Service was FABULOUS!! Steak was a little overcooked but the shrimp were delicious! We will definitely be back!

The Good : is our server in the bar. He was running his butt off and still had a great attitude! He had the whole bar by himself. The food was delicious! The booth was comfortable and the restaurant clean! Now the Bad; :( the manager was not friendly when it came to sitting us in the dining room..My husband has a walker and we didn't necessarily want to sit in the bar . She didn't want to accommodate us anywhere else.

Lettuce Wedge

Came here on a Thursday at 5:30 and this place was packed. I guess these people were having dinner after spring training games and snowbirds. Our server was always asking how we were doing whenever she passed our table. The prime rib was beautifully cooked, medium rare and the lettuce wedge was first class. We'll be back.

Outback is practicing social distancing and require masks when not sitting at the table. Great for peace of mind. Blooming Onion, yum yum.

They're "too busy" to accept take out orders... they've gone downhill since COVID. Guess we won't be going there anymore.

Nikita was awesome!! I have been coming to Charleston's for…read moremany years. The service is always great, and the food is always incredible. Tonight, Nikita raised the bar! She was so lovely and friendly, promptly there as soon as we were ready for whatever was next, and our sodas never ran even halfway dry. Kudos to another great meal at one of my favorite establishments!

SENTRY - WATCHING RESTAURANTS…read more It was time for a re-review of Charleston's. Companion and I arrived at 5 and were seated immediately. We were going to try to eat the same menu as last time or as close to it as possible. We started off with the Dynamite Shrimp. As with the last time it was excellent. Also was the warm spinach and artichoke dip. It too was excellent though I am not understanding why they include sour cream and salsa with it as neither worked well with the flavor of the dip. We ordered non-alcoholic cocktails. Companion ordered a strawberry margarita which was quite good. I ordered the blackberry punch, which was a big mistake. The drink was cloyingly sweet and the flavor was overwhelming. After a few sips I could not drink anymore of it and had to send it back. As a non-alcoholic cocktail it was a disaster. Companion asked if they could make a cranberry margarita and the wish was fulfilled nicely. I finished companion's strawberry margarita which was decent. For main courses, companion had the baby backs which were ordered the last time. A tad overcooked but not bad. It was accompanied with excellent french fries and beans which were identical in taste to ranch beans that come in a can. The beans remained untouched after a taste of them. The fillet was not on the menu this year and instead was flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce. No baked potato anymore and no salad offered. While the steak was reasonably cooked, the smear of sauce over it had exactly by count 4 peppercorns in it. The accompaniment was garlic mashed potatoes, which were dense and without any charm at all. We had asked our waiter Matthew to make sure to include 2 batches of croissants in a bag to take home. Not only was no bread service offered to us, but the ones to take home were completely forgotten by our waiter. The burgundy mushrooms that we had last time are no longer a side dish but are an extra charge now, though the flavor is still top shelf. Desserts were the same as last time, and the quality and flavors did not change from the last time. Service was nice, but slow with the meal taking more than an hour and a half. Removing 1 star and almost removing 2 stars. This restaurant will be evaluated again in the future. 4 stars

We got there right after the morning rush, so everything was super smooth. The bread was delicious, the margaritas were bomb, and the LongHorn extra drink is basically two margaritas plus a little extra in that shaker. The cups were cute, bathrooms were clean, and overall the whole place felt really well kept. WATER was good. Have to note that. Everything was so cute I wanted to put everything in my purse The ribeye was delicious, the roasted corn was SO good, and the mac and cheese was amazing too. Our waitress was a little goofy, but kind, which honestly matters more anyway. At first we were a little surprised the entrees only came with one side, but once the food came out you could tell the quality was better than a lot of similar spots, so it made sense. Definitely would come back!

When we left the ground looked wet, when we crossed the lot we all slipped and almost fell, twisting our bodies trying to stay afoot. We then smelled a stench that was unbearable! And noticed our shoes were covered in nasty... we scraped them off as best we could thinking we'd be okay, but no... Not only were our shoes still holding onto the sludge we had just stepped in, but the underside of a brand new vehicle was coated and the floor mat ruined!!! We spent hours cleaning shoes with bleach water fading our shoes, throwing away mats, going to the car wash, etc. We all felt sick!!! Having not gotten a response to the email I sent to the Mesa location I called and asked to talk to the manager, but the young gal who answered said to call the corporate office which I did and left a message, but so far no response. I also sent this info to two separate corporate email contacts, they were returned undeliverable. The gal did state that they were aware of the problem and that the cause of the problem was that a the septic tank had ruptured... I now feel sick again!!! What a disaster... what could have been a nice meal out with family ended very badly...
