This is a great place for Chinese food! Food is prepared quickly and a very good portion. The vegetable egg rolls were fantastic. I'm definitely going to return here when I want some good Chinese food!!

Combination fried rice

I got combo fried rice no onion and The meat to rice ratio is crazy! There was so much meat definitely appreciated as we all know places like to skimp in this area price was $7.50 and there was so much left over! Choo Choo beef sticks are huge for only $1.50 and there egg rolls were delicious as well! Definitely will be back to try more of the menu out. Just a heads up If you want extra sauces they do charge you

Hot and fresh food! We always have a good experience here. Chicken and veggies with brown sauce is the best.

Chicken Curry .

China Bowl never disappoints. Everything they make is delicious. I ordered the Curry Chicken for the first time and failed to ask if it had bell peppers because I can't eat it. If you like bell peppers than this is the dish for you.

Chewed on plastic while eating a rangoon

This wasn't pleasant! Plastic stuffed in cream cheese of my rangoon. It wasn't good at all.

I was enjoying my meal, until I spotted this dead fly in my food.

Don't recommend just found a dead fly in my food. Went in for a plate of spicy combo lomein.

China Bowl Express is back in business after the fire. Looking forward to getting my favorites again.
Martin G.

Good to see they are back in business after the fire. Getting my favorites...crab Rangoon, chocho beef, chicken teriyaki, beef with broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken... again.

The fact Bistro B is only rated a 3.5/5 is unfortunate. The inside of the restaurant is really spacious & beyond what you order to eat, there are additional grocery items and other knickknacks for purchase that you can enjoy. There's large windows running around the perimeter of the building, so you can see into infinity and beyond...as far as the parking lot and nearby stores go lol. Since it's close to the Lunar New Year there's extra decor they've placed both indoor and outdoor, which is really cool to see. When it comes to food, they have an extensive selection to choose from. I really enjoy that they have a lot of photos to reference in their menu, especially for people like me that like to get an idea of what I'm ordering. During this visit I ordered their salmon vermicelli dish (Ca Hoi Nuong) , pork belly spring rolls & their Nem Chua Heo aka "vampire meat" I found over in their grocery area. Everything was made fresh to order & absolutely delicious. The vermicelli dish is quite huge portion wise, so come hungry or plan to have leftovers. The spring rolls were to die for. I've never had pork belly spring rolls and just loved the crunch from the skin bits they added in there, the moistness and rich flavor of the meat, chewiness of the rice paper & really well made peanut sauce. I'm so tempted to drive back over there just for those. The nem chua was also good, but just good lol. It's very similar to salami in taste if you've never had it before, but has a slight sweetness to it. I must warn that it is on the spicier side once you eat it as intended with the garlic & chili on top so have a drink ready. Overall I think this was the best $30 I've spent in a while. I can't wait to come back.

