Waiter very nice but believe he was pretty new. My husband opened up his silverware and the fork was filthy literally had food all over it . He told waiter and waiter brought another that was much cleaner . We got seated right away and I ordered tea with lemon and I did get my tea but no lemon and my husband ordered coffee and I'm not kidding you it was almost water . I placed a pick up order online for Mother's Day for my wife and I. The restaurant was busy, but I have seen IHOPs so much busier. My order was lost somewhere. I was asked by many people there my name and I never saw them again. The manager came to see me and I asked for my name. About 20 minutes later she came back and asked for my name yet again. At that time, I told her I had been waiting for an hour and a half for pancakes and an omelette. She went back to her system and found my order. Finally expedited my order and I was out the door 15 minutes later. It was an awful experience. I am a very patient person. The food was good, no offer to either a comp or a discount for my meal. TERRIBLE. I sat there for 20 min. Not a single server checked up on us or even got our drink. Terrible SHUT THIS IHOP DOWN ASAP.

The appetizers were hard as a rock. Waitress never came back for refill on coffee, the pot was half full so we only got one cup of coffee each. Waited for our food for an hour, then when we told the manager we didn't get the appetizers that they were supposed to redo nor our meals to just charge us for the coffee, orange juice and appetizer ( we did eat the cheese sticks out of it) all of a sudden everything magically appeared. We told them take it back we had to go. They brought the ticket, nothing was taken off plus she charged us for two orange juices. So got them to take the items off that needed to be. By the way the chicken appetizers that magically appeared looked just as hard as before. The manager said she hopes it will be better next time. I told her I don't know that there will be a text time. She replied ok, but she acted like she didn't care if we came back or not and they treated us as if we did something wrong. read more

The workers here are very nice. I've been here several times and there hasn't been a single time I've come across one that wasn't great. Food is always correct and the place itself is very nice and clean. Family an I went yesterday to enjoy each an have some breakfast, our morning was ruined by the people that work here , starting with a cook that can not cook a over medium egg , 1st set of eggs that came out was over easy eggs , 2nd set of eggs came out where cooked over hard, now to this waitress, she don't need to be a waitress at all!!! I've been ordering for quite a long time from this location that used to ROCK!! USED TOO!! The new gal that started several weeks ago 'Precious' is not only rude on the phone, but according to my boyfriend is rude as hell in person. I've always had my stuff delivered and never a problem until the last 4-6 weeks. Now the tiny little blonde waitress is amazing...according to my boyfriend. BUT 'Precious' is a rude and lazy and answers the phone like 'why the EF are you here...' Megan, however, is a GOD SEND!! You all need to get some staff again and make Megan's job as a Manager ONLY!! She's AMAZING!! It is sucking BAD!! You need to A. Deliver yourselves and B. KEEP MEGAN!! Appreciate it if you want more examples...but that would require personal information. It took forever for them to sear us and when they did, the squashed 6 of us in a booth. When we asked for a table, they told us the section was closed for an interview and we'd have to make do with that section. The waitress took our order for 6 people and did it wrote anything down. My order was messed up. I asked for scrambled eggs and sausage and got eggs over easy with bacon. She took it back to fix it and instead of scrambling the eggs and then cooking them, the cook broke the yoke of the over easy eggs and mixed them... not the best experience. read more

