This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Windsor location, went in the middle of the day…read morearound 1pm on a weekday. I had two girls with me only one was dress shopping and there were maybe 2-3 other customers in the store. The dress we wanted only had one size left on the floor, a small which was a little tight and short for our liking. There was one other dress left in the store on the mannequin in a medium that we wanted to try on. The girl in the dressing room went to ask someone else if we could get the dress of the mannequin to which we were initially told no. The dress was final sale so obviously we would like to try on the other size before spending $60. The girl at the register was refusing to help us get the dress off the mannequin saying she "didn't have time." She suggested we could come back another time when she would have time to help us, we had a 45 min drive to this location. I asked for the manager, she then replied she was the manager. I asked for a number to call to complain about her customer service to which she refused to provide a number and also stated they "aren't allowed to tell customers their names." So to the 'manager' at the register with the food in her braces I don't appreciate your unwillingness to help a teenager find a well-fitting dress in her size for homecoming. At this point she started to get frustrated with me asking for a number to complain so she decided to go forcefully remove the dress off the mannequin for my daughter to try on. It took her about two minutes of throwing parts of the mannequin around and talking about me to the one other employee in the store to get the dress. The dress fit nicely, and we did purchase the dress before leaving. I will not return to this location, Frisco or Allen would be a much better choice for those looking for actual customer service. I am only giving two stars because the girl in the fitting room was nice and doesn't deserve to be led by such a terrible and unwilling 'manager.'

This Plaza has left quite a legacy on Dallas, especially in the sense that it is one of the most exciting little spots in the area. The massive Chinatown in the Plano area is full of wonder and interesting stuff. This is one of the more interesting aspects of it with a massive Japanese supermarket (Mitsuwa) just a little way down from a really awesome strip mall featuring all kinds of Asian goodies and a very cool food court, where a whole host of different selections are on offer. Everything looks brand new and as you can see Barbie looked great when we came here.

What I don't like about this plaza is how busy it is and how hard it is to find parking spots, and all of the bumps all over the place and the fact that the police are constantly cruising around here looking for people to mess with. What I do like is that they have an excellent BF Bakery inside a cool International Grocery Store, as well as a yummy Fruitealicious with some questionable employees, and that they have very delicious and friendly Kung Fu Tea in here. I tried one of the Korean chicken places and it never really blew me away. One of the best plazas in the DFW area, but one of the hardest to park in, and the mega-plazas north of the tollway are probably a little more stacked, but harder to navigate. That being said, it is part of Dallas history and still attracts a good amount of out-of-towners for special events. It reminds me of Dun Huang in Houston and it's just so busy from one end to the other. So much traffic, nowhere near enough parking spots, and what seems like about a hundred different popular ethnic businesses of the East Asian variety. Absolutely amazing Plaza with so many things in it that I can't even get started. And there are lots of different sections to it. Explore it and you will be in Paradise. Easily the best Plaza in Carrollton and arguably the best in DFW. Some of the Boba highlights are the Sharetea here, which is great - get Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea, and Whole Lemon Black Tea. Give Cocohodo a try, which has really great Custard Fish (not actual fish). The Walnut pastries are overrated. Sweet Lab is great, and has puffle egg waffles too. The BF Bakery inside 99 Ranch has great Egg Custard Tarts too. For food, Dumpling inside H-Mart has the best Dumplings I've ever had, anywhere, or thereabouts. I initially came for the A2Kicks shoe store, but stayed for the pastry shop and Gordita's restaurant. The food is authentic and full of flavor. The red velvet cookies from Lorena's Cakes were soft, flavorful and delicious. I want more. Everything in the plaza is reasonably priced, and the entrepreneurs give service with a smile. The vibe is great for all ages.
