If I could give a zero, I would have done so. Even though ambience was more than a 5, the below par quality of food would make the overall rating to be zero. We've been PF Chang's fans for years. Our New York experience has been great and I posted a great review on our Arlington experience a couple of years ago. However, this time, every item was bad. They were bland, distasteful, and not good! Period!!! Service was not great either as they were more focused on closing up than serving the customers (we were there at 8:50 and closing time is 10:00 pm). Disappointed to the core and felt wasting over $150.00 which could have been worth two dinners in a possibly less 'prestigious' restaurant! The presentation of food looked good! We've been here twice after shopping, out of convenience. It was meh the first time and pretty bad the second (last night). Not worth the convenience. I thought PF Chang's was supposed to be decently good, and I've enjoyed it at other locations prior to 2020 (in Nortb Dallas off the tollway and in Allen Waters Creek) so maybe it's just this Northpark location that is terrible. The food doesn't seem fresh ever. The sushi rolls we got last night had stale crunchy bits of rice and the tuna tasted old and mushy. The kids orange chicken had the orange sauce on the side and tastes nothing like an orange chicken you'd get literally anywhere else, it's fried chicken bits with a side of watery orange sauce. I also got a peanut Thai salad with salmon that left everything to be desired. Not fresh. Our food took forever to come out and we got a half-hearted apology from the server. The restaurant itself seems dirty and dated. Service is bare minimum (take your order, check to make sure you're good, here's the check, bye) not super welcoming or warm. We tried this place recently with a group of 6 and it was ok. Our waitress told us about a dinner special they were running with a starter, rice and entree. The entree portions are smaller than their regular portions, which was fine for us. The Chang's chicken and sesame chicken were good. The salmon was ok. The food was good, but the service was not great. The waitress didn't clear any plates from the first course of the dinner special/appetizers. Drinks weren't refilled. We had to ask another employee for refills. When my wife took my daughter to the bathroom, our waitress was by the front, on her phone. Not the best experience. read more

This place redefines the word 'apathy'. I'm fortunate to have Wonder Wife able to travel with me on a business trip, and we decided to come here for dinner. What a mistake. Service was okay, and we ordered the dinner for two. We each ordered egg drop soup, got the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer and then ordered entrees. The first thing we were brought were our drinks. I had ordered a Diet Coke which was basically just the soda water and very little syrup. So, I sent that back and got iced tea. The chicken lettuce wraps came and the chicken was mushy and had a fraction of the sauce it normally has. So, we set that aside and here comes the egg drop soup which had the consistency and texture of the kind of snot produced by a serious sinus infection. It had big globs of gelatinous goo and when I dug up an egg, it was grey with a very dark grey center. At this point, I asked for the manager and showed him everything, including the rotten-looking egg. He couldn't have cared less. I mean, it's not like he rolled his eyes or said anything snarky; he just didn't react at all. He gave me a perfunctory, "Sorry." and then half-heartedly offered me a gift card, which must be corporate policy because there's no way he cared enough to try and make us happy. I've been going to PF Changs for years and absolutely one of my favorites. In the past two years the food quality has plummeted. My favorite appetizer, steamed shrimp dumplings, I must say is maybe a 1 star now. Definitely microwaved not steamed. And absolutely not freshly made, I'm guessing frozen then microwaved. And is it really shrimp. Not so sure. Still love the ambiance and service is hit or miss. Mainly miss. After today think I'll go to Joey Dallas instead. read more

We had a great lunch at PF Changs recently. We were there soon after they opened and got seated right away. Our Waitress was great and always had refills coming and our food came out quickly. She cleared the table of empty plates. Very clean and big dining area. Restrooms were clean and spacious. Nice bar area. On Saturday, March 19, 2022, I had dinner at your North Park location. When I entered the dining area near entry was trashed with food all over the floor and no one was cleaning the area. I then went into the restroom. It was filthy with napkins and women's hygiene products all over. I asked to see the manager after ordering $50 for dinner and he came over and said thanks, we have people clean every 15 minutes and they've been cleaning. To which I replied it's impossible that this amount of filth happened in 15 minutes. Truly I've used outside park restrooms that were cleaner. Then when it was time to eat I went to unwrap my fork to eat appetizers and could not. The fork was filthy with food all over it and was stuck to the napkin and would not come out. I asked for plastic because at that point it's a cleanliness issue in multiple locations of the restaurant and we were told the restaurant was out of plastic ware. It was horrible. I wanted to leave but we'd already ordered and my dinner mate was "starving". read more

We've been going to PF Changs at Northpark for years for a quick lunch before shopping or running errands. Our lunch experience yesterday was very memorable but not in a good way. We walked in at 11am and sat at the bar. The bartender greeted us but did not introduce herself and got our drink order then walked away. She did not offer any suggestions or go over the lunch specials. The iced tea had little to no ice and I had to walk to the other end of the bar to get straws. After a while, she decided to take our order. No enthusiasm, just a simply stated "ok" as she walked away. Our appetizer came out and rather than bother her, while she was cutting fruit, for appetizer plates, we ate our lettuce wraps over the plate they were served on. Our lunch order was delivered by someone who was less than friendly when we asked for an extra plate as she seemed bothered by the request. After finishing our appetizer and entree, the bartender finally asked how everything was. It's not that she was busy with customers, she was busy with her back turned to everyone to cut fruit. Our drinks were never refilled. There were more staff than customers during our lunch. We saw several employees eating bowls of rice in the full view of the bar customers and on the expo line. As we were about to leave, two more guests came in and when they asked the bartender how she was, she responded with "I'm here." We paid our tab and were never given the receipt back. This was a disappointing lunch and was our last visit to the North Park location. read more

The food is always good here. It is my go to when at North Park Mall. For lunch they have a $13.99 lunch special of an entree and a starter. I LOVE their hot and sour soup and their sesame chicken. I ask them to add red ginger that is so amazing and I do not see it many places. Try it, you will love it. I pay extra for lo mein noodles instead of rice. I ask them to cook my vegetables so they are not raw but, not mushy. Al Dente. They are always perfect. I usually take half of my lunch home. Great service. Great ambience.