Don't expect exceptional service at any traditional casual Vietnamese restaurants. The focus is the…read morefood because that's basically all you're getting. Bistro B has always been super well known in the Vietnamese community. Growing up, every time I would come-I would get the basic pho and spring rolls. I haven't been since 2017 that I've gone and now I have a friend who's a super adventurous eater like me, so I got to choose around the menu. The menu blew me away because what place has a Vietnamese household's traumatic childhood staples like bittermelon soup?!? This entire meal was incredibly nostalgic and heart-felt for me especially since I haven't been back to Vietnam since COVID has happened. This is truly the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant that I have ever been to. Food ordered; - 707. Periwinkle in Spicy Tamarind Sauce (ỐC HƯƠNG SỐT ME): I have never seen a Vietnamese restaurant with snails before. I remember eating this all the time in the streets of Vietnam. The sauce and Vietnamese coriander were incredible along with the snail texture. - 23. Asian Crepe with Shrimp and Beef (BÁNH XÈO TÔM THỊT): It tasted like a solid definition of what Banh Xeo is supposed to be. The size of it though is insane to me. I've had Bánh Xèo at other restaurants-which are made to normal sizes, but this size is insane. Definitely ended up being leftovers. _ 119. Angel vermicelli served with grilled pork, and roast pork belly (BÁNH HỎI THỊT NƯỚNG VÀ HEO QUA): It tasted like how it is supposed to take. Definitely great dish as well. Portion size is also huge as well, so leftovers as well. Drink order: 413. ARTICHOKE BOM - NƯỚC MÁT (Artichoke Drink, Jelly, Basil Seed): I often get artichoke tea, so I was super excited to show my friend who has never had this before. It was way too sweet for us, but adding water into it definitely made it better. BTW, he ordered the durian smoothie which also tasted good, but it was less naturally tasteful than other places. Overall, this is the best authentic Vietnamese food I've had in a very long time. If you're an adventurous eater, I would definitely recommend trying something different other than spring rolls, pho, fried rice, or chow mein. Everything is super acquired though, but I truly do recommend if you're opened to it. ALSO, this has also been the best service I've ever had at a Vietnamese place. You don't come in ever expecting service. However, the lady who took care of us brought us new fresh plates for our new dish which shocked us especially as servers from an upscale restaurant. Water did take a while to refill, but the change of new plates blew us away. Thus, the food, service, and the super authentic and nostalgic ambiance definitely was an amazing experience. We are definitely coming back for more snails and other dishes!!

Ok, hear me out. Northpark Mall for shopping- it's dizzying and impractical for most items…read more Northpark Mall, however, is the perfect place to go for a couple hours of amusement and marveling at how the 1% must live. There are additionally some worthwhile dining, music, and artistic opportunities to enjoy. I personally love to play "guess how much this costs?", from an $8000 rug at "Design Within Reach" (though certainly not within budget) to $40,000-$100,000+ pens at Mount Blanc. (Nothing in that store at all has a price tag on it, and you know things are wild when you have to inquire!) This game will keep you amused and flabbergasted throughout your mall exploration. There are additional joys to uncover like live musicians, special events throughout the year (like a gingerbread village at Christmas time), and permanent + rotating artwork. Today I saw a real piece by Jean Dubuffet (on loan from Nasher Sculpture center), a mixed media unicorn, and this super neat rainbow light piece I snapped some pictures of (that actually had a deeper and heavier meaning; wish I documented the artist's name). The mall is perfect for people watching, getting a walk in on excruciatingly hot summer days or when it's raining, and just generally finding random fancy shops to explore. I recommend a visit as a fun date idea, for reasons above, not for the shopping experience. For $5 dollars, I got some actually incredible crackers from Eately's grocery and a couple hours of great delight and enjoyment exploring with lovely company. Northpark Mall really is like a live and interactive museum of sorts showcasing the lives of the upper echelon of Dallas. It is generally very crowded on weekends and an absolute chaotic nightmare to try and visit on weekends in the month of December (avoid!!!!). I give the parking situation three stars because it is always difficult to park and exit this mall. Come with curiosity to this center and enjoy the wild window shopping experience. Note some stores (eg, LaLa Land and Lego Store) had long lines to even enter the store / order. All around recommend visiting, but for very unconventional reasons more akin to why you should visit a zoo or museum than why you ought to visit Costco or Target.

"This gift to the local community will be interactive and encourage guests to capture photos, learn about the important work of Community Partners of Dallas, inspire charitable giving and make precious memories this Fall." The pumpkin patch featured multiple photo ops including the harvest house, candy corn tree, cornucopia, land of mums, gnome village, prince owl, fairytale library, harvest cart and the wishing well. There were lots of people milling about, waiting for their turn to take photos. However, it wasn't super crowded and there was still enough room to breathe and enjoy the scenery. This was a great family-friendly activity and fun way to make memories. There was no admission fee, making this a great alternative to the Dallas Arboretum. The mall itself was huge and offers and a variety of retail shops, restaurants and entertainment options. I uploaded more than 20 photos, so I hope they all post with this review.
