Service was stellar, food was fast and really tasty. I almost hate to tell you about how good this was so I can keep it to myself.

LOVED the atmosphere and food,, went there TWO Breakfasts in a row in last two days and keep getting the B9. on the Menu (Chicken-fried Steak with Gravy, 2 eggs, Hash browns, Biscuits OR a Pancake). WILL definitely be back.!! CHEERS from Belton, TX.

This place is iconic. If you're in Granbury, you have to stop by, I would recommend for breakfast. Coming from Dallas, the prices are unbeatable. It's your classic breakfast diner but don't forget to get the Mickey Mouse pancake! It's a childhood statement. The ham is my favorite of their breakfast meats.

Came here about two weeks ago on a Sunday. I don't live in Granbury and this is my first time here... There was a little bit of a wait and we were told by employees that there was a little mishap in the kitchen with the grill and that there was a little delay in delivering food... All I can say is this... We were seated as promptly as they could do under the circumstances which was less than 15 minutes and I saw a few people leave who were so rude and so disrespectful to people who were doing their best to appease everyone. Our service was great, maybe it was partly timing, maybe it was the restaurant maybe, it was just general good service, but I would be back in a heartbeat... The food was great and the employees went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as they could and to keep us as updated as often as they could. Keep doing you Pam's...

Just passing through I got the Roast beef, mash potatoes, and buttered corn. Mom got the Senior chicken fried steak with baked Beans and mashed potatoes. The chicken fried steak melted in your mouth..... chewing was optional. Same with the roast just fell apart. Great briskets. Service was great. The yellow cake with chocolate frosting was so good.

The B2 breakfast. Two eggs, Four strips of bacon, hash browns, and Toast.

Pam's Too used to be good. The quality of the food and service has gone consistently downhill the past few years.

We also decided on several lattes and my youngest daughter wanted one of their fruit smoothies. To be honest the food was just average. I expected the avocado toast to be a smashed avocado on toast and topped with the other ingredients, but sadly it was just an egg on the toast, with 3 or four thin slices of avocado on the top. My oldest daughter ordered the huevos rancheros and asked for no tomatoes, there were so many tomatoes in her eggs that she couldn't even pick them out. It was very disappointing. My youngest daughter liked the smoothie but she said the waffle was kind of hard. One of the lattes we received was okay but the other tasted as if the espresso was burned. Unfortunately we probably will not return.

It being Sunday of Labor Day weekend meant everyone was in town, and it definitely slowed things down. There wasn't a single open table inside or outside. I wasn't sitting down for service, just grabbing things for the road, but I ordered a muffin and an iced Cinnamon Twist. I think I regret ordering the size as big as I did (their grande was like 24 oz iced) because it was quite milky (my fault), but the cinnamon and vanilla were good. The muffin was the true star of the show. It was huge, dense, and fluffy. A much-needed carb and sugar rush after my humid Granbury run. The place is super cute, and I will totally try to go back for brunch next time I visit. The place can feel a little tight when you're trying to order to-go without getting in the way of the staff, other people ordering, and the people dining in, but the place was practically at capacity when I got there. I also saw the Yelp sticker on their door, and I was like, OMG I YELP. RIYL: A bistro pulled straight out of a Hallmark Original Movie.

Even with a party of 8 we didn't wait more than 10 min. 1 Star Service: As stated, we were sat quickly. We did ask for the ceiling fan above us to be turned off and one of the waiters quipped, "It's not there for y'all, it's for the servers who are sweating." That really put me off to begin the meal, BUT that being said, our waiter was nothing but nice and cordial the whole time. 1 Star Food: The food was fantastic. The portions are HUGE! With the 8 of us, we ordered a variety of dishes including pancake, waffles, an omelette, etc.... My wife and I ordered the 1866, which costs (you guessed it, $18.66) and came with enough food to feed 4 people very comfortably. A giant biscuit with gravy. Two large pancakes, a Belgian waffle, 2 eggs of your choice, 2 big slices of toast (your choice of bread, but I highly recommend the sourdough), hashbrowns, and your choice of sausage patties or bacon. Every single item was delicious. Would definitely go back if ever in Granbury again. 2 Stars Overall: Great breakfast spot in Granbury. Other than the snippy waitress, the service was good and the food was great. 4 stars.

Thuy does not normally pick Mexican as a lunch, or dinner, option, but as we heading down Weatherford Hwy (51), and Thuy was hungry... And here we are (were) for lunch. Wow, so glad we did. I had a new item, not even on the menu, a green enchilada. It was served with beans and rice. The green came from tomatillos, so it was a bit sour. It was also super tasty. Thuy had the chile relleno, also with beans and rice. It was battered and deep fried, which is not our fav way for a relleno. We prefer grilled, but that's rare to find. We will ask next time. While Thuy did not eat most of the coating, the relleno was none the less very tasty. Oh, chips and salsa was served. Light and crispy, with a tasty red salsa. It was a bit, for me, on the mild side. I asked if they had something a bit spicier, and they do. This bowl was a warm green salsa that had more kick. Perfect! Before we left I asked about BYOB, and the answer was yes. But also, after 5pm, there are complimentary margaritas. We were too early for this option, but one thing that we are sure, there will be a next time. So Panchito's is cute, and the servers super nice. All of the above combined for a very nice dining experience. Bottom line: Our new favorite place for Mexican, in Granbury!
