But like the brisket, it appeared to be in the "warner" too long. Which brings me to the overall critique ... wealthy family takes a hobby and turns it into a restaurant. From the open office table in the dining room to the lack of training to service staff ... this will be a money pit to owners. Advice? Immediately take off to surrounding areas and follow those doing it well. Thirty dollars for two slices, two ribs, and two sides makes the future sketchy.

Our Waitress Bella, was very sweet and there when we needed her. She knew exactly what my daughter wanted when she asked for something fulfilling. My husband had the biscuits and gravy breakfast. His eggs were perfectly cooked, the biscuits and gravy are just that- no sausage in the gravy- but he said it was some of the best gravy he's had and he really enjoyed them, though he said it was way too much food. You don't hear that often from him when it comes to breakfast. Over all- quality breakfast, good prices (aside from $3 for a soda ) and nice little place. We will be back.
