving about how unique and fresh everything tasted but I think pictures speak louder than words. We ordered some traditional Japanese items such as snapper nigiri and karaage. We also ordered Nobu's creations. Everything was delicately cooked and beautifully presented to us. The lounge vibe was perfect as it allowed my friends and I to have our own space while being able to see the sushi bar from the side. Miguel was our server and he was super attentive and courteous throughout the whole night. The food runners were also very polite when stopping by our table asking if we were enjoying our food. My dinner ended with a special dessert. It was a piece of their Caramel Sobacha Brownie. I loved the earthy chocolatey taste of the tea and chocolate combined together. I had a very pleasant birthday celebration, thank you again!

It's an unassuming location but once you step through the doors you're met with ambient lighting, wooden table tops and benches. We arrived around 11 and were greeted immediately; sat within 5 mins. Once sat, you scan the menu to order. There's plenty Korean and Asian fusion dishes to choose from. We ordered a number of things and everything was fresh and plentiful. I'll say the standout was the bulgogi and lemon pepper wings. Also, the fries were stellar! Needless to say we'll definitely be back!

When I walked in, the place was empty. I stood at the "Please wait to be seated" sign for way longer than necessary--especially since there were no other customers. I finally peeked in and saw two employees busy counting receipts and money at the register. (Bad Impression #1). After being seated, I was actually enjoying the music until I felt something sticky on my forearm. It was a stray bean sprout left on the table (Bad Impression #2). To make matters worse, the tables are incredibly low. Even at my height, I had to hunch over the entire time. I eventually gave up on table manners and just held the rice bowl up to my face to eat comfortably. Regarding the food: it was a bit salty. The kimchi fried rice was average, but the kimchi stew really missed the mark. That was the moment I realized this is a fusion spot, not authentic Korean. It wasn't horrible, but it's definitely different from the real thing. BUT, can we talk about the massive portions? (Good Impression #1). Everything is clearly meant to be shared. The service was actually good. They have a buzzer on the table for service, which I loved. It saves you from having to track down a waiter. (Good Impression #2). The ambiance is loud, poppy, and "hip." You better like K-pop if you're coming here. It's not a first-date spot because it's hard to hear each other, but it's a solid place to hang out with friends who like the genre. Will I come back? Not actively. But if someone else suggests it, I won't fight them on it.

After asking for some sauce to go with them, they actually ended up being the best thing we ordered. Even so, the lingering aftertaste still reminded us of old grease. The drinks were decent, but overall this is not a place I would come back to or try again.

The sauce is rich and savory -- the kind that makes you slow down so you don't finish it too fast.
