Ok, hear me out. Northpark Mall for shopping- it's dizzying and impractical for most items. Northpark Mall, however, is the perfect place to go for a couple hours of amusement and marveling at how the 1% must live. There are additionally some worthwhile dining, music, and artistic opportunities to enjoy. I personally love to play "guess how much this costs?", from an $8000 rug at "Design Within Reach" (though certainly not within budget) to $40,000-$100,000+ pens at Mount Blanc. (Nothing in that store at all has a price tag on it, and you know things are wild when you have to inquire!) This game will keep you amused and flabbergasted throughout your mall exploration. There are additional joys to uncover like live musicians, special events throughout the year (like a gingerbread village at Christmas time), and permanent + rotating artwork. Today I saw a real piece by Jean Dubuffet (on loan from Nasher Sculpture center), a mixed media unicorn, and this super neat rainbow light piece I snapped some pictures of (that actually had a deeper and heavier meaning; wish I documented the artist's name). The mall is perfect for people watching, getting a walk in on excruciatingly hot summer days or when it's raining, and just generally finding random fancy shops to explore. I recommend a visit as a fun date idea, for reasons above, not for the shopping experience. For $5 dollars, I got some actually incredible crackers from Eately's grocery and a couple hours of great delight and enjoyment exploring with lovely company. Northpark Mall really is like a live and interactive museum of sorts showcasing the lives of the upper echelon of Dallas. It is generally very crowded on weekends and an absolute chaotic nightmare to try and visit on weekends in the month of December (avoid!!!!). I give the parking situation three stars because it is always difficult to park and exit this mall. Come with curiosity to this center and enjoy the wild window shopping experience. Note some stores (eg, LaLa Land and Lego Store) had long lines to even enter the store / order. All around recommend visiting, but for very unconventional reasons more akin to why you should visit a zoo or museum than why you ought to visit Costco or Target. read more

This review is based on the Pumpkin Patch at the CenterPark Garden in October 2025. According to the Community Partners of Dallas' website, they are "honored to again be the nonprofit beneficiary for a magical new project at NorthPark Center, the Pumpkin Patch!" "This gift to the local community will be interactive and encourage guests to capture photos, learn about the important work of Community Partners of Dallas, inspire charitable giving and make precious memories this Fall." The pumpkin patch featured multiple photo ops including the harvest house, candy corn tree, cornucopia, land of mums, gnome village, prince owl, fairytale library, harvest cart and the wishing well. There were lots of people milling about, waiting for their turn to take photos. However, it wasn't super crowded and there was still enough room to breathe and enjoy the scenery. This was a great family-friendly activity and fun way to make memories. There was no admission fee, making this a great alternative to the Dallas Arboretum. The mall itself was huge and offers and a variety of retail shops, restaurants and entertainment options. I uploaded more than 20 photos, so I hope they all post with this review. read more

This is my favorite mall in Dallas and every time I have visited good friends in the Plano area, we make at least a few stops to this mall. First off, this is a relatively large shopping mall. They carry everything from the common basics to many high end boutiques. During my last visit last December, the open areas were brimming with Holiday props and decor. This creates a fun and celebratory atmosphere, which may make you spend more than you had planned. Service has always been friendly and polite and in general, this mall is clean and you feel safe, especially with a good amount of security staff patrolling the mall. read more

This is a really pretty mall filled with luxury brand stores. I didn't have time to peruse the whole thing, but I saw a Glossier, Macy's, Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom, Diesel, Eataly, Free People, John Varvatos etc. I really loved the art displays and wish I could have spent more time looking at them. read more

Dallas has many malls, but non make a statement like NorthPark. There are many high-end shops, but they also have some moderate shopping as well. No matter why you walk into this mall, you will be taken in with their attention to beauty. The sculptures, the well appointed plants arranged in a pleasing way, to the unique water feature that kids and families can sit by and watch turtles and ducks play in. And when it's holiday time, the mall lights up. Tonight, we walked the mall on October 1st, so guess what lovely ornamental things were filled throughout this lovely building - pumpkins. The courtyard during this time whispers magic, and stories that have not been told. It's the NorthPark Pumpkin Patch. Oh my, you don't want to miss it. Little gnome homes dangling from the trees, cornucopia of pumpkins, and a wishing well. It feels like you're walking into a story. One that lets kids be a part of the mystery and the beauty. read more

Came here to grab some gear for the Mavs game and pick up my usual cheese and pasta haul from Eataly, and ended up wandering around like a kid seeing all the different decorations. They've gone all-in on the seasonal vibes -- pumpkins everywhere, little pops of Christmas decor already starting to show, it works. It feels festive without being over the top. Parking? Plenty of it. Stores? A solid lineup of mid- to high-end options. Safety? Security walking around and actually being present, which makes the whole experience feel more comfortable. Bathrooms are easy to find and clean (yes, this matters!). And one of the coolest unexpected touches was the little man-made pond with ducks and turtles, which had families and kids absolutely loving it. Traffic getting in and out was smooth for me, though I'm sure the holidays may be a different story. Still, the place is well organized and easy to navigate. If you want a fun stroll, some good shopping, a festive vibe, or just a reason to get out of the house, come check this out. On to my next adventure! read more

