We also spilt the turkey and brie sandwich. The sandwich was paired with the most delicious kettle chips as well. For my second visit, I went with the pizza grilled cheese (sans olives) and got a pimento cheese sandwich to go for my mother. We were both beyond pleased with our grub. Of note, right next door to Shea Cheese is Shea Lounge, which is a little bookstore and lounge to enjoy your cheesy items. The board and all of the ingredients were high quality. Our guests were pleased and so was I!
