They have recently remodeled this location on the inside. Tho in the many years we've frequented this location I have yet to go inside. The food is usually spot on for a fast food location, Whataburger has a differing taste than other locations, and they are still fairly large in comparison to all of the others that have shrinking buns and meat. The spicy ketchup is always amazing! YUM! Large fries are larger than anywhere else. The staff is hit and miss in their kindness. Usually they are kind and good, there have been a few times when they have seem extremely preoccupied. I'd caution everyone to check their drinks when going through the drive through, they often get our tea wrong. I always order unsweet, tho often it's confused with sweet. read more

I know that Texans swear by Whataburger (pronounced "Waterburger") and so I hope that y'all will take this as constructive criticism: I've had way better fast food burgers. This is not the be all nor end all of quick eats. I'm sorry to attack your cherished Whataburger. Service was slow but we're still in the middle of the COVID recovery so no points off for that. It's not these kids fault that they're way understaffed and the young lady who did get over to take my order was pleasant and helpful. She's great. My burgers and onion rings were bagged up and ready a few minutes later. Yes, even in mid-October 2021 the dining room is closed and everything is to go. At least the counter is open - there was a queue for the drive through that went to the end of the parking lot and blocking the right lane of the street. Jeez, people! Back at the hotel room, I unwrapped and dug in. Still hot and definitely fresh. The burger tasted flame-grilled and looked just like the one I might have gotten in a Whopper from Burger King. Toppings were extremely similar (though the "hatch green chillies" are unique). It was assembled neatly and wrapped neatly. It just didn't thrill me. Again, I'm sorry to disparage what you think is the best. I think Wendy's burgers taste better. I've now had a Whataburger and I'm good. Food is trash have never been to a Whataburger that's so nasty. The food was old and literally looked like they scraped the last of the bacon to put in a sandwich. I definitely do not recommend this place I will make the drive to the Whataburger that's in a gas station down the road always great service and great food read more

My wife and I usually eat at Whataburger once every couple of weeks. We came here and I wanted to get a burger with mushrooms. They told me they no longer have mushrooms. I always get mushrooms on my hamburger, but now that they don't carry mushrooms, it's frustrating. I will have to say that Whataburger was my go to burger place, but that is no longer the case. My taquito was made wrong My fries were cold My cinnamon roll was still frozen My wait time was horrid, after an additional 10 mins outside my pickup window, I had to call into the restaurant while waiting at curbside to remind the manager they had delivered my drinks and I hadn't gotten my food. She assures me it was on its way out to the car, when the young lady gets to my car she further informed me they were still waiting on items to finish. I proceeded to wait another 10 mins (20 mins outside my pickup window) and when they brought me what I was waiting for I found it STILL FROZEN when I got home. Mind you, I'm watching car after car order and leave the drive thru repeatedly. Curbside is not a priority at this location and I'm shocked at how drastically the service has dropped recently. Slowest whataburger I've ever been to, waited over 30 minutes for a burger. Definitely needs staff improvement.

First time at a whataburger and it may be my last. Food was just ok. Service was good. The bad things were: the dining room was dirty, the restroom was beyond dirty and the parking lot is a nightmare because of the cars in the drive thru blocking spots. read more

They are a 24/7 restaurant, and they shut down their shake machine in the early hours of the morning. Ridiculous can't even drive and get a shake when I'm craving one. read more

Not much to say. It's fast food, and it's Whataburger. That being said, I went on a Friday night and they got my order correct, and I was happy. Cashier even said they had a bunch of new employees working that night. All ended up well, so no worries here. Keep up the good work. read more

Walked in to Whataburger during the lunch rush, and was welcomed with a big hello by Steven the cashier. Now the other cashier standing next to him (brown shirt I imagine member of management) just looked over at the door. I looked at the menu unsure of what to order and Steven quickly offered suggestions. I went with a #2 Double meat Whataburger. Food came out and then he walked out asking if everything was good, seemed like he was the only person acknowledging customers. Amazing service and a great team. The manager was super nice and you could tell by the way that her employees acted. The few problems I had with the meal where fixed immediately and with a super positive attitude. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area. read more

Always 10 plus cars in line, not sure what the problem is but often I just leave. It's disappointing, I love Whataburger, but they obviously have a problem. Got stuck in line today - 15 minutes and still waiting 5 cars in front of me and 5 behind me. I'll find a new hamburger joint after this!!!! Passable onion rings although a bit greasy. The chicken sandwiches were utter garbage. How they can charge money for that crap and get away with it is a crime. Never again. Good consistent hot burgers and fries. My order is always correct and great. The wait is a little longer than most fast food joints but it is always well worth the wait. The battered onion rings are hands down my favorite. read more

It's a little on the expensive side for what you get, but the staff was really fun, the food was really good, they've got a good menu, really good atmosphere, great customer service. Great customer service. I forgot my wallet and was buying lunch for a friend. We asked if they had Samsung pay, and they didn't. So not only were we not gonna get lunch but we would have to drive 15 minutes back to get it. So the manager did an incredible act of generosity and took care of our meals.
