We were at the Chick-fil-A today at 11 AM and we had a wonderful lady behind the counter by the name of Stephanie. She was so sweet and kind and very efficient at her job. We had our granddaughter with us and shortly after we received our order that she brought out she brought out an ice cream for our granddaughter. Service is 50/50, but ultimately it's fine not the best Chick-fil-A that I have been to depending on when you go. The food is also like that sometimes you get fries that hard or not filled all the way. The sandwiches seem to always be good though! Depending on when you go the drive though workers seem to ether not want to be there or they're the usual Chick-fil-A workers. Upon opening here, the place was continuously busy yet food was served in record speed. Now you will wait 15 minutes in the drive thru after ordering. Be sure to check your order at the window as well, just because they ask your name at ordering does not mean they put your order in correctly! You may get a chicken wrap (?) when you order nuggets. And that friendly smile and comment you once got is a thing of the past too apparently. Once great and unparalleled service and attitudes, are now in a steady decline. We have always loved Chick-fil-A but this location has poor customer service. We have had a sandwich missing from our order twice and the last time the male "leader" told me that he would replace the meal including drink and waffle fries for the inconvenience that my husband did not have dinner that night. When I went to redeem the meal today, the "Director" Zach told me that he would give me the sandwich but not the rest of the meal. I told him he was going to lose a customer over $5 in a drink and fries to which he did not seem to care. When I got home, I discovered that they had messed up the order again and gave me two chick-fil-a sandwiches charging me for one which was not replacing the past sandwich. I have asked that the owner Matt Flanikan call me about the situation so we will see what happens. The attitude and experience of this Director was a poor example for the young people they employee at most Chick-Fil-A's. read more

last Wednesday I took my family to the Cleburne location and I was very disappointed. I usually go thru the drive-thru but we went inside this time. We were made very uncomfortable by the way the manager (I assume it was a manager, a short woman with black hair that had a different color shirt) snapped at her employees. We heard her tell (yes tell) someone to do something and then while they were doing whatever, she barked at them because they were no also doing something else or they were doing something wrong. The effect the staff weren't smiling - like usual- they looked tired and not enjoying their jobs. This kind made it an unpleasant experience. That manager needs to be reminded that there are a number of chicken places down the street- Cain's, KFC. Chicken Express. Popeyes... for us to eat and for people to work. As much as it pains me to say...this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A in Texas. So bad, that even the lady who was taking my order over the intercom irritated me before I even made it to the window. I don't know what the bad reviews are for except maybe they decided to gang review which is terrible. They probably got their little Karen feelings hurt. Great food as always but the customer service was really bad. I placed an order through the app, they forgot an item and the app directs customers to contact the store. I called and there was no answer. I left a detailed message since they didn't answer (return number, ticket number, missing item...), and no one has returned my call or refunded my missing item. Ordered the new bbq sandwich and got a spicy chicken deluxe instead. I hate spicy food so I can't even eat it, didn't realize it was wrong til I got home. If I could give less stars I would. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. The owner has a bunch of weird rules he made up that no other Chick-fil-A goes by, including not selling things on the menu to you if he doesn't think it goes with what you ordered (not making that up) .
