Unfortunately, half of my brisket was fat and I couldn't eat it. The mashed potatoes tasted weird so I didn't eat that and then the peach cobbler was raw and it wasn't even cooked. The manager was explaining to me how I had to cook it at home, but I doubt that if I put it in the microwave and cooked it longer, the raw factor would change. I'm not impressed. I will give them another chance though because it has been good in the past.

We were greeted and seated immediately. We sat on the patio to enjoy the mild weather and sunset. They had live music, pop and rock music playing in the background was a nice touch. We ordered the beet salad and prime rib sliders, also enjoyed a Church Music IPA. The beer was cold and the food flavorful. The standout were the prime sliders, very tender and tasty au jus. The service was good, a little slow but they were busy. Pro Tip: they have social hour daily from 6pm to close with food and drink specials. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo--$35+ for exactly four sad shrimp on a mountain of pasta. Not worth it. My strong recommendation: come for craft cocktails and one solid appetizer, claim a patio table, watch the sky explode in color, then drive somewhere else for a proper dinner. Views 10/10, food 2/10. Perfect pre-dinner spot, terrible main event.

Our server came shortly there after and got our drink orders in. "Of course", did the daily special along with their new sampler of featured sauces which was $3.99. You are NOT able to just sample these now. In order to try them you have to purchase this adorable promo pack. We liked them. It was 6 flavors: 1) South African Peri Peri = Good, 2) Asian Yuzu Wasabi=Delicious, but not sure on wings, 3) Canadian Maple Sweet Chili= Super Sweet yet nice, 4) European Sweet Curry= Favorite, 5) Mexican Smokey Elote= tasty, but again not sure on wings, and 6) South American Creamy Chimichurri= I make a better one! LOL We were impressed with our server throughout our dining experience. She was professional and thorough. Their menu, daily offerings & reward incentives keeps us coming back to BWW's. They have so many options & excellent $ for someone on a budget. It's cheaper than fast food (currently) and to feel completely satisfied for 3 people for around $45 bucks absolutely can't complain. Adam and Kevin, Thank you guys!!!…read more On my way from an event decided to stop here as it, didn't appear to be busy which I wanted food quickly and to go. It was super fast service!!! It's a Family establishment in which Adam gave me the history of the establishment in 2.2 seconds! That Kid is going places in life!!! I had the rib tips, Mac n cheese with baked beans(recommended by Adam) which also came with a bun. All of it was good! The ribs fell off of the bones and were way better without the sauce. I wasn't a fan of the BBQ sauce as it was vinegary but the food was good without it! I definitely recommend eating here. There's lots of free parking, a great location and has plenty of seating inside. The prices are comparable to any BBQ establishment so nothing to crazy but, is pretty standard for today's restaurants since covid. My only advice would be to wear mask and gloves to protect yourselves and the customers regardless of vaccinations.

Night officially ruined without dinner and going back home. I will tell my brother to get his money back for his kind gift to me. We called the Tempe location and asked about the gift cards and they said that they do sell gift cards but no one is trained on how to use them. At least he was honest and didn't treat us like criminals but again, no way to use the gift card. I will never go back here.

We usually come here for birthdays due to their loyalty deal and it's totally worth it. We always order steak and we've tried a few of them. However this time around we chose very similar steaks to keep the price the same and use the deal. Both New York Strip. The baked potato is so good! I highly recommend this and make sure to say yes to the bread before dinner. The hosts and servers are very well trained, respectful and attentive. No complaints from me. Also the interior and decor is classy but not over the top or old and gothic for a steakhouse. Also tables are isolated enough so it's not super loud and pretty good privacy between other groups The only recommendations I can make is to ask the lady at the table next to us with the pungent perfume to take it easy jk! You can tell the management cares and are very involved. It's nice to go a restaurant that's properly and well managed. It's just an easy and low stress experience.
