These folks are the truth! Earthy, natural, and nothing less than amazing flavor from my beef. First time in, excellent service and straight to the point. The way a butcher should be, GO SEE THEM! So happy to find a great butcher finally, can't wait for the holidays.

Was in the neighborhood of Gilbert Butchery so, I stopped in. Beautiful meat displays and extras. Have a dry aging case with some Beautiful beef cuts! Everything looked top shelf. I didn't buy anything though......sticker shock. I'll come here when I have a special occasion. I will be back with a fatter wallet

I found them online when I was planning my wife's birthday party and wanted a suckling pig. I recently ordered a crown roast for Christmas and both of my orders were perfect. Friendly staff, quality meats and if you regularly use a real butcher for prime meats, they are a great value. It's definitely worth the extra drive for me and they are my go to butcher now.

    Amazing local butcher!

I've never been to a real butcher outside of the local grocery store and I have to say this place was awesome. First off Zack was incredibly helpful with the 107 questions that I had. I showed up right before they closed and never felt rushed. The two things I came in for were the jalapeno bacon which I recently tried at a barbecue and it is the best bacon I've ever had. I also picked up some fat to render for beef tallow. They didn't have any suet which is okay because I'm just getting started anyway but when Zack check to see if they had any they said they did not however they went ahead and cut some for me right there while I waited which was super awesome. I will definitely be coming back to try some things in the future. Obviously the price is a little higher than what you're going to get at the local grocery store but that's because the quality is definitely better. They also have aged steaks which I definitely want to try at some point long story short definitely give this place a shot if you want variety and quality

Overall, not very impressed. I was hoping this would be a good place to buy some high quality meat, but everything was so expensive and I was unimpressed with the quality. The sausages in particular were pretty greasy. Next time I will find another place.

Huge selection of meat , very impressed by the quality. You will pay for the cut , but I would say it's worth it.

First, we grabbed some cookies, cake, and conchas from the bakery spot as you walk into the store. Then we went to the counter where you can get hot food to eat in store or to take home. There was a line, of course, as others know of this great eatery, too. Usually, we would just get some street tacos and maybe a burrito, but this time we ordered a combo plate where you get rice, beans, a meat (we chose pollo), salsa, cilantro and onions, and tortillas. Under $20 and enough food to feed four. We hadn't ever signed up for their app, but because of their digital punch card which keeps track of the aguafrescas you purchase, we signed up. After grabbing our food, my wife got a 32 oz. cucumber and I grabbed a watermelon. So delicious. Already planning our next Sunday lunch.

I've enjoyed almost everything I've tried, however tonight I wasn't loving the green chile pork. This one is fairly large but I've only stuck to browsing a few aisles of interest, so not sure what all they have. I did notice they have products from a variety of countries including those in South Asia like India and Pakistan. I come for the rice crackers and mochi, and the rice crackers (Bin Bin brand) are a good price and satisfy my cravings. I like to share them with friends (family don't care for them - too sweet). The mochi flavors have been hit or miss: I grabbed the maple pancake one on my last visit and it tasted as expected, good stuff. Some of the other flavors have been lackluster, depending on the brand. I'm sure they have lots of other items to purchase but I stick to the snacks for now. I always park in the spots to the right of the market and haven't had issues. There's also a great boba spot within walking distance, so that's another place I like to frequent. If I'm making a trip here, I'd want to buy things that are primarily made here. They also have several dining options (not sure how they're all related). I was pleased with the food we ordered: huge artichoke calzone (soft dough and good filling) for $22 and fish and chips (excellent fries), as well as a bakery that sells cupcakes, scones, cakes, cookies, brownies as well as gelato. It was interesting that their Italian cookies were actually slightly cheaper purchased at the counter vs the already packaged box. They also sell cerreta individually wrapped candies. I'm sure it is a more pleasurable experience going when there aren't a lot of crowds, as it is a tourist spot and has overflow parking.