This is a very large shopping mall in Dallas that holds a large variety of every day items to luxury brand shops. Parking is relatively straightforward. The food court looks like it offers a variety of food options and is clean. When I was here during the Holidays there were a lot of decorations and art installs. So there are lots of photo taking opportunities for you and the family. As for the mall structure itself, it is 2 stories and bright and airy so you don't feel stuffy or boxed in. The staff at the stores I have visited over the past several years have been quite friendly and welcoming, so no complaints about general levels of service. This is my favorite mall to visit when I'm in the Dallas area. read more

This shopping complex is great! So much natural light and so many stores, restaurants, etc. The parking is great too, super easy to find a spot on the weekend. Loved the fall decor, such as the flower, leaves, and mini pumpkins in the hallways and throughout the mall. The red art piece in the middle of the mall near the elevators is also huge and very eye catching! Every employee I encountered was nice, and all of the customers were very respectful throughout the different stores and areas. There's even an AMC movie theater on the second floor!! read more

Wow!!! North Park Center is amazing! I've lived here for 6 months now and just had my first visit this past weekend. My son and his gf were in for the holiday and while we did not brave the crowds for Black Friday we did visit Sunday as several sales were extended throughout the weekend. We aren't usually ones to visit shopping malls (we're more of the outdoorsy type). This was actually my son's idea when I named several things to do as I was hoping to fill the holiday with fun activities for him and his gf. My family week/end backgammon tourney was a smash! We'd gone out to several yummy places to eat, margarited ourselves into hangovers for our local Turkey Trot, NFL'd it up @ Jerry's World, feasted on the 11 course spread I spent 3 days preparing for us, Home Alone Plaza ice cream sundae'd on the sofa in our matching pjs, trail walked, coffee shopped, small small business Saturday'd, holiday garden'd, Christmas festival'd and more and now it was time to hit a good ole MALL (: I hadn't planned on being so blown away by this mall but seriously, there are so many great shops. Whoever is purchasing for them is doing a great job as well. Stores were stocked to the max with so many nice items. I really don't love purchasing new clothes. I know it's not good for the environment, I love second hand and thrifting but I went wild in here! I was surprised to see a Lilly Pultizer and Hill House in person. Anthropologie had a set I'd tried on and left behind back home but at 30% off and in stock, you're coming home with me bb! The Dallas girlies were going HARD for some Kim K (Skims) I decided to snag a set of holiday pjs because how many sets of holiday pjs does a girl need? My son's answer, one for every night of the week! I raised this kid right! I may have a set for every night in December at this rate. They had so many of my fav spots, a Tecovas, Zara, Jo Malone, Reformation, Urban Outfitters, Aritzia, See's Candy, LaLaLand, ShakeShack, a movie theatre. The Nieman Marcus did not impress me, and while the Nordstrom felt a little overwhelming I was super impressed by the brands they carried. Several brands (House of CB) that have boutiques in LA are stocked in very good size sections on their floors. If you know me, you know I love me an Eataly. I mean I can go on and on here... The one store I was hoping to introduce to my sons gf but wasn't here was an Altar'd State (only because we don't have this store back home) and her and I both like Brandy Melville and I felt she may like items here. Needless to say, my bank never called me thinking my account had any fraudulent activity and at the rate I was going, I was pretty shocked they didn't. If for whatever reason you need some serious retail therapy, I'm pretty confident that North Park will take care of business for you. I may need to forget they even exist. I heard Texas does it BIG and let's just say this may be one of the best examples of that. The mall even had a holiday "Entertainment" schedule. There were clocks, and cupboards, and pianist, puppet shows... it was a whole thing!!! and I was eating up of second of it. My bank account may have left on a low, but I left on a serious high!!! Highly suggest Valet parking unless you have a bit more patience than I do. We skipped valet not knowing it would take a bit to snag a spot, not dealing with that in the future. read more

BFF was in search of a new wallet and decided to come here since it is an upperscale mall (it was packed). Parking can be a little dicey as we parked in the multilevel structure across from Macy's, but that was a good landmark to remember where we parked. Mall was packed (which was nice to see since they are such a dying breed) with lots of upperscale stores. We walked around some to burn off lunch and went into a couple stores: Dillard's and Macy's, where my friend bought his wallet (on sale) at the latter. read more