Customer service was horrible #1 the food was not a pleasing at all , I ordered the French toast meal that came with 2 of everything pretty much , I chose pork sausages links . She brings me my food with a round sausage I never knew they sold and then tells me they ran out of the links. Me and my brother came here to eat when the place was completely empty. So I had hoped that we would be in and out within the hour as we were the only people to serve. There was nobody at the front and I had to walk over towards the kitchen to get the attention of a waitress who was chatting it up with the cook. We sat down and it took the waitress 15 minutes to finally ask us what we wanted to eat. We ordered and were not checked up on once for drink refills. I am not exaggerating when I tell you we waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. An hour and 20 minutes and I could hear constant chatter between the two workers and we didn't get checked up on once. When our food finally arrived, my eggs that I ordered over medium were on the plate: both yolks busted, terribly undercooked, and COLD. I don't know how you cook eggs, mess them up so terribly, and then leave the egg soup out to cool off for so long that they're cold. I could expect something like this when there's a lot of customers, but nobody else had walked in. With the amount of time the staff was given, I could have walked to the kitchen, and fulfilled 6 other orders as one cook. But they couldn't even succeed in correctly fulfilling one order for 2 people given an hour and 20 minutes to do so. Then, once again, I had to get the attention of the waitress so that we could get the check. I've always been told to leave a tip, but tips are for providing service, which they did not do correctly in the slightest. So I left not a penny for that. There is ZERO excuse for any of that and this place is lucky for its location because that is the ONLY thing that keeps this place in business. Today, my 3 friends and I visited this establishment. We arrived early and were the only customers. We were seated and served by the manager. Coffee and food was decent. However, I find a few things off about our visit. 1)the manager was our waitress 2)she relayed to us she would be leaving the establishment to go get change for our cash payment exchange of $20 for an $8.65 meal 3)she would give $11.00 change on the $20.00 cash payment. (which although only .35 cents, still-) Therefore, it left me wondering how many times this person has short changed people in order to secure a tip. From a customer service standpoint, her banking needs should have been addressed before opening and she should have allowed me as the consumer to offer the tip of my choice, which would have been much better than what was given. I'm thinking this was a one and done for me. Thank goodness I had my best girlfriends there to offset this experience. read more

After reading the many reviews I was really hoping to have a strong awesome review. However I seriously can't give the a 5 Star review. 1- we came at a busy time - yeah our timing sucked but we had to be somewhere 2- got seated was given great service the wait staff handled the crowd well. Got our drinks and ordered quickly 3- we ordered a country omelette and Mexican tres lecha pancakes to share. Our food came fairly quickly the omelette came out slightly cold the cheese wasn't melted but had steam coming out of the sides. Upon eating the omelette it apparently was colder in the center the hash browns inside were soggy and slightly warm. Not very appealing in texture. (Note I have ordered this many times at other IHOPs never to have it this unappealing) The pancakes seemed to have gotten cold very quickly. We stopped by this location while in town visiting family. We had a table of 7 and a baby in the back room. Everyone ordered something different and it all came out as it was expected. We didn't have any problems and our waitress Becky was very communicative about what she was doing for us, and the other tables (each over 6 customers) in the room. The cleanliness of the restroom was why I took a star. I went to make the baby a bottle and the sink and towel sensors didn't activate well. Not only that, the restroom seemed dirty. read more

We cannot believe the service we received tonight. The waitress was rude and uninformed. She was sooooooooo unbelievably inattentive and we never got our drinks refilled. My father's sandwich was a grilled cheese and the cheese wasn't melted. The pancakes were underdone, and still had runny batter. They severed us without syrup and when we asked for some it took her 10 minutes to return with it. They brought all our food out separately (each about 5-10 minutes apart) and we had a group of 8. THEN the bathroom was DISGUSTING. I mean it looked like it had never been cleaned (mens) the urinal was stained yellow from lack of cleaning. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looked like! Prices are astronomical. Food was only just okay. For the cost for 2 small meals and no extras was almost 70$. I could see this price for a place where you'd get full service and perhaps surf and turf on the menu, but this is just waffles and pancakes. The wait staff was lacking, not refilling drinks, and one of them was even singing some inappropriate songs very loudly during our visit. I will not return. Was seated fairly quickly. Waitress was rude, un friendly, refused to stand (leaned against the next table) to take our order. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food. She did not even serve us. We had to pass every plate to each person. Even with drinks. Drink glasses sat empty for the entire meal. Got rude when the hashbrowns came out wrong and all but refused to take them back to have them cooked crispy. Ordered a English muffin only to have it come out with a hair on it. Went to IHOP in Denison Texas off hwy 75.The windows were so dirty you could barely see out them,the floors and walls were also very dirty,and the north side dinning room had mold on the ceiling tiles next to the ac vents.The intake vents for the AC and Heat were very dirty.Would not stop there again. read more
