I understand they're likely made ahead and held under a heat lamp while the rest of the table's orders are finished, so it wasn't a dealbreaker, and I still enjoyed them. We also ordered the Blueberry Hill pancakes and they were delicious as well. The blueberries were fresh and large and the composure was very good.
