This Sonic has gone way downhill for a while now but it's gone from just bad service to now they rip you off too. I ordered premium chicken bites for my son for $4.29 (not including tax) and what I received from them was a slap in the face. 6 bites is what it came with and one of them had some other food fried to it. Looked like cheese and one overcooked tator tot in there as well. The past few times I have gone there the food has been horrible. I used to love Sonic but they need to change their business practice and quality of service and food before they end up out of business. I won't eat here anymore. Just got accused of trying to steal a pork sandwich from the North Main Street Sonic manager. My wife just ordered about $40 worth of sandwiches and sides to include a limited time pork sandwich from the North Main Street Sonic. She got home and started pulling out said sandwiches and sides only to discover they had not included my intended pork sandwich. I asked the wife to call back up to them and let them know I was coming back into town to get my sandwich. $5 is $5 at this point and I wouldn't have anything but sides if I didn't head back into town. Got told when I got there by the female manager on duty tonight that I was lying and I had probably ate it already so was coming back to try and steal another from them. Long story, finally got my pork sandwich the wife paid for and, thankfully a little later I found out, a burger too. Got home, opened the pork sandwich and pathetic pork sandwich is a better name for it. Literally one small spoon size line of pork meat in the center of the otherwise dry bottom bun and four pickles with a swipe of some red sauce that smells like cheap bbq sauce on the top bun. Found out as well that they never picked up the phone the whole time I was gone to correct the issue that way so wife got a constant busy signal for over thirty minutes. Also, at least half of what we did get at first was cold (cheesy fries), burnt (onion rings), or chewy/undercooked (wacky pack chicken tenders) depending on item. Overall, the pathetic pork just cost me $5+ gas because no one wants to eat it with how it looks and wasted gas driving back and forth from Cleburne for this pathetic pork sandwich. It's the better of the two Sonic chains that are in town, but they obviously won't help fix the constant issues from the other Sonic. I went to get a drink ordered fixed after the Sonic on Henderson messed up 3 times, but they wouldn't help at all to fix the image of the entire chain. Very sad. read more

Very nice employees. I live out of town, but travel through Cleburne regularly. I usually stop in at this Sonic for a drink and sometimes some food. I have never been dissatisfied my order is always right and the staff are great with customer service. Thanks for hanging out with me the other night when my bike wouldn't start. read more

Love Sonic food if they'd just get the dang order right ,I got a foot long chili dog extra onions ,it was right ,large cheese tater tots ,they put onions on that too ,double super sonic with cheese , add bacon ,no tomato or lettuce ,got charged for bacon NO Bacon extra $1 they made ,Dang drive thru always screws up ,sad thing is or other Sonic is worse. read more

Slowest service I've had. There wasn't even a lot of customers and we had a very small order. Would not visit again.

I have ordered several times from here and it's hit and miss they sent the wrong order with the dasher the first time the second time I got my order it was wrong I ordered cinnasnacks and they send it with no icing for them and my burger was wrong read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Please tell me why a shake and order of mozzerella sticks takes more than 30 minutes when the place has maybe 6 cars parked. Are all the employees that absolutely moronic that an order that simple just confused them? If you're local to the area I recommend driving all the way to the next city to their Sonic, it will take just as much time since this one is run by incompetent idiots, but maybe you'll actually get your food! I didn't get my order whatsoever, because I really didn't want to spend any longer than I already had baking in the sun for it. If your aim is customer service at this location, I'd recommend firing the whole team and starting over, because clearly no one has here has ever heard of service. Pathetic. read more

Service is very slow and we did not get our full order. Spent a total of 30 min waiting in the drive-through twice. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy as well even though they were warm. read more

I go here every Thursday to pick up drinks for work. Not only is the service fast, but the young lady at the drive through remembers my order before I do so it is always accurate. Sonic is Sonic and the food is what it is, but the service at this Sonic is fantastic! read more