Thee go to mall in DFW. It's huge even with just 2 stories. Very easy to get lost. All of your high and mid level luxury brands are here. As well as good restaurants at different price points to choose from. Walking around you could hear the acoustics of a live pianist or violinist to add to the bougie ambiance. I end up here with all of Dallas every Black Friday so crowds are the first thing that come to mind when I think about NorthPark Center, but most malls are like that on Black Friday. And if I'm going to end up at a mall on Black Friday thanks to my teenager this is a pretty good one to be at. They have some great department stores (Neimans, Nordstroms to name a few), but other store highlights include Alo, Aritzia, one of the bigger Lululemons I've seen, Nike, Glossier, Rothys, Vuori, Peloton. I personally find all the best stores to be on the first floor of the mall. There are a few activities to keep kids busy to such as trains, storytimes and near Starbucks you can even look at/pet adorable puppies. I've also been to the drybar (also located near Starbucks) a few times while in town and they do a great job. There's plenty of food to choose from whether you're in the mood for fast food (shake shack, chipotle) or want something a little higher end like Eataly or Bread Winners. We have a great outdoor mall in the Chicago North Shore, but I wish our indoor mall was half as good as this one...especially during our cold winter days. read more

Exceptional display of art and flowers to enjoy SPRING in Texas. A beautiful reminder of our talented area artists with bonus of spring touch. NorthPark Center is a great mall in the DFW area. Located in uptown Dallas this is a huge mall that has just about every store you can think of. From clothing, electronics, home goods, and food. There is plenty of parking to choose from and a great food court with plenty of options to choose from. You can spend a whole day here and still not cover the whole mall and it is all inside to beat the Texas heat. read more

My husband and I came here to get out of the house and to get away from the cold weather. This mall has almost everything! The decorations in the middle of the walkway is simply amazing - very detailed and creative. There was a little village of gingerbread houses. It was so cute! While walking around the mall, I've noticed the different events happening in the mall such as a puppet show and (I think) story time with Santa. It seems that the mall rents out space for different events. I went to Starbucks and saw that ASPCA pet adoption center was next door. I find that the stores at this mall is much larger than the others and the food... oh my heavens. They have Eataly and I've always wanted to try it. It's definitely on my list of things to do. This is what they mean when they say everything's bigger in Texas. I came in the fall for work and this shopping mall was decked out with pumpkins everywhere. I was enamored by the variety and volume of pumpkins. They had so many different displays all around the inside and outside. I was in white girl heaven. Pumpkin to talk about. Seriously. The stores are high end and the art in the mall is well thought out. Even the tile in the hallway to the restrooms were beautiful. It is gorgeous! read more

Ahh NorthPark. I just love it here. The chaos, the lines, the 12 Days of Christmas display, the holiday rush, the lighting beaming from the high ceilings, the attention to detail, the cleanliness. Idk, I could go on and on. It's an absolute chaotic adventure of trying to find parking while working against the hustle and bustle of busy energy all around you, but it's pure nostalgia. NorthPark during Christmas time is just magical. There's nothing like roaming the halls with gorgeous holiday decor all around you and youth choirs singing jingles bouncing off the acoustics of the mall. I just love it here! read more

This is a shopper's dream mall. The Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus stores are wonderfully stocked and large. The Lucchese store is the new flagship for a reason - don't miss it! They have every luxury jewelry, designer, and furniture store you could ask for (and more). The mall is exceptionally clean, decorated with art and live plants, and just lovely. Brie was the most wonderful help! I absolutely adore Zimmermann and I'm obsessed with their clothes, which are beautiful. After buying pieces off Poshmark, I finally got to buy myself a brand new dress and I'm so happy Brie, the saleswoman, talked me into it! They didn't have my size (US 0), so it had to be shipped. Brie text me and made sure the item was on its way (which it made safely to my home.) I cannot wait to wear my gorgeous dress!! The staff at Club Monaco was engaging and super helpful. Everyone in the perfume section at Neiman Marcus were extremely kind and they know their stuff. Walked out with 6 new fragrances - so if you need to smell good, go there! Stopped into Ted Baker - the stores are all closing, so the staff didn't look too thrilled to be there. But, the man who checked us out was engaging and ended up being really nice. read more

NorthPark Center is a wonderful inside mall with lots of selection. From big box anchor stores, specialty stores and designer brands across the board! There's is something here for everyone. My only strong critique, it's lacking in better upscale dining options. Service can be a hit or miss. One of of favorites stores to shop at is Maria Tash! They are a luxury piercing brand and they have the best team ever!! Overall the mall has a broas extension of different prices points , great for any level of shopping. Plenty of parking and they also have valet in different parts of the mall. read more

This is one of the nicer malls that I have visited in the area. Overall it is clean and pleasant. There were lots of holiday decorations up, permanent statues and good lighting. I felt safe. They have many of the upscale brand shops. I visited the day after Christmas so there were lots of clearance sales happening and some stuff was not in stock in my size unfortunately. There is free parking in garages around the mall - I did have some difficulty navigating which parking entrance to use on my first visit. read more

(5.20.23) I cannot believe I had to fly to Dallas for a fun shopping experience at a MALL! Honestly I had gotten out of the mall shopping routine thanks to the panny. So when the fun bunch suggested going, I thought twice. They sold me on what NotthPark has to offer. This mall has many stores that I enjoy including Lush, Sephora (stocked with products that make TikTok influencers go nuts), & galleria designers like Balenciaga, Gucci, LV, CH, etc. under one roof. PLUS cool art which is my jam: sculptures and interesting displays at every turn. I'm here for all of it!!! We bought as much as we thought could fit in our luggage.
