I had not been to an Outback in many years. Thought we would try it again. The building exterior was clean. Seating and service started very well. Our drink order was taken immediately (excellent drinks by the way), and we had menus when we sat down. Shelly, our server, checked on us a few times before we placed the order. Once our order was taken, the seating area became very busy, and our server appeared overwhelmed with the number of tables. She did not check back with us. We wanted to order dessert, but couldn't until someone else brought us the check. We ordered the skillet cookie to go, and that took 20 minutes. We had to ask for the order, and then it was retrieved. Funny, the check comes on time without fail, but the service does not. I doubt that we will return. read more

Several have commented on the service here, but our server Amber was super nice, hospitable, and super fast! Very friendly and great fantastic service! And on today, March 7, 2026, the host was a super nice guy as well and greeted us promptly and seated us right away! The wedge salad is served as a generous portion with blue cheese, crumbles crumbling off the side of the plate! Fabulous fresh Risp, lettuce and crispy bacon bits a generous portion of tomatoes onions were rough, chopped, but work well the size of the wedge. The coconut shrimp are very large so now you get six pieces instead of eight because of the size. They were OK. The shrimp tastes a bit imitation to me. (But I'm no expert on shrimp as I avoided them for 20 years. ) Husband says they taste like shrimp but aren't seasoned as the used to be. The marmalade dipping sauce is OK. The ribeye was well cooked well seasoned tender and flavorful. In the side of broccoli seemed fresh. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I used to come here a lot even when I was younger with my family. This time. I ordered delivery of the potato bacon soup and the kingsland pasta of shrimp and steak. I will say I'm not impressed and honestly disappointed if I spent 50 bucks on this. The soup would've been amazing if it wasn't so salty. It tastes like a regular loaded baked potato soup with green onion and bacon but it was so salty. Then the pasta ‍. I can't even. The taste of it was fine. It really tasted fine. But presentation wise and quality wise was terribly. I can't believe I got this itty bitty scrap of steak and I don't even know about the shrimp. Looks absolutely NOTHING like the photo. In the photo on the menu it shows a lot more steak and shrimp. The shrimp in the menu photo is also a dark red color and these are not. I'm not sure if this is the same type of shrimp. We weren't greeted when we first walked in, and it took my husband flagging someone down before we were seated. The restaurant wasn't busy only three other tables. Service throughout the evening was slow and inattentive. While waiting for our food, we noticed the manager personally delivering a drink and warmly checking in on the table beside us, but he walked past our table without acknowledgment. It felt inconsistent and left us overlooked. We've been to this location a few times and always had great food and service. This last time however, not so much. We sat outside for 20 minutes without any service. There was a table next to us that was being served, the server even looked at us every time he came outside. I finally went inside to ask if we had a server and the hostess admitted that she forgot to tell him he had another table. Typically at other restaurants we've been asked "has anyone came to get your drink order?" Or "have you been helped yet?" But we got nothing. Thinking since the hostess is now aware of the situation the server will be right out, that was not the case. It took another 10 minutes for him to come. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and meals at the same time. Every time our server brought something out and we said thank you, his response was "yep". We rarely saw our server which made asking for things like another set of silverware almost impossible. When I did ask for another drink it took almost 15 minutes to get it. Dessert was out of the question because we didn't have another hour to spend there. The only thing that did come quickly was the check! Our food was pretty cool, not even warm, and you could tell it had been sitting there for a while before being brought out. I don't believe this was a kitchen issue, just a server issue. We do enjoy the food at Outback so we will continue to visit, just not this location. It's worth the gas money and a little bit longer in the car to not be forgotten about by the hostess and treated like an inconvenience by the server. Definitely $120 NOT well spent this time. Update: Spoke with Jim, managing partner. He seemed genuinely apologetic and has offered to make things right. Jim took responsibility for his staff and didn't try to make excuses for the poor service. Stopped by for lunch today and was very disappointed with the food i ordered. I ordered the 6oz filet minion and lobster tail. When the food came out I was confused because the steak cut looked nothing like the picture on the menu. What I received was more like a burger patty pretty much flat! I don't think it was 6oz the Lobster tail was maybe 3-4oz. on the menu it said we could order steamed or grilled. I didn't get a choice. Service was ok. But not worth $50. It was a Happy New Year's Eve at our house with a "dinner for two" except not. Attempt # 2 with an order from Door Dash. I ordered the blooming onion appetizer, the Victoria filet mignon, lobster tail and baked potato, baked potato soup, a side house salad, a salted caramel cookie skillet and a New York style cheesecake. Yes, it was a lot of food but went out with a bang, lol. The restaurant forgot to put my main course in the bag which was the baked potato soup so unfortunately it was just salad and dessert for me. We were hungry for a traditional Caesar salad. Lately, regardless of where you order, you receive their "interpretation" of a Caesar salad. Some are edible, some are horrible and, what is notable lately, they not only mess up the dressing, but they can't even get the 3 ingredients right. This is what we have here. I waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged and once I was I then had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get my food. I asked for a manager and they stated that they were busy.... This review is disappointing for me to write because I've actually had some great experiences with this Outback location, especially when ordering through DoorDash. However, my most recent experience picking up a takeout order in person on 5/31 was the complete opposite. The bartender working the bar area made me feel like I was an inconvenience from the moment I approached. I simply asked for a water because I had a take out order &, noticed that there were Uber drivers and DoorDash drivers standing by a door and I didn't want to be confused that I was a delivery driver versus someone that actually walked in to get takeout and go home. I politely asked her to check on the status of my takeout order, and the attitude I received, along with her rolling her eyes was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. What makes this even more frustrating is that I've spent a significant amount of money supporting this location through DoorDash and have consistently had positive experiences. To then come into the restaurant for the first time ever and be treated as though I was bothering someone for asking basic questions was shocking and disappointing. Customer service matters, especially when customers are spending their hard earned money. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable just basic courtesy and professionalism. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously because experiences like this can quickly undo the goodwill built by the many hardworking employees at this location. Very shocked and appalled by how I was treated. I definitely will be talking to the corporate office about this. Because that was completely unacceptable.
